    Home legend
Good value and easy to install. Perfect for a bedroom. Looks great

Every box has 6 half pieces in it!
Flooring is great but should make consumer aware that every box has half pieces in. Hard to figure square feet based on this alone!

Other than the issues with the person delivering the order not being customer friendly or knowledgeable about backing up a truck, so order was left in the middle of my driveway, blocking the driveway and I had to call someone to come over and assist me in brining the 45 boxes of flooring from the middle of my driveway into the house about 125 feet, the product itself more than met my expectations.

We only have had this floor in for 1 day. We do not know if it will be easy to clean.

fantastic product but hard to install full installation instructions are not included in package or on web-site
color, finish, and quality are first rate. surface finish is harder and more "mark/scratch" resistant than other product I have used. But installation instructions are poor, I needed to contact Millstead directly who easily sent me an easier to understand installation instructions

    Love this floor
I had this floor installed yesterday in my dining room and it is absolutely beautiful! I wasn't sure if it would go well with my Cherry cabinets in the kitchen , which is next to my kitchen, but it did. The installer was exceptional and it only took 4 hours total. My dining room is 11x13 and can't say enough but to highly recommend this floor.

    Easy Installation, very thin
I installed many different prefinished flooring in the last 20 years. This one was easiest to install thanks to the intuitive design feature at the short end. It is much thinner than I thought it should be, that worries me since no sub-floor is perfect. Don't forget to order your transition moldings to, as it would be hard to find one with matching colors. The shipping was right on time, easy to get updated information on phone or online.

    Installed great!
We bought this for our office. We had never installed a floor before, but are DIY people. We had 185 sp ft to do, installed in a day and a half! Only found 2 boards, in 7 boxes, that had slight damage to them, and were able to use them as cuts. Sounds solid when you walk on it. Once you get the hang of it, it goes quickly. Looks rich down, very happy with it.

    Beautiful floor
This is a beautiful floor and is just what I was looking for. The color is rich and natural looking. The quality is excellent. It does come in random lengths and the person who installed it said this made it a little more difficult to install and it took longer to install than if it had been uniform lengths. Of course the random lengths is one reason the floor looks so good and so natural. I would highly recommend this flooring.

Very easy to install and looks great
Great product! Love the colors the boards emits. Only 1 board out of the box was damaged severely. Pretty good!

This is a beautiful floor, and I purchased it sight unseen. The installation requires a little tapping to ensure a good lock.
All of my friends who see this floor are quite is gorgeous. It looks quite regal and cleans up nicely with a steamer. Many have commented on how much dirt the dark woods show...I don't agree. I went from a light oak hardwood to the java oak and think just the opposite. Great buy!!!

    Incredible for Price Point!
It's rare to purchase something and have it turn out even better than expected, especially at a price lower than the cost of laminate flooring. The installers said the engineered hardwood went together easily over the underlayment. We found only one board that had cracked and a few that were dinged in shipping/transport. . . in 17 boxes. All were salvageable with careful trimming and installation, so we had very little waste. By opening about four boxes at a time, we had all the rainbow colors ... read more of natural hickory and plenty of long, medium and short boards! The finished flooring is a work of art and clearly hardwood in appearance, foot feel and texture. Finishing pieces also worked well. The installers are master carpenters; they felt the veneer would hold up well because hickory is such a hard wood. I couldn't be more pleased!

    It is a perfect value
I can't believe what I paid for this. It was cheaper than any other hardwood option I looked at and many laminate. I'm a 25 year old girl and installed it myself in my dining, living and bedroom. It has been about 6 months and it still looks great. I'm going for a transitional look with modern finishes and blonde floors so that it's both warm and modern. The hickory varies in color so much and brings a lot of warmth and character. So glad I went with this over dark hardwood.

    goes together with ease
This flooring looked great when I was done. It went down fast, and now my room looks like I paid someone to do it.

