    Variety is a plus
I selected this for my bathroom floor and bathtub tile surround, and am very pleased with the look. When looking at the tiles they each look unique and I've yet to find an exact duplicate. Some of the tiles look more real than others. You'd have to be taking a good long soaking bath to begin to notice that some of the tiles look a little pixilated, while others don't look printed at all., However, at this price range this was the nicest porcelain choice available in the store. My installer ... read more didn't want to wait for anything online, and the Folkstone slate sandy beach was readily available and to my liking. I'm very pleased. Like someone before, we also selected Linen colored grout.

    Beautiful product, easy to install
I used Sandy Beach 12x12 tiles around my wood burning stove. The project turned out beautifully and was easy to install. There is one issue though - the 12x12 tile pattern does not match the pattern of the other tile sizes. My original plan was to use 12x12 on the hearth and 9x12 and 6x6 on the wall. However when we got the tile laid out I noticed the pattern was slightly different on the 12x12 tile. If you are looking for the nice sandstone and dendrite patterns on the 9x12 and 6x6 you will be ... read more disappointed. The 12x12 tiles are made in the USA, the other sizes are made in Mexico and they are a different pattern. Ultimately we used the 12x12 for the entire project and it turned out great.

    Great tile!
This floor tile is beautiful! We are really enjoying the look and feel of it on our master bath floor. Do be aware the there is a great deal of variation in each tile. You need to lay it out ahead of time and plan your design as the tiles vary from very dark to very light. Also plan on having a sharp blade to cut the tile as it will chip with a dull saw blade. Overall, we are loving it!

    Beautiful Tile
This is beautiful tile - with slight pitting and discoloration running through the actual stone giving it a very classic, aged appearance. Containers are stamped "made in Italy" and it's very well made - twice as thick as the tile we used in our kitchen (also very good tile). We laid it in our master bath and grouted in white to give it a coastal/beachy, washed look. My husband said it was quite easy to install, cuts clean (we used a full-sized, motorized tile saw). We chose to use a diamond ... read more pattern and it turned out gorgeous. We've just installed it so I can't address wearability or ease of cleaning/maintenance. Would highly recommend this tile -it is quality tile and consequently more costly than average.

It is amazing how much these look like real stone. My bathroom looks like it should be in a mansion, and all without any of the maintenance and less than half the expense

    Continental Slate Egyptian Beige
I love this tiile. We used this tile on the floor in our kitchen, familyroom, bathrooms, and hallway. It was installed in 2004 and it is now 2010 and look as good as the day it was installed. So easy to clean just damp mop with hot water. We are now remodeling the shower and tub area in the master bath and are going to be using this tile in those areas also. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Tile! Looks just like real slate!
Beautiful tile! Looks just like real slate when it's down. But unlike real slate, it doesn't have to be sealed. Easy to clean anti slip surface makes it a great choice for bathrooms, front entryways and patios around the pool. The full body in this tile's name means that the color goes all the way through the tile. If you get a chip from droping something on this tile (which is highly unlikely) it will be the same color and will be less noticable. I would recommend this product to anyone. ... read more Installation is just as simple as with any other tile, and I would suggest going with a grout color that is as close to the "green" color of the tile as possible. Looks great ! ~Laura, Panama City, FL

This tile is absolutely gorgeous! High quality porcelain tile that made the room look beautiful. These tiles are heavy with each box weighing about 70lbs. So its probably a good idea to rent a truck or call the store directly to have it delivered for a bigger type job. The installer said good things about the tile and was able to install with very small grout lines because the tile didn't bow very much. I have just ordered another 1000sf of time to place in other areas of the house. Overall ... read more really pleased with the quality and how the floors turned out.

    Beautiful finish!
We used this product in the complete remodeling of our bathroom. It makes for beautiful walls and floor but not the easiest of tiles to work with. Being a dense and glazed porcelain, it was heavy and additionally difficult to drill through to install fixtures. If holes are need, diamond bits are the only way to go. Also being rather large sized tiles, 12" x 24", it is best to have floor/wall substrates relatively flat. Any undulations will promote a "see-saw" effect which will promote uneven ... read more grouting and thus eyesores. I would recommend using a light colored grout in order to maintain expansive illusion. Other than that, these tiles are great and we're confident that they'll withstand the many years of hard use we are about to subject them through.

