While in the sore today I was rudely interrupted while trying to use the self checkout. Brendon a store associate was very rude and demeaning to me while I was in the checkout process. The SELF checkout process.

I shopped for appliances and everyone from the store greeter to the checkout people were so helpful and friendly. I had a great experience!

Personnel at the Paducah Home Depot are awesome. All of them are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist you. Makes you smile when you leave the store.

Was immediately greeted by friendly staff and asked if I needed help finding anything. Using my Home Depot app I knew the aisle my needed item was in and quickly found it due to a well organized store. As usual, my product was in stock. Was greeted again at the self checkout by friendly employee and thanked for my visit. I love this store!

Love the Behr stain that Home Depot carries. It covers well and is true to the color.

She assisted me with flooring, washer, dryer, and FULLY addressed any issues that I experienced! Tier 1 employee who needs to be given her flowers!

The cashier: Makenzie was kind and helpful. People in the paint and flooring departments were really made this visit easy

We were there to purchase lumber and could not get anyone to help us retrieve the items we needed. The communication was non existent.

Destiney, who was working in the Garden Center today, told me some great puns. It really lifted my spirits today, which meant a lot to me.

My wife and I decided our entrance door area needed a new look. Nothing we looked at online was useful so we drove to th Home Depot in Paducah. It was a Sunday so we weren't expecting much but we were in for a pleasant surprise. The young fellow working the department, Thomas Robertson, was superbly helpful in getting us on track to getting us our initial quote. During the following week we fond a contractor that was recommended to us by our neighbor to do the job. The initial quote details were tweaked and off we went tp Paducah to finalize our quote and take care of the Financials. Thomas was occupied in another department so a senior experienced associate helped us. He was excellent too! I'll tell ya what, our replacement upstairs windows will be bought from these guys for installation later this summer. No doubt! They have our business for sure.

I find shopping for things at Home Depot much better than other big box stores because of the customer service

I have been interested in making a purchase on an expensive tool chest. The associates at Paducah, KY answered all my questions and were very patient while I made a decision. At the time of purchase I was informed of offers that would save me additional money.

The friendliest and most wonderfully stocked of its kind. Always find what I need. Everything is super quality.

I've never been in a store where there were so many employees who were willing to help me. In particular, Robert in the Paint department is a gem. Knowledgeable and courteous, he truly goes above and beyond for you.

We have it set up now and it is very quite running and it looks nice sitting in the room.Have not had long enough to write how well it works.
