5 Minute install
It took me about 5 minutes to install this into the wall. I replaced an existing slide style dimmer switch with this new one. the nice thing about the remote is that you can place it on a wall that doesn't have a light switch for easy access. great in large rooms. or in your car so you can turn a light on when you get home.
To install -
1. turn off power
2. remove the wall plate of where you want to place.
3. connect the ground wires, and then the 2 black wires.

wall plate and turn the power back on.
The only thing i had to purchase was a new wall plate that had the small opening and large square hole.
the wall switch has 4 buttons, on, off, dimmer up/down. the remove has a 5th to save a preferred setting if you wish.
Works great - Needed a switch where we couldn't install one.
During our remodel we couldn't install a switch in a load bearing post that was installed so we used this and it worked great. Keep in mind this dimmer, as with most dimmers, will only provide about 90% of the original power to your light bulbs when its turned up to full brightness. A simple way of dealing with the brightness issue is to install a slightly higher wattage bulb. So if you had 3 75watt bulbs running in your chandelier before you could install 3 100watt bulbs after. If the 100's are

brighter than you want now just use the preset button and program it to the desired full brightness level.
Easy Install, issue with noise from bulbs after install
The switch is very easy to install. I had an unexpected problem, after install my bulbs connected to this switch made buzzing noise. The list lutrron has for compatible bulbs is poorly organized and hard to find one that is on the list. So i went and bought about 10 different bulbs and tried them. I found that the small GE service incandescent bulbs didn't make noise. Out of the 10 i bought only 1 didn't make a buzzing sound.
