We went in today to order custom blinds. William "Bill" Chetwood was very professional, kind, and helpful. We are very happy with our experience there today.

We went in to special order a shade for our window. Received great customer service from Darrell in the floor and wall department. Darrell showed us many different options with price points on all. Good conversation while in the whole process of our order. Thank you Home Depot.

I needed to pick up a battery pack for a Ryobi weed eater. They were labled and easy to locate. Plus I like going into Santa Barbara County instead of San Luis Obispo.

I had a flat cart full of stuff. The cart was blocking the register so I tried to help the cashier by putting the 2 small items I had on the counter next to the credit card machine. I was scolded by the cashier that the items don't go there that they go by the scanning machine which I couldn't reach because of the cart. I was just trying to make her job easier. She had the scanner in her hand to scan the rest of the items on the cart. So what was the big deal. She was rude and unprofessional.

SOME OF US SENIOR PEOPLE NEED HELP MORE THAN OTHERS, SO IT IS NICE TO BE HELPED WITH A SMILE AND UNDERSTANDING.

The staff that work in the Santa Maria, Home Depot are all very kind and courteous, and eager to help!

From the countertop department to the cashier it was a very unpleasant visit. Then when I called in about a missing bag of items they said they were to busy and they would call back.. I am still waiting for the call back.

Monday I loaded (6) 8' picket fence sections and at the front I asked for help loading them into the car - Note: I'm 68 yr. old woman. I was told "it'll be awhile" by a very unfriendly cashier and I ended up waiting 15 minutes and finally caught one free employee walking by and got some help. Wednesday the shelf was empty of pickets that should have arrived Tues. This time I asked Katie at the Pro Desk for help. She went above and beyond to locate material still on truck and arranged for a forklift driver to remove and even load onto my truck. In other words - if you need help I highly recommend locating Katie at Pro Desk.

When needing help obtaining artificial turf Javier and Antonio were super helpful and efficient , friendly and provided great customer service

Do not ask Home Depot to make keys they will insist that you use their self-service key machine

A little more help in the aisles would go along way. Otherwise, nice store and employees.

The employes are very accommodating, patient and polite.

The Store manager and associates are super helpful and go above and beyond to help you find what you need.

Although most of the floor staff walked by me without so much as a glance, let alone a friendly grunt, and the item I needed was practically sold out (I got the last 3), I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service of Samuel at the register. He greeted me cheerfully (probably with a smile, but the mask made it hard to tell), was polite, gave me a Military discount and thanked me for my service, and I was out checked out in no time at all. Since I wasn't expecting much after such a disappointing experience on the floor, Samuel's great customer service skill was very much appreciated!!!

After completing a big project, returning unused materials was extremely easy, even across multiple receipts. Returns clerk Gina was very helpful!
