Overall, high quality and good appearance
Bought it so I could "hear the rain" but it really adds to appearance of upstairs balcony with French doors. Well built, solid door awning
The instructions were easy to follow, but a bit more detail would be nice (some hardware positions were inferred, but not stated, such as 'step 10, install awning to wall hold-down screws'. As long as you are comfortable with most household projects, this item should be relatively simple to install. Anything longer than four feet will take two helpers to put up.
