    Great grill for the money.
I decided to replace my old propane grill with this charcoal one. This grill was easy to assemble. It cooks really nice. So far I am happy with switching to charcoal and this grill.

    Good products
Is a nice unit and easy to assemble and whe i used it the first time work real good. nice future on controlling the Heat moving up and down but the only thing that could be better is the paint quality after a couple of use I noticed few bobbles in the paint.

    Love It...
Finally found a grill with a coal tray that will last. I was lucky to get two years out the tin trays. This grill has a has a heavy rod charcoal holder that should last longer. Grill was easy to assemble, works great, and looks pretty slick on the patio.

Best charcoal grill you will ever own!
I received this grill as a father's day gift from my children, I have used only propane grills over the last 25 years because charcoal always seemed to messy and I couldn't control the heat, this grill has proven me wrong as I can control the heat quite easily , and no mess I added extra charcoal thru the door and and just let the grill cool down I remoed ash drawer and dumped it out, wiped it out and re-installed, then wiped interior of grill including grates.Easy assembly, and definitely well ... read more made would recommend to everyone .Note:Remember to season your new grill before using, I did and food tasted awesome --Rick in Illinois

    Decent Value
This is a step above most grill that you can purchase at a retail store. It is not a grill that will last forever but it will last longer than the typical grill with a 3 year life span.

    Really nice grill--smoker
This is a real nice grill, it is constructed out of 5/32" steel and cooks and holds it's heat well. The grill is very well balanced which makes it very, very easy to move around, the cooking chamber has upper and lower cooking grates and is about 42" long by 20" diameter with side by side doors so you can open the front or rear of the cooking chamber. The firebox is very well made and is also constructed of 5/32" steel, it also has cooking grates for over the coals or wood grilling, I really ... read more like everything about my Rancher grill, customer service is top of the line in case you have a problem, the smoker weighs in at about 355 lbs. but as I said earlier it is very easy to move around because of the balance and very large wheels, if you're looking for a real nice looking and good cooking grill, this fits the bill. This one competes with the custom builders.
I did a lot of shopping around before I bought this smoker. The models I wanted cost about $1500-$2200 from the custom builders. I just relocated back to Houston and just didn't want to spend that kind on money. Not that this is cheap, but it isn't $2000! This smoker is the heaviest one I found from a retailer. The steel is about 4 times as thick as the other brands I looked at. It is also bigger and has more cook space that the other models you can buy retail. My father and I assembled it this ... read more past weekend. I would recommend having two people when you put it together. It can be done with one person, but I would recommend two. I added high heat, food safe silicon between all the joints I had to put together, i.e. between the smoker box and main chamber, smoke stack and main chamber, all the screw holes, around the temperature gauges, etc. I also added high heat gasket material around all the doors. It's is pretty airtight now. I fired it up to season it yesterday and it only leaked smoke from a couple of places that I will seal next weekend. When I lit it up, it got up to temp really quickly. I was impressed by how long it stayed at temp from one load of charcoal. I use mostly hardwood that burns hot, so I am sure it will hold a lot of heat for a long time. The firebox is nice and big too, that's a plus. I am going to add some tuning plates in next weekend too. Like most offset smokers, the side next to the firebox is much hotter than the far end. But that can be fixed fairly easily. Overall I am very pleased with the smoker. I like it much better than the Brinkmanns or Oklahoma Joe models. Even though it's made overseas, I am happy with it. I hope this helps.

    Overall Good Grill
This grill was the easy to put together. It does require two people because of the weight. It is the first grill that I have found in this price range made out of heavy steel. This is not your cheap grill. Very well made. Sturdy! It does have some leaks around the lids but a little sealer and all gone. So far I love it. I would tell everyone this is the grill you need at your house. Nice job RiverGrille!

This little Dyna-Glo Compact Charcoal Grill is perfect for the beginner back yard griller or for a couple that wants a charcoal grill that's not too expensive. The adjustable charcoal tray is a favorite of mine because it allows you to adjust the tray level without risk of burning yourself by cranking the outside handle. The firebox is easily accessed by a firebox door conveniently located on the front of the grill. My dislikes of the grill is the metal it is made of is very thin which makes ... read more the grill light weight but begs to question durability of the grill. If the grill is well maintained it should last a few grilling seasons. I would strongly recommend a grill cover to keep it at its best. If not, after a few uses and left in the elements of the outdoors you will find rust may eat through the thin metal the grill is made up of. Otherwise, over all this is a real nice, light weight, easy to put in the back of a truck for a tailgate party type grill.

