    Great Product for any room
I have used this product in several applications. We have a water problem in our basement and had carpet prior, installed this and even if water is an issue, easy to clean up or remove and re install. Installed on our houseboat in the kitchen and bathrooms, feels great on bare feet, can drop anything on it without worrying about it chipping. Installed in a laundry room that had a water heater leak, no issues is it happens again. Real easy to install, easy to cut with a knife of scissors, looks ... read more great, feels great on the feet, not slippery and looks like wood. If the choice is between a wood or laminate product, get this you will not be disappointed.

Not as easy as it looks
Difficult to install, mostly because the locking tongues appear to be to short. Because of this the sections separate very easily during installation, particularly when there is even the slightest unevenness in the foundation. I installed mine over a basement floor that was previously carpeted and damaged when our basement flooded. I laid it directly over the the concrete floor with only a vapor barrier in between as recommended (not in the instructions) I had to prowl the internet for that information.

    Beautiful and Easy to Install
This flooring was very easy to install. We purchased it for a rental house and it was recommended for durability. The sticky tabs are VERY sticky, best to insert a corner first then line it up, lay it down and press hard into place. Working alone, I laid about 500 sq ft over 2 days (5 hours each day). Since it's a floating floor and doesn't stick to the sub-floor, I laid it right over the old hardwood flooring, so if we ever sell, we can take this up and refinish the hardwood.

    Excellent Product
I had never put any type of flooring down in the past and was skeptical of my abilities to get the Allure TrafficMaster flooring installed by myself and have the job turn out well. To my surprise it was easy. The job was almost fun and very rewarding when I finished. I put it down in a 250 sf room, it took about 8 hours. It looks great and I would recommend it to anyone. This product is very well designed, it cuts with a box cutter and is almost hard to mess up.

The box says "Easiest ever" Yes It very well could be!
Currently installing over wood subfloor... If you have a floor that is fair... Leave It!! Install this right over it! Pulling up linoleum is a HORRIBLE idea... I was a snap together type of guy, but this was the color and look Wifey wanted. I may never question her again, well maybe that's an exaggeration. But this seriously is incredibly easy to work with, cut, move and manipulate. No idea how it will hold up but everyone else thinks it will. My advice keep the project simple, order it and make ... read more your plan and wait for it. Start smart, work your hardest least seen or disguised area first so you get your groove on when you make long runs with little cutting. Hammer down! Well not really but get after it!

Bought this product for living room and bathrooms. It is perfect! Exactly the color shown; hints of brown, grey, and cream. Goes with many furniture color tones. We hired an installer. It was pretty was for him. Looks and feels high end, but not the high price of hardwood or laminate.

    Beautiful flooriing
So far this flooring is beautiful and I've received tons of compliments on it. Not sure how it's going to do in the long run, since it's just been installed. My only complaint had to do with shipping. 4 boxes arrived with the ends of all the pieces broken off. I returned those and ordered more and one of those boxes arrived with broken ends. Otherwise, it installed quickly and easily and is perfect for my kitchen, laundry room and den areas.

    Liked this Product
We really loved this product for our bathroom floor, the installation was extremely easy, and the look is fantastic, you wouldn't know that it is Vinyl. I would reccommend ordering more than you need. We chose to stagger, like you would with a typical hardwood, and as a result needed much for than expected.

    top quality
Super easy once you get started. Definitely need a straight razor, a straight edge(ruler), possibly consider getting some metal cutting shears to get the job done. Prob of a better quality than I needed for the camper I put it in, but it was about the look for me. All the Blue-ish, White-ish, Gray-ish colors are all there. Loving that weathered look.

    Good choice
This is a great product -- very easy to install with minimal tools required. Whether you like this look or not will be a matter of taste, but it definitely helps to follow the instructions and stagger the boards, pulling from more than one box at a time, etc. to get a varied look. I love that the boards stick to each other but not the subfloor. We easily finished this DIY installation between 2 people in one weekend, including some repairs to the subfloor. That was a year ago, and the floor ... read more looks exactly the same as when we laid it -- no issues with changing temps making any kind of difference, and a year's worth of pet claws and high heels and finishing a remodel on top of these floors have not created a single scratch or dent that I can find. Cleaning this floor could not be easier. All in all, you won't be sorry.

