    attractive
This planter is visually attractive. It has a heavy plastic lining to place a potted plant in. The rattan material is thick and well-made. Should last a long time, although I have mine in a screened in porch.

MAKES A GREAT OUTDOOR ICE BUCKET TOO!
All my patio furniture is woven resin wicker, so this planter blends in perfectly with the decor. It's a good size for most potted plants, and the inside of the planter is fully lined with quite sturdy plastic so it doesn't leak. I'm especially happy that even though the planter is plastic, it doesn't look cheap in any way. I see this planter as having dual purpose. I will use it as a planter for a potted plant most of the time, although I think I will put a couple of inches of gravel in the ... read more bottom first as there is no drainage because of the liner. I may just leave the plant in its original pot, and drop it inside the planter. The other purpose I can see for this planter is as an ice bucket or wine cooler when entertaining outdoors. I plan to fill the planter with crushed ice, which will work because of the heavy duty plastic liner, and place some bottles of wine or soda in there to stay cool when we have dinner with friends on the patio.

    Attractive rattan planter
This planter would be a perfect addition to an office or a waiting room. It is a lightweight but functional planter. A large fern of peace lily would look great in it. You will need a base commercial pot for the plant.

Great to Keep Plants in Front of Window
This plant stand was very easy to put together and looks nice. It seems to be sturdy and holds my plants well. I love that I can now keep them in front of the window for sunlight without having to hang them from the ceiling. It doesn't take up much room on the floor, which is an added bonus. I'm hoping that this will help keep my plants alive over the winter.

    Very Pretty~needs a little help
This beautiful plant stand is very easy to put together but a little bit frustrating for me. You just screw the pole parts to the bottom~ very easy. There are no instructions. To place the hangers and pot holders, you just slide the curly que ends over the pole. Three stayed in place but two just kept sliding to the bottom. To help this and to ensure that a flower pot would not suddenly drop down and smash to the ground, I wrapped ladies' elastic hair bands around the pole first, and then slid ... read more the loose hangers over those and that kept them from sliding down. I am going to go to Home Depot to find something appropriate to slide under all 5 curly que ends. I'm not sure if hot/cold/humid weather has an affect on this? Other than that, the stand is very attractive and about 5-6 feet tall. It is nice and sturdy and has a beautiful finish. It will hold 5 plants. It would look lovely on the front porch or inside your home. The design is so pretty. I just wish the hangers/holders were more reliable. It is balanced very well. I am looking forward to filling it with some gorgeous plants!

    Good Height; Sturdy
First the Pros: It's an excellent height for a freestanding hanging stand; many of the freestanding planter stands are really a bit too short. It's a good quality stand and heavy duty for this type of product. It's also configurable; you can set up the hangers at any height on the pole. The base is round and stable enough and it was easy to assemble. It was packaged very well and the bottom line is that I like it. Now the Cons: There are NO instructions, however I think it's pretty much a no ... read more brainer (which is why I said it was easy to assemble). However, I think there could be some confusion for folks about which way to slide the hangers onto the pole. I'm not sure it would make a difference, but they seemed more likely to hold their place with the curly part down (rather than up). I do have some concern about how well the hangers will stay in place, but it's unfounded for now. Don't move it with plants on the stand as I'm reasonably sure the hangers would slide down the pole as the plants shifted. Be careful how you slide the hangers onto the pole as they might scratch the surface. If that happens, rust won't be far behind. The base is wide, but be sure to distribute the hangers to accommodate stability. I don't think it would tip over, but . . .

    Awesome Pot
I purchased this to make a DIY project. A wind chime for terra cotta pots. I purchased all of them and the paint from Home Depot. They turned out great! : )

    Better than expected
I've never really planted much in pots before and I wanted to give it a try without spending a lot of money, in case I was unsuccessful. These pots were the perfect price and exceeded my expectations! The pots have done well holding moisture in for my plants. Also, because of their simplicity and earthy feel, they don't detract attention from my beautiful and thriving flowers and herbs. I have never had such great success with potted plants.

