    Super happy
I have purchased and laid vinyl plank flooring before and this is the first hand scraped type I have bought. Although the scraping is not super noticeable once the floor is laid...i think mostly because the floor is darker...for the price and quality it's still a very very good purchase for me.

We are very happy with the product. Would definitely recommend.

Great product with great price point
This product was easy to install and looks great! Some vinyl flooring has been known to come apart at the seams once installed over a period of time. This product has not and has met my expectations!

    Very pleased
I wanted to try this product out in an area that got a lot of foot traffic to test it out and see how well it stands up to the wear, I put it in the laundry room. It was easy to install except a little tricky to cut any unusual angles. It looks amazing, I still cannot believe its vinyl flooring. A few months ago I bought a house built in 1952, there is hardwood under the carpeting but I'm thinking it may be beyond refinishing; if so, I will use this flooring instead. But I do want to wait a ... read more little longer to see how it works out over an extended period of time.

very easy to install looks great
Having done the old peel and stick tiles many years ago this is the best way to cover an old floor. free floating lays right over the old vinyl floor no need to remove the glued down floor. I did my 12 x 12 kitchen in one day very easy to cut by scoring the top with a razor knife and snapping the plank. Same with cutting around the cabinets. This is a very easy do it yourself weekend project. The sacramento pine color looks great you would think it is a real wood floor. I order a little extra ... read more incase I messed up having no problems now I can do my 1/2 bath with the extra.

    great flooring
This is my 5th purchase of this to finish and replace all of the floors in my house! Love its ease of install, and how long it keeps looking good! After 5 years since my first install, a couple VERY high traffic areas only show some very minor wear in some spots. And that's with 2 60lb dogs causing them. So I consider that a win!

    easy to install vinyl
rectangular pieces are easily installed by placing the "next ones" on top of the glue tabs of the "previous ones". The floor floats (i.e. it's not glued to the subfloor, only to itself). The only issue I have with the floor is that the glue tabs are fragile and when the boxes were shipped to me, some of the tabs ended up partially broken. Did not seem to affect the installation much, just looks untidy when you remove the piece from the box.

    Good choice
This is a great product -- very easy to install with minimal tools required. Whether you like this look or not will be a matter of taste, but it definitely helps to follow the instructions and stagger the boards, pulling from more than one box at a time, etc. to get a varied look. I love that the boards stick to each other but not the subfloor. We easily finished this DIY installation between 2 people in one weekend, including some repairs to the subfloor. That was a year ago, and the floor ... read more looks exactly the same as when we laid it -- no issues with changing temps making any kind of difference, and a year's worth of pet claws and high heels and finishing a remodel on top of these floors have not created a single scratch or dent that I can find. Cleaning this floor could not be easier. All in all, you won't be sorry.

    Looks great
Floor looks great. Only issue with installation was the inability to rework the pieces once put together. Installation instructions said there was 30 min of work time but I found it nearly impossible to separate the pieces once the working edges were touched together without breaking the overlap off. Other than that, easy install, great look and great product.

Great product but be warned that this is a totally smooth finish and not embossed with a texture.
When I was shopping for flooring for this project I looked at many products, including others in the Allure line. I have to admit that I was under the impression that this product had a textured finish - at least it looked like it and there is one review here that also gave that impression. When I received the special order for this color I only looked at it briefly to check the color but saw it had exposed adhesive edges and didn't really want to handle it. Not until I cracked open the box to ... read more install it did I realize it has a totally smooth finish. Ultimately it looks like it's textured so I guess that's all that matters in a floor that I'll only ever walk on in shoes. In any case the smooth, hard surface seems extremely durable so I'm happy with the finished look but a little dissatisfied with the actual feel of the product. That's a very minor gripe. I was a bit nervous about installing this product because I had some issues with the floor. There was a crack that needed filling and also a rough area in the surface that needed some smoothing. I used a concrete patch product as well as a floor leveling compound to prepare the surface. Once everything was dry I vacuumed the floor to get all the little particles out of the way. Once you lay two pieces together and they are flat you will be hard pressed to get them apart. Be very precise with your edges and corners and everything will be fine. There is some leeway to move things at tiny bit to close a small gap or make an edge flatten but make sure everything is lined up before you fully set it down from the 45 degree placement position. This was my first time installing a product like this although I had quite a bit of experience installing ceramic til some 20 years ago. If you are a careful, patient person I would say nearly anyone could do this. Cutting the tile is best accomplished upside down. For most straight cuts I scored the edge with a razor and "broke" the backing by closing the finished side together, then I'd cut the crease in the finished surface. I had a couple pieces that needed trimming or shaping at the cut and for that I used large shears like the type used to cut metal lath of chicken-wire. The whole thing took about 2.5-3 hours to do 120 square feet. Measuring and cutting were the most time consuming elements. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this part of the project.