    Looks like polished stone
I bought this and the 18x18 inch tile for our fireplace surround and for our entry way. Excellent choice. The tile is beautiful and looks like polished stone. As an aside, I converted a large leftover piece of tile into a cutting board in the kitchen to see how it holds up. After a week of daily use, the finish still looks unmarred. I am considering using the tile to resurface my countertops next year.

    Wonderful tile with consistent colors
We are very happy with the results of this tile. We also used the same tile in 2x6in size, and paired with MARAZZI Emilia 3 in. x 12 in. Glazed Porcelain Listello Tile for the accent.

Best purchase ever, love the tile!
The tile is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. My contractor has installed tile in the half bath and laundry room so far. Next is the guest bath, then the master bath. Looking forward for the installation to be completed.

    Quality Tile
I have used Marrazzi tile in the past and they make a good quality tile so I decided to do another bathroom using the Travisano on walls and floor.

    Great Tile
We had a professional install the tile so I'm not sure how easy it was to install but it looks great now. We have two different colors of cabinets and it looks good with both colors (white and brown). I also like the tile since it has many other options for backsplashes and other sizes of tile to change up the look. We used the 18 x18 inch tile only but there are other sizes too.

    18" tile
Love the look of the tile. Came in good shape. No breaks or cracks like the 6" tile I bought.

    Fantastic & Elegant Tile
After 15 years in the house, it was time for a bath and kitchen remodel. I researched tile and other choices for almost two years until I came across this one. I loved the the natural stone color and texture. I hired and installer to a complete remodel for my bathroom using 12x12 for the floor and wall with diamond cut style and coordinating wall trim. I used the 18x18 in my kitchen and breakfast area, diamond cut. The finished look was absolutely phenomenal. You think this tile was cut out of a ... read more mountain stone, fantastic variation with various reflections day or night. High end look with excellent value. I would buy it again if I had another remodel project. I received unsolicited compliments from installers, friends and family.

Excellent tile for pool deck entry
I used this tile as the tread tile on pool steps, along with Talavera. The tile is easy to work with, except that it often chips during wet saw cuts. When possible, I'd lay the tile face down to do a cut, which helped some. I also used a plain terra cotta colored porcelain, and had no problems with chipping; likewise true of the porcelain tile I used to tile our walk-in shower a couple years ago. Aside from the light color, the primary reason I selected this tile is because the online specs ... read more listed it as "non-skid", something we had to have on steps for a swimming pool. I cut the tiles into small squares and used larger grout joints, and the traction beneath wet feet is excellent. Very pleased with this tile, other than the chipping difficulties.

Nice clean product, great value, some issues with shipper
The product was easy to order and arrived in a timely fashion. It has a clean and nice appearance and appears very easy to clean. The picture online is much grey-er than the reality (which is much more tan with pink tones) so be sure to check out the product in the store before buying.

    Very nice tile.
I used this tile in various sizes for my shower surround and the 16 X 16 tile for the floor. I just laid the floor yesterday and plan to grout tonight. I was originally going to use 18 X 18 travertine tile (beautiful tile) on the floor but decided instead to use the Brazilian Slate because it is much easier to lay. It has a nice beveled edge which is "DIY Friendly" as it isn't always that easy to get the tiles perfectly level and the bevel hides these slight imperfections. My only complaint ... read more isn't directed solely at this tile but all ceramic and/ or porcelain glazed tile as it "chips" on the edge when you cut it exposing the unglazed interior of the tile.

Much warmer color than shows on the internet
    1. Color is much warmer than shows. Would call it tan, mocha, khaki. 2. It has tiny shiny spots on it, almost like it has been flicked with water. You have to have light shining on it to see them. 3. Perfect texture for a bathroom. Not too slick, just a touch of roughness to help you keep from sliding. 4. Comes in lots of sizes. I used the 8 by 12 in a medium sized bathroom. Nice break from square, square, square. 5. Combines will with lots colors. I used it with opaque cobalt border and LOVE ... read more it. Just really love how this turned out. GREAT product for the money. Looks like high end.
