    Awesome product
I had a contractor install the floor and he really liked the product. Easy to install and looks great.

Great flooring for kitchen and bath
The flooring was easy to install. Cutting though 1/3 of the thickness with a utility knife and snapping it worked best. Take care to align pieces so that they are straight before they adhere. If not aligned, pulling them apart is difficult.

Install of this floor was so easy
Was easy to install, the most difficult part is cutting the floor lengthwise for the first and last rows. But that is what makes it so good, it is very tough. Looks fantastic and went down quickly after the first row was put down. And can not stress enough how important that first row is, one little error and you fight it the entire time you are putting down the floor. Now time will tell how well the floor holds up. I put it in 3 classrooms, a hallway and a large gym room in a Nursery School. ... read more Hopefully it will hold up to many 2-4 year olds on their scooters. But would highly recommend this product.

    best thing EVER!
I wish this flooring had been around when we'd done the rest of our house in laminate. I actually like the look of this better than the laminate and, with 3 dogs, love the idea that it is waterproof. Super easy to install. Only 2 slightly damaged pieces in the 7 boxes we used, but we were able to use them anyway when we needed cut pieces inside a closet. Will definitely be using more of this product in the future.

    Buyer beware
I just put this flooring in everyroom in my house. Love the waterproof aspect as I have pets and kids. It looks beautiful however it scratches very easily. I am one week in and lets just say never move anything in the room. I have also noticed where the boards meet (top and bottom) they can either gap or buckle. For me it will work for now but too expensive to scratch this easily.

    Looks great.
I had decided that I would install this floor on my own (something that I had tried before with a laminate floor and failed at) and was delighted when I found that I could do it. It looks great and was easy enough to install, even for a person with a flooring disability.

    Love this product!!!
We wanted the look of hardwood in our basement without needing to worry about moisture. This vinyl plank flooring was the answer!! Love the look and feel of the product. We had someone help install, so I cannot truly speak to the ease of installation. I heard that you just need to start off installation the "right way" - whatever that means. But look at the result (photo attached)!

    Allure rocks
Previously I had Allure installed in my RV kitchen and it looks wondrful. When I purchased a home that needed some TLC I went to Allure again. Using the Dove Gray in my kitcfhen, entry way, hall, utility room and guest bath. Unlike the standard installation the installer had me look at what the area would look like if the Allure was layed on an angle for the entire floor. The installer is a real master and I could never be happier with finished product. Remember when you purchase this product ... read more that it has tempature requirements as indictated on the website..

    Great product
After I'd figured out the layout for my installation (odd shaped room and out of square) the flooring went down fairly easy. You need to pay attention when you are connecting the pieces because the glue strips are really sticky and hard to get apart if out of alignment. My only complaint is that I wish that the strips were marked in some way for end to end "Run of pattern." Being a wood look floor, it looks better when the grain matches.

    Oh so easy!
We bought this flooring to update the floor in our rental bathroom. It went down quick, was easy to work with, and the finished product was beautiful.

    Easy to Use
My husband and I used this in our bathroom to replace carpeting that the previous owners had placed. We love this flooring! It was easy to use, easy to cut and looks fantastic!

Not the color I expected, but great once it was installed.
Absolutely no problems at all other than expected it to be lighter in color than it actually is. Looks great installed and although the price was very reasonable, the product has an expensive look to it.

    Love it. Better than expected!
Product arrived even before the estimated delivery date! Woot woot! And my contractor friend who installed it for me did it in a whip snap short time. Price was a fraction of the cost of another brand he had recommended to me and even he was impressed how great it looked. My husband walked in and was SHOCKED at how nice it appeared, so real and rustic looking in our new home gym area. So pleased we are planning to take out more carpet and install it in a new bar/kitchenette area in our basement. ... read more It's much "warmer" to the touch than tile, which is great in the basement. We installed a thin pad under it just to give it a little cushion/give for workout area since it is on top of slab.

    looks so good!
Put this in my basement rental unit. Best decision I ever made. Love it and how good it looks as well is how easy it is to clean!

    Love my floor!
I am a fourty (something!) woman with little to no experience in laying floors and I completed my kitchen in one day all by myself! The floor is easy to install and very durable. It is extremely scratch resistant. I have gotten so many compliments. A little pricy but you get what you pay for and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great Product & Easy to Install
I installed this flooring upstairs in my music/studio room and couldn't be happier with the results. As one other reviewer noted - the floor has wood grain but is not textured. However, for this room it is perfect. The wood grain part has a shimmer to it that works perfectly for this room. Installation was fairly easy and making cross cuts was simply scoring the plank and then snapping it much like sheetrock. The more difficult part was on the last row where I had to remove a couple of inches ... read more length-wise for several of them. Scoring and snapping turned into a forearm workout.

