    Could've been. Better
Came in to shop over $200 trip.. during checkout there was a minor problem that required me to go to service desk, left my shopping cart with cashier, came back 3min later and cashier Rosaisela asked me to go to the end of the line when she could've finished the customer she was attending and said to next customer """hi, I'll be right with you, I'm going to check them out really quick, their cart is here (with a reassuring smile since there's no mask mandates)""" and check me out, instead I waited another 6/8min more AND she didn't add my $12+ warranty I had first accepted for a microwave, NOW I Have To Go Back And Do This All Over Again because of cashiers lack of customer service.

      Horrible customer service from cashier.
First, I was patiently waiting next in line, while the guy in front of me hand only one item. She had a overextended conversation with him, leaving me waiting for awhile. The line next to me a customer had about 24 items and was checked out and ready to go. Meanwhile Melisa was still conversating with the guy with the one item. Second, I had 25 bricks in my cart that were priced at .58 cents. She was trying to overcharge me, she said the bricks were .85 cents. I said they were .58 cents and she insisted that they were .85 cents. I ask her to go check, because I am positive that they were .58 cents for each brick. She stuck to her response, so I had to go check myself and the section were the bricks were not a close walk. I came back with a photo showing the price of the bricks which was .58 cents. She did not acknowledge that she was wrong. She should of had an employee check the price instead of having me go all the way to the garden section to take a picture, because she did not know how to do her job and tried to overcharge me 25 times. (25 bricks). Very unsatisfied customer.

        Not surprise by customer service
This store has some very knowledgeable employees. Which I usually look for when needing answers . The problem with this and all HD stores. Is they are few and far between. Now all they hire are people with no experience and expect them to watch some videos and become experts. A lot are there for the pay only and have no desire to actually learn and be helpful to customers. It's sad but that is the direction of HD. It will catch up to HD . Just like Facebook is dead. HD will soon no longer be the go to store for your home needs. I think it's sad because I loved my job. They have railroaded a lot of good people who had been employees for many, many years to get people who make a lot less. In the end it's going to bite HD in the but. I see it now.

            DONT SHOP HERE ANY LONGER
They can't even keep lumber carts around for you to use. Apparently they have all been stolen, so you're supposed to put lumber on a shopping cart.
