This is the cleanest store I have ever been in!

Easy to find what I was looking for

Sally and Layne were both incredible - I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes (honestly it was probably more like 5) thanks to their efficiency and expertise. The friendliness they both extended was just an awesome bonus. :) The store overall was also extremely clean and organized. So glad I chose to shop here today!

We didn’t know what kind of outlet we needed for our kitchen. Pat asked if we needed help and then helped us figure out exactly what it was we were looking for. He was so friendly and kind that it really made our shopping trip great!

Every time I go, the staff are super friendly and helpful, answering the questions I have and helping me get everything I need.

I just purchased multiple sizes of square pavers and some tools for a covered sitting area I am constructing; the store had exactly what I needed in the quantities I required. The various employees that answered questions or assisted in loading were great, including the one at checkout.

I needed help designing a jig that will help my team perform their task more efficiently and safely. Jon and Bodey listened to what I needed, made several suggestions as to how to build it and what materials were best suited for it and then helped me gather the materials. They also offered advice on different ways to do it to add strength and durability to the jig.

They have helped me when I could barely help myself, and they did it with a smile. So so grateful to have them nearby.

My in-store purchase of washer, dryer and fridge was made easy and was actually a very pleasurable experience! Lesa in appliances is the abosolute best customer experience i have ever had at Home Depot!

This is a newer store and is super squeaky clean which i love. Although, let's be honest. Home depot is never filthy. The employees here are super happy, friendly and try to be helpful. One employee helped me for about 30 minutes or more until I had everything I needed. Definitely reccomend home depot, especially this new location.

One of the Cashiers Jessica is excellent. Very helpful and makes everyone smile she meets. Great store glad we have a HomeDepot close to home.

Finally a Home Depot close to home. This new layout is better than many other locations in my opinion. I’ll be trying to shop and this location more often. Employees have been amazing every time I come in. I like that the paint section is closer to the middle/front of the store. Bathrooms are also in the front of the store, FINALLY!

Bought a DeWalt Double Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw. Very knowledgeable and empowered employees showed interest and answered my questions regarding pricing and operation.

I am so glad to have a new Home Depot in Saratoga Springs Utah. The employees have been so nice and friendly. They really want me to have a great experience in the store.

Pat, in electrical was super helpful and friendly. Parking lot is so disappointing, you can’t maneuver and truck in to park which is crazy given this is a hardware and home improvement store.

I was so excited for Saratoga Springs to get a Home Depot but unfortunately the customer service has been very poor. I needed something cut today that I bought and they cut it wrong. The sad part was they were closing and wouldn’t fix it for me because of that reason. They told me I had to come back tomorrow (Saturday), when I was planning on working on the project and get it fixed. I thought The Home Depot was better than this.

I have a small amount of knowledge with electrical, so when I go to the electrical department, there’s one person that can answer all of my questions, his name is Pat. He is so super friendly and caring and best of all, he knows his department!!!

I was greeted upon entering the store. Asked if I needed help by 2 separate associates. And was thanked and greeted with a smile on checkout. Very welcoming to shop and take your time when everyone is so friendly. Please keep the positive moral around here!