    Good for starters
DELIVERY Everything was very well packaged, from large to the smallest parts with no damage of any sort. All the hardware was included and no components were missing. ASSEMBLY Assembly is easy and one person can tackle it easily. There were 37 parts to put together. The only tool you need for entire assembly is one Phillips screw driver. Instructions Manual included illustration with every step which made an hour long installation easier. You do not need any experience to put it all ... read more together. DIMENSIONS The entire grill is about 50” tall (including top vent), 28.5” wide with side table folded and 41.25” wide with side table unfolded. The side table is 10.5” wide and 17.75” deep. The top two grates are22.5” wide and 16.5” deep. The tray at the bottom is 15.75” deep and 20” wide. Overall, it got ample cooking area for small to large meat portions. It can easily accommodate about six 20 oz. stakes or 8 large sized leg & thigh pieces with some spare room to flip them around. QUALITY Some parts are very thin metal i.e. 1/32th of an inch thick and some are 1/16th thick. Door and crank handle are of thick metal and provide good grip with or without gloves. The crank handle works nicely lifting the charcoal tray up or down. The side table folds nicely, a handy feature for prep area and when storing it. Given the overall quality, keeping it in the garage would be a better choice otherwise an outdoor graded cover is a must to get the longevity out of it. USAGE I have grilled chicken tikkas and chicken leg & thighs and bunch of vegetables. Everyone enjoyed the charcoal touch in crispy and juicy chicken thighs. I however would like to keep that credit to myself. Bottom line is that the grill will last you a few years easily without spending much. I’ve owned heavy duty cast iron grills but those cost arms and legs to begin with. If you are a starter and the build quality is not a must have on your priority list then go for it.

    Amazing Smoker
It is really heavy cast iron around like 60 pounds. I needed my husband help to set it up. I was easy. It does not take whole lot of place. I left it under rain and so far there is no rusting exist which i really like. I Smoked the meat and meat tasted great. I think this product is amazing. I highly recommended. If your family has at least 3 people, this product works really well. I had to cook 3 pounds of meat and it fits great.

    Best no frills Charcoal Grill
Excellent Grill - The vent control really assist in controlling the temperature and closing the vents after each use saves your charcoal for the next time. If you need a thermometer and a fancy ash receptacle buy the newer version of the Weber Kettle for an extra $50 dollars. This grill replaced my original Weber Kettle of 20 years. The Grill was easy to Assemble. Assembled it by myself in about 15 minutes.

    Best I've found
I bought my Weber Kettle in 1988 and still use it. I bought one for my son as a Christmas gift. It's the best smoker I've found. It cooks a mean 'beer-can' chicken, too. I've even used it to cook brownies. I've used it year round in Kansas, Minnesota and Texas. Nothing can match it for quality and durability. There are grills that cost a lot more but I can't imagine any doing a better job.

    Excellent all-around smoker/grill!
I bought this grill 4 years ago and I was amazed at the quality, and heat control. The food that this little, simple grill produces is outstanding. I have grills two gas, one large side box smoker and this little weber. The weber gets used 4 times a week. The others are sitting. One suggestion would be to get a chimney charcoal starter and use lump charcoal and wood chips. Otherwise, this is one great grill!

    Simple but effective
I have used this grill 4 times so far and it has been good. I like the double bottom where the inside one can be lower or upper to control the grill temperature. Also grill is large and I have grilled to feed 14 people and it could easily do more. My main complain is on packaging. Everything comes in one box so it is very heavy for one person to lift. Also parts are not well packed inside the main drum. The box came with one corner pushed in. After assembling I notice that one of the part has ... read more dented the drum from inside. That chipped paint on the outside as well.

    Best Grill ever
I have been using this grill for 8 years now. I love it. Its used daily in the summer and has no problem withstanding the test of time. I love that the grates are cast iron. The wheels that came with the grill are a little flimsy but easily upgradable. I put this grill together myself with no problem.

    Great Texas Style Grill
I purchased the Wrangler grill about a month ago and have been very pleased with it to date. The box arrived in less time than expected via online shopping. The box is heavy, so having 2 people might be necessary. It took me about 1.5 to put it together. Is a solid little unit once it's constructed. I grill out at least twice a week and it holds the heat very nicely. There's a ton of space to grill on. I maxed it out with 9 ears of corn using the top rack and another 16 brats and 6 hamburgers. ... read more You can easily grill for a large party. I'm thinking of getting the rotisserie for chicken. I'm not sure how it will hold up against weather. I just roll it in my garage for storage to avoid a chance of early breakdown. Overall, it's a great buy to. The price! Very dependable. Peter

    Needed a Smaller Grill
Since dedicating my CharGriller Pro for smoking, I needed another grill for grilling and the occasional rotisserie roast and chicken. I found the smaller Wrangler grill ideal for my needs. Assembly was fairly easy, with the exception of the "knockouts" for the rotisserie spit. While these are "removed with a hammer and screw driver", the perforations are not cut deep enough and if done this way there will be damage to the top. I used a die cutter and grinder! The Wrangler is the ideal size for ... read more my needs and while only doing a couple of chickens on the spit and a few burgers so far, I'm happy with the results.

    It's a Weber. 'nuff said
This is THE charcoal grill to get if you want the best. The green color is great, but doesn't really matter - it could be an awful color and it'd still be a Weber kettle grill. The ash-catcher is a HUGE improvement over my 30+ year old model (now retired with honors - thanks old friend) with the open bottom which could get messy. I'm sure the silver edition is good, but the ash-catcher and thermo are really nice touches and worth the added $$.

    Good quality
Overall the product appears to be of good quality. When I initially received it. The lid was slightly damaged. I notified Home Depot customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement without having to send the damaged item back first. Outstanding customer service!!

Reminds me of the old days
Just like the old Weber s, only a little better. Ash catcher and temperature gauge are great additions.
