Beautiful, easy to install and holds up well over time
We bought this when HD first got it and have installed this flooring down over the course of 5 years on over 2000sqft. Over the years it has held up to the wear and tear of 2 kids + friends and 2 crazy dogs (heelers), a leaky roof, rearranging furniture constantly (just have felt pads) and in the bathroom too! We ordered extra knowing that we would need it for the rest of the house. Just got done putting the next to last room flooring down and you can't tell the room next to it was done 4 years ... read more prior. Easy to install. the picture is the 4 year installation difference.bedroom floor vs bathroom floor.

Beautiful and comfortable to walk on!
This is the 3rd time we have chosen to put this product in a house, so you can see we really like it! It's easily installed, doesn't scratch easily and is very easy to keep clean. The grand kids love playing on it. It's great to walk on and we love the color. The only complaint is the finishing strips for the doorways had a high gloss finish and did not match the satin finish of the flooring.

    Beautiful Flooring, Great Quality
I read many reviews before purchasing this floor, I am so glad that I bought the handscraped Oak gunstock at the Home Depot store. It is beautiful and installs very easily. There were no damgaed or unusable pieces. We installed this in our kitchen and it really warms the room up. It is rustic looking but there are no scratches or visible wear as I read in many other reviews. The hand scraped oak gives the floor a nice texture and warmth that you wouldn't get from a high gloss smooth finish that ... read more also scratches easily. I have 3 kids and wanted something that wouldn't show the wear and tear or scratches. I give this floor 5 stars for value and ease of installation and overall beauty.

    Found a good one
Very good quality, I have tried 3 or 4 differing manufacturers and styles, this was the best so far. The boards are very flat and straight and tap together easily at the tongue and groove, most of the time they just slide in without undue force. I am about to start another floor and I am ordering this again.

    This product looks so rich!
I installed this flooring last weekend in just a matter of hours and it looks wonderful. The color is warm and inviting and the installation was very easy. I plan on replacing all the carpet in my house with this same wood soon.

Best looking floor on the market
Had a pro install the flooring and he was happy with the quality of the product as it made his job easier.

    Great look and good value
This was my first installation of an engineered wood floor. The product was easy to install, looks great, and is a very good value. I used an upgraded underlayment (MP Global Best), which adds a good feel to the finished floor and reduced sound when compared to other hardwood floors in our home. I would consider using this product again.

    Makes a beautiful floor!
Very easy to install. We ordered 2 pallets of the flooring and 1 pallet had all the same lengths of board in it and the other pallet had random lengths. Over half the floor was installed before we found this out. It worked out for us as the room was odd shaped and we could use the shorter lengths in the second pallet at the edge of the room.

    Back for seconds!
Had this floor installed in a condo 3 years ago and it still looks great. Applied WD40 to eliminate a few squeaks and Minwax Wood Finish Stain Marker on the occasional scratch. Just ordered the same for a 1,000 sq ft project.

    Good Looking Flooring
This flooring looks beautiful. My only caveat is that it seems to less robust than I had hoped. We have to be more careful not to spill or drop anything. Perhaps that's the adjustment you make to go from linoleum to wood (nearly) flooring. But it does look terrific.

    Floors look great!
Really nice looking flooring. Out of 25 cartons, a few individual pieces I considered ugly, or not up to par, so very little waste. Still within the normal 10% over you should order. Went together well. The longer pieces were harder to click together but was expected. I installed as a floating floor over 1/4" cork. Feels nice under your feet. Haven't had problems with scratches but was careful moving furniture. I will have to see over time how it holds up. Price was a bargain for HDF engineered ... read more wood for the look achieved. On par with higher end products. Need to dust or use a swiffer every day, or at least as long as I'm creating dust as other projects are ongoing.