    Excellent Teak Huntington Hardwood Flooring
We are extremely pleased with the quality of our new Teak Huntington hardwood flooring. Everything about this floor is first rate. The manufacturing of this flooring could not be better. We have always had carpeting in our home but removed it and had our living room and dining room covered with this hardwood (more than 1200 sq.ft.). It is perfect, installation was perfect also. Good product
Bought for my kitchen, dining room, and hall ways. Easy to install. Seams really are tight and smooth. The reason i bought this flooring was because I took home samples and beat them up with a fork and submerged a piece in water. This was by far the best flooring compared to others from home depot and other stores. Most of the wood floors at other stores could be dented with a fingernail. The only complaint I have about this wood flooring is it shows dust easy. My kitchen is still a work in ... read more progress so I'm hoping it'll get better once the remodeling is done! I have white cabinets and black granite countertops and it looks great with both. Very classy! My bar area isn't done in my picture but it shows the floor how it looks laid in a large room.

    satisfied with product and service
One problem was the flooring was supposed to be randoms lengths and all the flooring received was the same length.

Have done three rooms, looks great.
easy to install, live on 2nd floor of condo, installed over cork very satisfied. Very little waste, by planning ahead with joint location. Suggest buying all product at same time, as the color varied some from year to year.

A great option for a first home upgrade and a weekend project.
This is a great product for a quick, good-looking, and durable floating hardwood floor. For our first home and with limited experience installing flooring, it was fast to come together as a weekend project and fantastic upgrade from the existing low-grade linoleum. The color was a full shade darker/warmer than the free sample we'd picked up in the store, but there was little color variation between the cases and we loved the end result. We'll be continuing the project into the main ... read more living/dining/hallway area early next year. There were more damaged pieces than I would have liked, and I think that could be mitigated by better packing materials. There was a lot of space within the carton for the planks to shift around and the tongue edges were the most beat up. That said, we had enough and then some to do the whole entryway floor (2 cases for about 45 sq feet), so planning for that is key. These cases contained a number of shorter pieces, something that isn't fully described (or at least I didn't register that), so they aren't all 47-1/4" as we intended, which was perfectly okay (less waste for smaller cuts). We just didn't notice until we got through the middle of the first case and saw the shorter boards. Plan ahead: Add 5-10% square footage to account for damage and weird lengths and round up to the nearest case, especially for smaller areas like an entryway or hallway. Make sure you order the matching transitional trim pieces since the stores only stock the most common (oak) varieties. Since we'll be continuing the floor into the living room in the future, we found a piece of oak trim that was on clearance because part of the length was damaged, but it matched close enough for a temporary solution. Lessons learned: 1. Make sure your mitre saw is cutting squarely before you start (didn't notice mine was off until the first several rows were installed). Also, the full plank width is closer to 6 inches, and my 10-inch mitre saw only barely cut through the whole plank. If you're planning on purchasing a mitre saw to complete a project with these planks, a 12-inch saw would definitely serve you better. 2. Take care to make sure your floor is as level as possible. There are some spots where the planks give a lot more than they probably should. 3. Start on the flattest, squarest wall you can. We didn't have a very good gauge of our start wall, and the floor ended up cocked slightly. We were able to pull on it to straighten, but we had more of a gap along the back corner in a closet than we would have liked. 4. Watch those door jamb and trim corners and plan accordingly. We had to fudge one because we had removed the jamb for a prior project and didn't account for the slope of the trim pieces. 5. If you're shooting for a random install pattern, watch your lines and keep aligning cuts 3-4 rows apart.

    Very nice looks great
Went down easy and looks great. It's a little darker than the sample I got at Home Depot but looks even better than I expected. Make sure you use a good blade to cut. The slats come in various sizes. They are not all one length which worked out great. Good price compare to some of the others I saw.

    All that I hoped for
Looks much higher end than I expected. Great value for money. It's a little darker than you might expect from looking at the online photos but I prefer it that way so no big deal for me.

As good for workshop floor as at home.
Had purchased a similar product several years before from Home Depot. This was closest to that purchase but fit my needs exactly. Still just as easy to install.

Waited a year after installation to see how it would hold up
We covered about 600 square feet after having had carpet for many years- installation was not that difficult once we got rolling- our biggest challenge was getting the cuts right around heat registers- that's where most of our cussing occurred- it has held up well after one year of use- there are a few scratches here and there and we're not sure exactly how they got there but probably it was from us not paying attention to moving furniture- we like rustic so this has worked out well for us!