    ABSORBS WATER FOR HEALTHIER PLANTS
THESE TERRA COTTA CLAY POTS ARE THE BEST FOR YOUR PLANTS. WHY?? THEY ABSORB SOME OF THE WATER AND BREATHE WITH YOUR PLANTS' IT IS TIME TO WATER WHEN THE CLAY POT DRIES OUT, WHICH IS VERY NOTICABLE. I LOVE THEM, MUCH BETTER THAN PLASTIC.

    large pot for small price
Terra cotta of this pot has a nice finish. Haven't had it for very long, but it's price was EXCELLENT compared to terra cotta pots of comparable size I've seen at nurseries.

    Actual Terra Cotta
Typically a pot at this size and price, advertised as "terracotta", is typically talking about the color, and then you get a big plastic pot. This is the actual material. I was able to use 2 of them, and a couple grill grates, and create a huge bbq smoker.

    Large Clay Pot
Fine pot--not sure what else one could say--its a good quality pot.

    Perfect!
After much shopping for an outdoor, dish planter I found this at an excellent price and nice large size, which I wanted! It is nicer in person than in the photo, and more of a black, which is exactly what I wanted! May I add it is also half the price of other similar, but smaller planters? It's perfect!

    Love it BUT…...
This was exactly the look I was after…. but, it is a double walled plastic, NOT resin. The plastic kept the weight lighter which was a good thing, but hard to justify the $ with plastic. Yeah, I would recommend it since there is nothing out there in this style, but such a bummer it's plastic.

    Shallow planter with stone look
Wish it was available in an even larger size too!.

    Works well
Nice size. You need to drill your own drain holes on the bottom, which is fairly easy to do. Would be great if it came with a tray too.

    So good I bought another
I bought one of these a year ago for a Japanese maple tree on my patio. It has weathered beautifully. So when it was time to transplant another root-bound tree, I bought another! It's hard to find a big pot and this one is lightweight but sturdy, easy to move, doesn't crack, even after the awful winter we had here in New York. The the price is pretty reasonable, too, considering that great big pots can cost a small fortune!

    Great hard-to-find big tree pot
I had a hard time finding a pot large enough to transplant a Japanese maple tree that had become root-bound. This worked perfectly -- and is lightweight, easy to move, has easy pop-out drain holes and, best of all, looks just like a clay pot.

    Love this planter!
The color and style of this planter are a great lightweight substitute for concrete. It is exactly as pictured. A great value and much more practical than a concrete planter. You will need to drill a hole in the bottom for use outdoors. I bought 2 sizes to group with a hypertufa container that I own. This is the smaller of the two.

    Nice Item
To the casual observer it appears to be made of clay. Because it is lightweight resin, if you are using it outdoors it would be a good idea to put in stones, rocks, or whatever on the bottom to keep it from blowing over in a strong wind.

    Just as described
Just what I was looking for. A long lasting resin pot for indoor plants that are not easily repotted.

    Very nice
Love the planters. Colors are amazingly bright and appear to be very sturdy. Look forward to seeing how they survive the winter outside since they are not supposed to crack. Easy to put together. Can't rate durability and things like that since they have only been out for a couple weeks.

Very pretty at night but one quit working
I like the glowing colors at night very much. At first they both worked just fine then after about a month one of the two I bought quit working for no apparent reason. I tried reattaching the connections (not easy with a pot now full of dirt and flowers) and turned it off and on all the while waiting several days to see if anything made it work before I called customer service. They have a new LED light ring on its way to me now so hopefully that will take care of it. Customer service was GREAT!

    LOVE IT
I don't like paying a lot of money for planters but when I saw this one I had to have and I was not disappointed. The plastic seems durable, colors are vibrant and stays on for hours. Did I mention I love it
