Best customer service ever!!!!!

Originally I called to order a washer and dryer and the salesman on the phone was extremely helpful. He was willing to check several things for me which took time. I appreciate all his help to find the right items for me.

Very well organized! Was worried when we had to wait in front of the store but the wait was not long. Your associates were very helpful and efficient! The checkout was fantasticly organized! Everyone had a duty and they were performing that function. Was very impressed! Thank you for the great service!

Victoria in the flooring department was extremely helpful in assisting me with a large flooring purchase. She was very knowledgeable with handling a Pro account vs. a normal customer order. I called her after the order was delivered to let her know how helpful she was. I also had realized we were shorted some material on the order once it was delivered and she helped get a refund for that material because there was none left at the store.

Paint Department Associate, Anne went above & beyond when I brought in a picture of the way I wanted my dining room table to look. She took a genuine interest in me & the project and spent extra time giving me options, explaining the difference in products, helping me pick the color closest to that picture, etc. Please thank her for me. She made me feel valued & I appreciate it very much.

The associates were all friendly and helpful. It was early in the morning so I had to wait a few minutes as the flooring associate was driving a fork lift helping another department, but he quickly responded and assisted in finding everything this old' lady was looking for. Actually I had all the items on hold at another local home improvement store and repurchased them all at this Home Depo because your prices were better, your choices were point on, and the associate, Norris was the most amazing fella I have dealt with in ages at any home improvement store. And, yes, I called the other store and cancelled the order there...

Norris at the paint counter is THE BEST!!! He truly makes the store worth going to. Kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Best customer service around.

The employees at the W. Alexis store are knowledgable and approachable. They listen well to the customers. So far they have chosen right the employee to lead us to where the product is that we want to purchase. They put the word awesome in the shopping experience.

A little disappointed that I bought a Ryobi 18 volt finish nailer. Few days later opened item and it was obviously previously used. Bought on a whim while returning from Jeepfest in Toledo. Hopefully my local HD will let me exchange this for a new one.
