We are pleased with the new shower door, it looks and works great.
I didn't do the installation by handman installed it. So as to the ease of installation I couldn't say.

This shower door is attractive & glides beautifully & quietly. We put it in our master bath & are not disappointed. We put a Kohler in our kids bathroom & it is nice but this one is very nice

    Good Quality, but some issues
Installation is not for an inexperienced DIY. Instructions are not that clear, you have to follow the diagrams to understand what to do. Fastening systems seem underrated for weight of the doors. Several of the plastic expandable anchors broke and had to be replaced. Also, I recommend to cut the rail and the bottom finisher with a grinder attached cutting wheel. Too difficult with a hacksaw, and it's difficult to keep the cut square with a hacksaw, the top rail is thick. Glass panels are very ... read more heavy, it's a two person job. If you are cutting into natural stone, diamond bits are a must and some practice is necessary before drilling into the stone. Rather than screwing in the bottom drip, I used silicone, easier than drilling into the marble dam. If you're hesitant, have it professionally installed.

    Bathroom Renovation
Purchased along with shower base. Both items where promptly delivered to store in excellent order. Provided your floor is good and level - the instillation is very manageable as this was my first bathroom renovation. The instructions included were okay, they do leave a little bit to be desired, so take your time to read. The glass is heavy and makes the shower feel solid. You will likely need two people when constructing the frame and positioning the glass in the frame. Again, the glass is very ... read more solid, and the shower feels extremely durable. When we started shopping for shower we noticed the big box stores all had a few on display. However most if not all felt very cheap and seldom did the doors open or close correctly. We learned the construction of the display in the stores were poor and did not reflect the quality of the product. This Product is strong, sturdy and beautiful. Almost everything in the attached pictures was purchased between both Home-Depots in Green Bay. If you install glass tile, i recommend going to a tile store to purchase grout. The grout i initially purchased at Home Depot was a premixed and not good to work with (Fusion Pro). I suspect if you are more skilled or experienced than I, Fusion Pro is okay. However, I did not like it and found a much nicer, crisp white grout at a tile shop. Almost everything in the attached pictures was purchased between both Home-Depots in Green Bay. We also purchased the floor, shower hardware, and the tile off the clearance rack at Home-depot.

This product is sturdy and appears durable. My sons (adults sons) needed to hold it in place while I made the exact marks and level it for the anchors. I finished up with clear caulk looks like a professional had installed. This was a direct quote from my wife. I would definitely would recommend but it does require 3 to install, the directions state 2 but 3 installers worked for us.

    Curved shower doors!
Love the look of this shower stall door. Way better in the barn then the shower curtains I had before which leaked all over. Definitely takes two to install and a couple of hours. I would suggest some sand caulk around the bottom and inside along the shower wall, other than that it is perfect. The door glides on the rollers just right and the slight allowance the doors have to accommodate out of "true" walls made it fit like a dream.

    Dream line
As a contractor, this is not the fastest door you'll install, but there easy clear steps. Follow the instruction easy and with a friend and you'll do good. This door is a dream.

    Great Door, Bad Plastic Protector
We will give it a 5 if we didn't have any problem. The quality of the door is perfect. We love the look and the quality. However, the plastic piece in the middle is hitting against the glass whenever we close the door. It makes the whole door shaking with a loud noise. Our contractor told us to trim/cut that piece of plastic but we don't want to damage the piece. Does anyone have any suggestions? We didn't install the door ourselves because we are not handy and our contractor said it was not ... read more easy for him to install it either. So hire a professional to do it for you if you are not handy. You need 2 people for this job.

Beautiful Door but check your walls before you buy
I am a DIYer, but after reviewing the instructions, I decided to have a professional install it. One word of caution, when it says no out of plumb adjustment, they mean it. I somehow glossed over it or assumed my walls were plumb, based on the exact fit of my last shower door. Once installed, the installer pointed out a 1/2 inch gap at the top of the sliding door where it closes up against the wall. It touches at the bottom. After calling tech support, I realized there was nothing that could be ... read more done. With the door installed, I really couldn't return it. I am not sure the avg DIYer understands that they must make sure the walls are perfectly plumb for this door to have a custom fit. I wish there was an adjustment, because I am sure a lot of walls are not perfect. With that said, the door does look very nice, except for the small gap. It makes the bathroom appear bigger and more modern. It opens and closes very smoothly.

    Love my bathroom
We got our shower door in June. It was the cheapest one i could find in oil rub bronze. The wheels broke off, but it was probably from my 3 children being to ruff. Called Delta to get replacement. All they asked was my mailing info and sent it right out. Great customer service. Was on the phone a total of 5 minutes.

    Sliding Shower Door
I bought this product to install in a new bathroom. This was my first time installing a shower door and I was worried how difficult this would be - but to my surprise it was really easy. The hardest part was drilling a hole in my porcelain tile to anchor the wall mounts. The package contents come nicely packaged and the box is not too big, I carried it myself. The installation took a couple of hours and that was it. I would recommend that you check the floor you are mounting it into to make sure ... read more it is level. If that is off the doors will slide a little and not stay plum into the side mounts. I'd also recommend not cutting the top and bottom brackets by hand and use an electric saw instead. All in all it looks great. Wife approved!

