So far so great!
Mine has been working great! Out of the box it was charged and ready to go. I found a good home location for it, pushed the start button and off it went. I have tile, throw and area rugs, as well as average nap bedroom carpet--it seems happy with everything, except 2 throw rugs that are quite plush which bogged it down. Before the first usage I vacuumed the entire house just to see how much it would pick up. The dust bin was 1/2 full at the recharge break--I dumped the bin and vacuumed the

filter off. It has to recharge once during cleaning my average kitchen, dining and living great room space when it is about 3/4 finished. It found it's way back to charge just fine, came out again and went back where it left off, finished and went back to home. I used it to *spot clean* an area in the kitchen and that function worked fine. It seemed to get more efficient in it's cleaning paths with repeated use, just as the company said it would. It seems to clean right up to the edges of everything, doesn't bang into things--it's actually quite gentle and very *purposeful* in movement (i can see why people name them--haven't gone there yet :). Bottom line.... I LUV it. I have 3 dogs, need i say more? It's great that I can start it up and do other housework. People talk about it being loud, I haven't found it to be a problem, it is a vacuum cleaner after all, it's quieter by far than my canister. I plan to use it at least every other day. I think that is the best way to use it = often. I am already seeing an improvement in dust/dander/hair levels. Yes, I still will vacuum the old fashioned way say once a week, but for me it seems to be improving air quality, and I can't set aside the time to vac manually every day. Allergy sufferers check this machine out! I purchased an extended warranty because of reviews, just in case. But so far---I am super glad I made the purchase and if it holds up--it will be worth every penny!