My first time buying floors online. And having to trust Home Depot—that was the toughest part. I must say, the experience was wonderful! Let’s go in order: I purchased 11 boxes of Modern Oak Broadway Resilient Vinyl Plank Flooring. Within a few days they arrived, intact, perfectly packaged, delivered by UPS, and the gentleman deposited, without even blinking or me asking, all of them in my bedroom. (How you are treated by the delivery carrier, honestly, might depend on your location and on the ... read more personal character and work ethics of the carrier’s employee.) Home Depot kept me up to date as per the status of the order: being checked, getting ready to ship, in transit, out for delivery and so on. I am posting here photos of the results. I paid an installer to do the job. The kid (he is young) had no familiarity with this type of product and he did make a few mistakes. Some we were able to correct; some I’ll have to live with. I must say, however, that the mistakes were his and not inherent problems with the vinyl planks. The stickiness of the planks makes it tricky to install them because if you don’t get it right immediately it is difficult to pick up a piece and re-set it. One has to be careful not to bend the corners of each plank. Because of its sticky nature, this plank might be harder to chisel, when you have to shape it to fit special corner or, say, the perimeter of a stone-base fireplace. If one does it DIY-style, I am sure one would put all the love and care and patience to get it perfectly right… My young installer messed up here and there. (However, the same guy installed a different product, Luxury vinyl planks by Coretec and it was a masterpiece! Truly the Michelangelo of floor installation!—that’s because he has worked with non-sticky, click-&-lock planks many many times.) The floor is extremely pleasant to the touch, smooth but not slippery in the least. The color: there is a lot of grey/silver in it (more than I expected and more than I had hoped for)—but the overall effect is quite beautiful, and elegant. It is not super shiny, but it’s not dull either. It does not look like wood, obviously: it is black and silver, after all. But it does not look like our grandmother’s linoleum either, at all! It is great. This Modern Oak Broadway Resilient Vinyl Plank Flooring went into our humble, 40-year-old, slightly rinky-dink beach house. There was no need to go overboard with extravagantly expensive flooring in a place prone to salty-wind attacks and other coastal natural phenomena. It is perfect! I am very happy with it and would highly recommend it to people with similar need and expectations. [p.s.: I've been trying for 1 hour to post more than one photo, but HomeDepot website is not uploading my images. Sorry]

    Love, love this floor..
Just beautiful. Exactly what I have been looking for for a long time. Went down easily, feels and looks great. Very happy!

    Good product to work with.
Only down a week, too early to rate its durability and performance, so I give it 4 stars. However, it was easy to install and looks great and the "Wife" is happy with the results.

    An excellent product
I was nervous about making accurate cuts around door casings and installing the floor on my own. I had to cut every plank because of how & where I installed it. It took me a long time to do, but worth it. It looks great. I used the paper sheets to trace the cuts I needed to make, as they won't stick to the adhesive. 2 concers: high heels may leave marks & if it gets too wet, I'd be concerned about the seams. But, so far so good. I am very happy with this product after 2 weeks of seeing it installed.

Excellent Floor - and Easy to install!
I've waited more than a month before reviewing to ensure the floor was all I wanted it to be. We received our boxes and let them sit in our house to condition them per the instructions. We installed a 12x13 room in about 6 hours. It was so easy, that even we, who hate do it yourself homeimprovement, could do it. We followed all the instructions and walked on and rolled the floor when done. So the floor's been down for about 5 weeks, an it is beautiful! Everyone who's been in our house can't ... read more believe it's vinyl. Nothing's coming up and it looks as nice as the first day. We are now going to to another room with the same exact floor and can't wait to be done with it. What a great way to improve a room with minimal cost and effort.

    Great flooring solution!
I used this for my DIY kitchen renovation and it came out great! I have never laid floors in my life before and I managed this one without any major problems. It's easy to assemble and looks great! The brick pattern is not that hard to achieve either. The panels snap easily. It gets tougher though when your walls are uneven or you have to cut the planks around irregular shapes, things like pipes etc, which I managed to do however it took me the most amount of time. The only con I can think of is ... read more that my hands hurt for 2 days after the whole day of putting pressure on the panels in order to cut them with the razor blade, so I guess it is advisable to have someone to help you if you are covering a big square footage unless you have particularly strong hands! Also you'll probably need more time to finish your project than you think. But again, it's the cutting that takes the most amount of time. Overall, great result but not without effort. Either way I would totally recommend this product.

    Looks fine after 3 weeks
We had this flooring installed in our laundry room 3 weeks ago, and are very happy with its appearance at this time. To avoid installation-related problems, we had it installed by a professional who has had good results with Allure flooring in a variety of settings. No complaints. We'll provide an updated review when we've had more experience with it.

Vinyl more like hardwoodlook than laminates
    - The look: rates 5.The color, grain, and lack of duplicate patterns seem more realistic than the laminates. Visitor have thought it is wood. - Ease of Care: rates 5. It's in the kitchen with all that occurs. Typically, just use water and microfiber mop. - Durability: rates 4.5 I've had only a month. However, I dragged the stubborn refrigerator when installing and it's blemish-free, Of course also 2 dogs including our 50# 4 month puppy. That's a test. So far, so good. - Ease of installation: ... read more rates a 2 - there were not instructions snd I did it reversing the working edge from the desired, The adhesive strip is very sticky, it can be repositioned, but difficult. It is easy to score and snap though. However, I was able to still do it alone in one full day. It's a "floating" floor, so it's actually best to leave the existing intact. There's no need for a bottom layers (as similar products require). FYI: female with some handy-person skills. In conclusion - I will use this again. I am shocked I am using vinyl flooring as I usually prefer higher-end products- but this is a new world of vinyl!