    Looks wonderful in my kitchen!
I just moved into a little cottage that probably has the original linoleum flooring, which had turned an ugly yellow with age. I got the Brittany Blanched Painted Wood vinyl flooring because I thought it would work well with my newly painted pewter countertops and cream walls/drawers/cabinets. I decided to tackle the project myself -- read the directions thoroughly and four hours later, I was done! I love the results and it couldn't have been easier!

    Great Purchase
I purchased this flooring for a bathroom remodel and I couldnt be happier with it. It has held up under kids, large dogs and water on the floor. It looks awsome, easy to clean and very durable. Make sure to take your time installing it, but it is easy to install. Debating on putting it in more areas in the house because it has held up better than our expensive shaw flooring and hardwood flooring. Also spend the money on the polishing product, it makes the grain pop and looks great!

This is the easiest flooring product I have worked with
I have used this product in three rooms in my home in Pa. I am owned by three Lab's and this flooring stood up to everything they could throw at it. I have since retired to Ga. and recently did two bathroom floors with this flooring, love the ease of installation. Being water resistant makes it an excellent choice for my bath's. I will be doing my kitchen floor in the not to distant future. I am strictly an amateur at this so please excuse the pics.

    Comparison to Allure Dove Maple
I wished someone had compared these two colors/floors so I didn't have to order both, I'm going to do so now: Grey Maple: Slightly Thicker Lifetime residential warranty Shinier with less wood grain bumps 5" instead of 6" Beveled edges More distinction in the wood grain outline Dove Maple More of a flat finish, less shine (classier in my book) Darker overall, less color variation - no slight tan hues. Wider planks, no beveled edge

    Looks great
Floor looks great. Only issue with installation was the inability to rework the pieces once put together. Installation instructions said there was 30 min of work time but I found it nearly impossible to separate the pieces once the working edges were touched together without breaking the overlap off. Other than that, easy install, great look and great product.

Worked wonderfully, looks amazing! Flooring went over carpet, used glue and it worked like a charm. Awesome!

    Exceeded my expectations.
I'm in awe of how beautiful it looks now that it's down on the floor and I can fully appreciate it. It's extremely easy to install. You just score it and snap it like drywall on vertical cuts. Horizontal cuts were challenging because the material is so thick and tough and has fiber glass strands woven into it but that just goes to show the strength of the product. Just make sure you take your time lining each piece up just right as you lay it, because once two pieces are stuck together they ... read more aren't coming apart.

This flooring was so easy to install and looks absolutely beautiful! Nobody can believe it isn't real wood. We did our entire upstairs (1600 sq ft) with it and could not be happier!

    looks so good!
Put this in my basement rental unit. Best decision I ever made. Love it and how good it looks as well is how easy it is to clean!

    Allure 2 times
I have used Allure flooring twice now, the first time I used the Ultra which is more challenging to use, but the standard Allure was much easier to install and worked great. I actually installed it in a fifth wheel camper. This material is top shelf compared to the factory flooring.

cannot get much easier to install.
Super easy and fast install. Product looks better than expected! Nice feel and super durable. Note some damage in shipping, but not major as damaged pieces where salvageable for areas needing cuts. Very forgiving for first time DIY project, as planks can be pulled apart and re adheared to each other several times. Great material for high moisture areas.

    Love this product
I have a very high traffic kitchen, we come and go from the door in the kitchen, so I wanted something on the floor that would hold up, and wasn't very expensive because my whole kitchen needs to be remodeled and I didn't want to spend a ton on the floor right now. Anyway..... this product was installed by Home Depot in January '12 and I LOVE it. It is nice looking and people think we installed wood floors until I tell them its vinyl. The floor itself if easy to clean, I can damp mop, or just ... read more wipe up spills. The installation took a little longer then expected, but only because the installers wanted to make sure the floor was installed correctly. We have been through a variety of temperatures and the floor looks just as good in the heat and humidity of a VT summer as it did in the cold of winter. I would highly recommend this product for any room that is high traffic. I am hoping to have this installed in a bathroom next.

Product is not as easy to install as previous noted on box.
The flooring is ok until you make a mistake and have to take a piece or two up. The glue sticks tight and when pulling a piece up it is easy to damage the piece you are pulling up, as well as the ones it is attached to. Next time I am going back to laminate or engineered wood.