    Pleased with the result
I installed this flooring in a small bathroom that had good, but old, sheet vinyl. The hard part was trimming to fit around the door jambs and odd corners. I used a Dremel tool and grinding bit to open up a space in the wood for the flooring to slide under, then caulked and painted the gap, which made it disappear. I did not have a pair of shears that would cut the vinyl, which might have made it easier. It looks terrific, and repeals water. I like the textured surface, too. It lays flat and ... read more feels solid. At the door, I just cut the planks long enough to slide under the hall carpet, so I didn't need a transition piece.

    still a match
We laid this flooring in all but one bedroom, due to busted waterline that ruined carpet in rest of house. That was 2011. We decided to enclosed garage, , 2016, expand master bedroom and add full bath. Enclosure added 260 sqft. Was scared that we would not be able to match the old with new, but this product, style, color, all match, after 5 years. Not that I want to spend the additional money, and the fact that we are to move in 3 months, we have decided to go ahead and lay the last bedroom with ... read more this flooring, just because this is such a quick and easy product to work with.

    Excellent flooring!!
Holds up well and we actually added more flooring 6 years later to the existing floor to create an eat in kitchen and it was perfect! We had to mix up the planks a bit so that you couldn't tell that they were from different lots but worked out great!!! I would definitely use this again! Only downfall is that they don't sell the transition pieces in the store.

    This product is great!!!
In the past, I used a different floor tile. It was similar to this one, but when all was said and done, it was easy to see the difference. Once I figured out how to lay the first row, it was smooth sailing from then on. The tiles, themselves, are beautiful. The quality is definitely there. They are well worth the money. Once the floor was finished, it simply looked great, plus it gave the room a high quality look. I can't wait to do another floor.

    Great product
Floors look like a professional job! Will be using same product for future projects. Tips buy a pair of very sharp utility scissors the longer the better. This is the best for intricate cuts and corners. Score the surface with utility knife and bend on the corner of a table... will save on frustration and waste. Only downfall is no way to clean debris from adhesive which will show up... Other than that i am very pleased with my beautiful new floors!

Great look and easy to install
Product was very easy to install, looks amazing, and feels great on your feet. I had told family memebers that i would be putting vinyl floors down adn everyone said..."NOOOO, don't do vinyl, it look so cheap" so when I sent the pictures, nobody realized it was vinyl, one person even said, i am so glad you went with a wood floor. So i repeat, easy to install, looks amazing, and I will add, my two siberian huskies haven't been able to scrtch it in the past month that it has been down!.

    LOVE IT!
Contrary to the other review we had very little waste. I think it depends upon the size and shape of the room. This was an affordable floor that gives an expensive look. I am in LOVE with it! My husband and I installed this ourselves. It's pretty easy to do. We watched the youtube video before beginning installation which was helpful. Just make sure the floor is clean and no nail pop ups. You can feel the bump if you try to cover it. I would definitely recommend this flooring. Very Happy!

    This product is beautiful!
Warm underfoot, looks like real wood and was a breeze to install. We used it in our kitchen over sheet vinyl, which has a pantry, washroom and laundry room off of it. It was a breeze to go around all the nooks and crannies. It's holding up well - even with three kids who ride ride-on toys aggressively and a dog whose nails we haven't trimmed lately. One tip - make sure you definitely use the 100 lb. roller! We rented one for the day and are so glad we did. Really made the installation easy and ... read more helped ensure those seams were glued together well.

    Great Product
It was fairly easy to install and I like the look of the flooring. The planks' adhesive strips are extremely sticky, so it's not easy to to pull apart a misplaced plank during installation. I believe the instructions say they are removable for up to 15 minutes after placement. However, this isn't the case. In fact, I don't even think you can wait 15 seconds to pull them apart when you make a mistake. When I tried to pull up a misplaced plank immediately, the adhesive strip broke off the bottom ... read more plank. Other than that, I like the product. You just have to be very careful with the adhesive strips.

    Very pleased with this flooring
I bought this floor for my granddaughter's bedroom. It's a vinyl product that was on sale on HD's website so I didn't see it in person and there weren't any reviews to go by, so I was skeptical. However, with the recommended glue product after prepping the floor, these "planks" went down beautifully on the new subfloor and my son-in-law (who did the installation) said it was easy. It is very thin, which means it was easy to handle and cut, and there isn't much of a difference between the hallway ... read more that is still unfinished subfloor and the bedroom. It's really attractive. Be careful of the glue because it's VERY sticky (good thing, of course), but I'm so pleased I wish I could put this throughout the entire house. It looks like it's going to wear very well and it's easy to clean.

    Thrilled with this product!
I had been looking for new flooring for quite some time to cover up the sheet vinyl that was in the home when I purchased it six years ago. I couldn't afford hardwood, tile expensive and too slick for my elderly husband who has difficulty walking, and laminate just too shiny/cheap looking to suit my taste. This flooring is gorgeous. I love the dull finish (although you can make it shinier by using mop n glo). Installers said it was very easy to put down and it looks like a million bucks. The ... read more color is terrific and maintenance a breeze. You just can't go wrong with this stuff.