High end product for low price
Beautiful product looks very high end, for low price. My husband and I installed it, we are moderately experienced. Glass doors are heavy and we bought glass suckers which did not work, but we were able to move the pieces without much danger of breakage. Instructions recommend a 5/16" drill bit, however screws and plastic anchors provided were too small and looked very minimal, so we purchased #12 & #14 stainless steel screws and plastic anchors. Entire door is held up by very few screws, so we ... read more wanted to make them very secure. We also purchased a 5/16" diamond drill bit after going through several masonry bits trying to drill through the tiles in the shower. Be very careful to get doors exactly level and plumb so doors will slide easily. Ours slide perfectly, and we are thrilled with the results. Whole set-up allows clear unobstructed view of our beautiful new tile work.

    Elegant, Absolutely Elegant
Installed fairly easily. I needed the left door to be the mobile one so the directions had to be "flipped over" but it worked well and I'm pleased.

    Satisfied customer
Someone installed the shower door for me but he did it alone even though the doors were very heavy. Instructions were specific and he installed it quickly and with ease making very few adjustments. It looks absolutely beautiful; almost like there is no door there. Once install the door glides with such ease. Love it.

A beautiful, high quality product. Very detailed Installation Manual.
The product has good features and performs as promised. Everything needed for a professional installation was included. Highly recommend two people to hang the doors. Too heavy and awkward for one person to "safely" control. One person can easily perform the rest of the installation. I can highly recommend this product.

This is a luxuriously heavy and beautiful shower door
The 3/8" glass gives this door a 5-star spa feeling and the Clear Coat feature makes it easy to maintain, as does the way the Kohler has designed the bottom track so water doesn't collect. Although the doors are heavy to lift into place (it took two of us to lift each door), it wasn't that difficult to do the installation in one evening ourselves.

Install instructions could be a lot better
I just finished installing these today. They are very nice looking and were not too hard to install. I am a DIY, not a contractor. A couple of things you should know about these. First they (Kohler) recommended that you cut the top and bottom tracks with a miter box and a hacksaw. I was able to cut the bottom track that way, however there is no way to cut the top track which is very thick (3.5 inches height, about 3 inches wide) using a miter box as I have never seen a miter box that deep. I ... read more took the top track to a aluminum fab shop near my home and they cut it with the proper type of chop metal saw for 5 bucks. Also the instructions for plumbing the doors were just the oposite of what we needed to do to make sure they were hitting the bumpers properly. We did read the section on this 3 times, so I know they were wrong. A center track guide (made of cheap plastic) needed to be installed also with self taping screws. They instructed you to just "screw these in" with a screw driver (no drilled hole). There was no way those screws where going into that metal track without drilling a hole. So just a bit of common sense is needed doing the install as the instructions are not that great.

    Beautiful Frameless Shower Door
I'm very pleased with the frameless shower door. It is very heavy and well made. It makes my master bathroom high-end instantly! I had contractors to re-model the bathroom, so I did not know the ease of installation. My suggestion is leaving the door to the professionals for it is very, very heavy, not for DIY project. The door is truly a high quality production!

    Pictures don't do it justice!
Beautiful. Solid, well made door. More on the custom end without the price!. Very heavy glass and stainless steel hardware!. Highly recommend you pay for installation. This was our final step in redoing a ceramic shower. The old 'custom' door had problems with the hinges and the chrome plating had started to rust. So we didn't want to pay that price again, or get a swinging door with hinges. We searched for a door that still had that custom look for a contemporary shower, and loved the idea of a ... read more sliding door. Also we needed one that could be adjusted in width. The opening to the shower was 58 1/4" and this was adjustable from 56 to 60 inches. We also liked the height. Our old door was 84" and this one is 79 inches. Our shower head is high, but this still keeps the water in. The pictures on the website don't do it justice! Thick glass and beautiful heavy duty hardware including the door handle! Enigma you know shower doors! Again, this is a heavy door and comes shipped on a pallet. The door was installed by a private contractor, so we cannot speak about Home Depot Installation. I would definitely recommend this shower door to anyone looking or at least tell them to see what Home Depot has to offer!

    What I Expected from Kohler
Good looking, well made unit. The only issues I had were the use of hex head screws at certain points in the installation process and having to round off the bottom of each side bracket to accommodate a curved stall base. Get yourself some hex head bits to make life easier for you or swap the hex head screws out for more conventional ones.

    Shower Door
Instructions could have been a little better at describing orientation / relation of parts assembly. Fine quality product upon completion. Approximate 2 hour assembly time.

Nice door, poor choice for the screws
I purchased one of these doors and am very happy with the fit and finish except for the screws that came with it. The screws that will give you fits are the 8 screws for the plastic adjustment clamps. If you want to save yourself a lot of frustration, go out and buy 8 stainless Philips head #8 x 3/4" or 1" sheet metal screws to replace the Allen head screws that come in the package. The Allen head ones strip out and are a BIG pain to try to use. After getting different screws the install is a breeze.