We only have had this floor in for 1 day. We do not know if it will be easy to clean.

fantastic product but hard to install full installation instructions are not included in package or on web-site
color, finish, and quality are first rate. surface finish is harder and more "mark/scratch" resistant than other product I have used. But installation instructions are poor, I needed to contact Millstead directly who easily sent me an easier to understand installation instructions

    Love this floor
I had this floor installed yesterday in my dining room and it is absolutely beautiful! I wasn't sure if it would go well with my Cherry cabinets in the kitchen , which is next to my kitchen, but it did. The installer was exceptional and it only took 4 hours total. My dining room is 11x13 and can't say enough but to highly recommend this floor.

    Beautiful flooring
This is the second home we've put this same exact flooring in because we love it so much. Everyone comments on the floor. The only downside is - it gets small scratches easily if there is any dirt or sand on the floor and something drags over it.

This flooring looks great, feels good and was easy to install.
I installed this over foam padding, as recommended. It snaps together easily and securely. We have used it for about three years, now, and couldn't be happier with it. We also get many complements on it. I have recently used it to face our interior hollow-core doors with a "frame and panel" design - they are awesome!

Easy to install and looks great
My husband and I purchased this flooring for our grade level cement underfloor in the downstairs of our home. We were sick of the laminate flooring used in other areas of our home but traditional hard wood is not an option at grade level. This floor was just as easy to install as laminate and looks absolutely beautiful. I am so happy with our purchase. We will be choosing engineered hard wood for all future renovations.

    Nice Product-lengthy install
As others have mentioned, despite the product description saying "random length planks", all the planks are three feet. Having gone through 16 boxes so far, I doubt if my last two boxes will be any different. If you decide to glue the floor down, just remember it will be a rather lengthy process. A 15 by 19 room has taken me at least 40 hours to glue down. Due to the 3 1/2 inch plank width, a 15 foot row took me 20-30 minutes to glue down. Over the years I've installed approx 10 rooms of wood ... read more flooring so this isn't my first rodeo. The floor would have taken me a day (8-10 hours) to instaIl if it was a floating floor. Gluing the floor down takes a very long time-be prepared. I've probably spent $300 on glue so far. I think the floor will be worth it in the long run, but its probably the last floor I'll glue down. Perhaps using a wider plank would reduce the time. You also have to let the glue dry 24-48 hours before you walk on it. And purchase the $12 tongue and glue block. You will use this block to hammer against to slide the plank into place. Without the block you will be dead in the water. I've probably used it for 99 percent of the flooring I've installed. I still have 9 inches of flooring left to install and it really hasn't gotten any quicker the more I've put the floor down.

Different from what was sold last year
While still a good product the item has changed from 5/8 to half inch thickness necesitating a threshold to hide the height difference from my other 3 rooms , also now a nail down not floating floor not a real improvemant in my estimation

    Good product.
Beautiful color with easy installation makes a great combination. Pieces are pre scribed on back side for easy cutting in half or third. Out of 26 cases, only 2 boards were damaged.

    Home Legend wood flooring
The product was ordered through Home Depot, and then delivered to my house - free (because we ordered over $250). So may say the price is too expensive, but the quality and the ease of laying the floor - makes up for the price. I had one piece of flooring that was damaged - but I was able to cut it down and use it as a starting piece. The Click lock system on this floating wood floor - is very easy to put down. (No glue necessary). The pieces can be cut with a chop saw, and their is no ... read more splintering of the wood. If you are looking for a product that is easy to install and looks great once it is one the floor....I would highly recommend this product.

    Beautiful and easy!
The flooring went down so and lock! No pounding like laminate wood flooring. Color was very nice. We opened several boxes at a time to make sure we got a good mixture.....but didn't really need to do that, they were all pretty much the same and blended well. Liked having different sized pieces to work with. I can't think of any complaints except that the delivery was a problem. We canceled the home delivery...wanted to pick it up at the store instead. Came home and it was sitting ... read more in our driveway in the rain. ugh. Other than that....all was good. One box too many and corner of box was dented...going to return it.

These floors are beautiful but if your cement is not level in your basement they will creak creak creak. We made that mistake the hard way.
