Great store

The store was neat and clean. Products were easy to find. Hardware associate was busy with another customer, but did acknowledge me and was friendly and knowledgeable. The cashier, Riley was friendly and quick to check me out.

The store was clean and merchandise was easy to find. However, as with most retailers, there were too many extra displays which at times made it difficult to maneuver through the store. The employees were very helpful.

The young man who assisted in the lumber department was great, the rest of the experience....

Luis in customer service and Debbie the greeter went above and beyond to help my son and I today as we were looking for the very last Fiddle Fig in the store as a mother’s day present to me! We found it! Thanks to them!

Comparing the Franklin store to surrounding stores: Difficult to get service at this store. Employees just walk by or seems like they are trying to avoid answering questions. If you can get someone to help, they do seem knowledgeable.

I love this store and the attitude of the employees here. They always seem genuinely interested in helping, always say hello, and always have a smile. My last visit an employee actually took me to something I was looking for, even though it really wasn't close to the area I found her. My cashier (Calie) had a great attitude and was very friendly. Little things like that go a long way towards earning my repeat business!

This just has to be one of the best Home Depot locations around. The shelves are always neat and well stocked, the staff is friendly, helpful, and accessible. Returns are never a problem, check out times are reasonable. Overall a really well managed store and a great place for the do it yourselfer to shop. It is a pleasure to have this store so nearby to my home. I'm here about every week for something and it is always a positive experience.

If it had been up to Joe in the garden dept. I would have gone out of my way to be sure everyone knew not to support a business who keeps someone like him employed. However, thanks to Henry who turned a volatile situation into an extremely positive experience, I highly recommend this store.

Went to store to purchase mulch. They sold me mulch. When I drove around to load the mulch the store employee asked how much I wanted he said an ugly word and walked toward where we were going to load. After we backed up he said they did not have any. Had to walk back to the front of store for refund. You could tell the person was upset because he was going to have to load the mulch. Poor service.

Home Depot is always a pleasure to shop. The staff us so friendly they always have the products I need at prices I can afford . Shop your friendly Home Depot store next time first before you shop anywhere else. K Gillum.

We just moved to Franklin, Tennessee from another state and are remodeling our recently purchased condo. Everyone at this Home Depot has been extremely friendly and helpful, especially Rhett in the Kitchen Remodeling Department. We decided to purchase all our remodeling needs and services from this Home Depot and not shop around, since we are getting great deals there.

I always have a great shopping experience at the Franklin Home Depot. Friendly, knowledgeable and always asking if they can help. Great Place!!

The best store in Franklin and Tennessee as far as I am concerned! I do not know how they can get better! Personel are great and I can not think of a time when I did not get what I wanted or needed at this Home Depot! Yes to all ??? on the right. Store envirmont was great.

Renee (formally in Plumbing) is always very helpful when I have questions. Debbie (front door greeter) loves my dogs and is always good to them. Many employees know me by sight (probably because of the dogs) and they are all very friendly and helpful. I can always find what I need or am directed to it by an employee. I am probably shopping in four/five different Home Depot stores with some regularity and the one at Royal Oaks Blvd in Franklin Tn is, by far, my favorite. It is clean, organized and most important, has a good staff.

I believe in our Franklin TN Store #0734 that I would like to share this about what I know. I honestly rate this store 5 out of 5 stars hands down. When I have time to write reviews and answer the survey, I do. And I not only judge & rate our Franklin, TN store as I do for myself but I honestly want other customer to see & read on the Internet & web site WWW.homedepot.com that this store is truly a top store in our country! I mean that & I smile & greet everyone I can when I do come in the store. So thank you Home Depot for allowing me to say this & share this with everyone you feel needs to see it. I hope they smile and say - I know him ( Mr ED ) he has been coming in our store for over a decade.
