Nice store but appliance delivery and system stink. Store does not stock anything on sale, it comes from a 3rd party delivery which apparently does not care about customers. Waited 2 weeks for a delivery date, waited around all that day, nothing, no call, status check system did not work, on hold listening to music too long. Better off spending more at a real appliance dealer.

This is our Home Depot of choice. The service is excellent. The employees are very courteous and helpful. Prices are competitive. Store is clean and orderly, even the rest rooms.

Black Friday isles were packed with gift ideas! Huge sales. A lot of staff on hand.

Aisle are clear and allow easy access majority of the time. Employees are friendly and helpful which insures I leave with the correct product for the task I am working on. On the rare times the local store does not stock the item I need it is shipped timely and held at store till I make trip into city to obtain items.

I would like thank all the associates at the Batavia store, they are always pleasant, knowledgeable about all the products and their willingness to help you is exceptional. The staff from flooring ( Gennevieve and Rachel ) to checkout ( Alyssa and Trisha ) to bringing my purchase to my vehicle and helping me load.( Chris ). Due to these employees and all the others, my time and money is always well spent at the Batavia Home Depot.

Recent change - the employees are there to help and in a friendly way! Usually fully stocked except some rental items (floor sander screens) are limited to 2 or 3. But I now like going there to browse and just talk with the employees. I spend a bundle there as well

Store was unsafe and dirty while there towards closing. Several cables in Lumber were not latch, some bars to hold lumber from sliding out not in place, open pallets of doors not secured, sawdust on floor by saws and lots of product not on the shelves. Not happy at all with customer service and cleanliness of the store.

Finally getting a 90% friendly helpful staff. Even the new youngsters who have to look up locations on their phones are great! Usually have what I need and much less expensive than plumbing outlets (30-80% less!)

HORRIBLE customer service. Was there the evening of 7/23. only 1 cashier opened and self service..with customers lined about half way down both aisles. When I asked if other registers could be opened the 1 cashier called for more cashiers, but no one responded. no managers anywhere. Its not like it was the weekend. Took WAY too long to check out. When I finally got to the cashier she 'politely' told ME I needed to have more patience! seriously? you all need to take customer service classes! cashiers name: TREVOR!

Today we made a very large purchase in this store. We used our military discount and only received $50 off an almost $2000 purchase!! The employee loading my car also ripped the bumper off my van. I’m totally disgusted with Home Depot. So much for military appreciation!! It’s more like a slap in the face to the brave men and woman who serve our country.

Store was well stocked, had plenty of workers and had a great tool department.

The batavia store is letting some of the community down by not carrying some of the more heavier yard tractors that are carried by most of the other yard and garden stores. It does, however, carry a wide variety of paints and wall repair items. Metal sheeting and metal roofing materials would be of help.

I've never had a bad experience at this store.

good staff and helpful and Chris in Lumber was as always great ans so helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and quick to help as many shoppers as he can. He is a outstanding employee and has consistently been that way and I am in the store at least three times a week.

If your looking for Professional, knowledgeable and polite employees this store has the best Kitchen and Design Department around. They were easy to work with,answered all our questions and really catered to all of needs big or small. Great experience!

the paint dept needs to have more people available for service and to answer customer questions. I've had to wait sometimes for up to 20 minutes for service. it would be very beneficial if someone were always available to take cashier calls when a customer needs assistance. I was told "everyone goes to lunch at this time" when I needed assistance in the garden dept. the cashiers are generally willing to help as much as they can.

Please get rid of so many self check outs! I want a real person taking the time to great me, listen to me, take my payment, and thank me for shopping at the store! i mine as well shop online if I have to do the check out, etc all on my own.

THE CASHIER DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE CORRECT PRODUCT AND COST MY HUSBAND $30.00 MORE THAN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO PAYING. HE THOUGHT IT WAS HIGH BUT UNFORTUENATELY DIDN'T FEEL HE COULD QUESTION HER ON IT.
