How do I know if I can rent the tool I want?
Stop by the Garden City Rental Center to see what tools are up for rent. You can also call first to inquire about a tool, or check out our tool rental page to see if it's offered at your favorite store. If it's not, check another nearby store or contact our Rental Center associates to find where that tool may be available. Can I rent a tool for an hour?
Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. Simply choose the length of time that suits you. Small home improvement projects may only require a rental that's a few hours long, and long-term projects aren't a problem either. You've got options to rent tools by the month, day, or week, too. If you need it longer than anticipated, call the Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.
When do I return the tools?
You're welcome to return the tools early if you finish your project sooner than predicted, but on-time works, too. Just make sure to bring them back by the deadline listed on your rental paperwork. Please clean off any mud or dirt from the tool as well. If you need the tools longer, call your rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.
Do table saw rentals come with saw blades?
Yes, saw rentals typically come with blades, but we recommend that you buy a new one. Your rental likely won't come with a new blade. However, you might get lucky and have a sharpened blade on the saw. As there's no guarantee, buy a suitable blade, just in case.
