    Nice grill!
Easy to assemble, and cooks very nicely. Only drawback I'd say is that the back of the grill is definitely hotter than the front. Not a huge deal but definitely not 100% even heat.

    Great product, great price!
We were a little leery since there's not much pub out there on the brand, but were pleasantly surprised by the quality and many added features (i.e., bottle cap popper, ice bucket, removable tray, storage unit on door). Took a couple hours to fully assemble (2 people), but the instructions were rather easy to follow. Sturdy, not lightweight, and great value for a natural gas grill!

Food tastes great from this grill.
I thought I was purchasing a NEW grill but learned that it was 3 years old when I called the company because it game with a defective part. The electronic ignition was defective right out of the factory. I am waiting for a replacement part so until I receive it, I am lighting the grill with a candle lighter. Cover for it is expensive but an 82 or 84 inch cover by Brinkman may be purchased at HD and it is 1/2 the price.

Best Weber I have ever owned!
I have had four Webers', going up first with the kettle, basic Genesis and then a better Genesis. I always dreamed of the Summit and now I have it. IT IS EVERY THING I HOPED FOR. So glad I went for the best in the business. Delivery was great, setup a breeze and I was grilling within an hour. As a female, I love the look of this in my backyard. It has become a conversation piece in addition to being such a great grill.

    Love the folding tables
After 15 years my old grill died. Was looking for a 2-3 burner natural gas grill. I have space concerns on my patio and did not want a giant grill. I checked Consumer Reports. This was the only model that had folding tables. The quality seems good. I really like that it has a removable drip pan--what a convenience. Clean up of the grates, etc is also comparably easy. It heated up fairly quickly. I cooked a small pork tenderloin and that cooked nicely. Assembly took a few hours with some basic ... read more tools. I wish the instructions for the natural gas connection to the house were more detailed, but I think I managed. The only way the grill could be improved is to offer the grill in both stainless steel and black. (The stainless steel will discolor over time.) Otherwise, I think it is a pretty good small, basic grill for the price.

    Excellent Grill
This natural gas grill is perfect for our needs. It was assembled by Home Depot and worked well from the beginning. I have had several Weber charcoal grills in the past and the quality of the new grill is as good as all the previous ones. The change to gas is taking some adjustment but that is to be expected. This is another great product from Weber.

A great grill to have in limited space.
This grill fits very nicely where space is limited, without sacrificing cooking area, which is not huge but is plenty for my grilling, and the cooking space is easy to work in. Heats up well, quickly, and cooks evenly. Comes with very good instructions for use. Assembly took some time but is easy to understand, and the grill is well built and sturdy even though construction is not complicated.

    Grates on grills
I bought 2 grills for my sons for Christmas, One was propane and the other natural gas. The propane grill came with cast iron grates as I was expecting. The natural gas grill came with the cheaper grates. I was under the impression both grills were suppose to have cast iron grates. Please explain why both were not cast iron.

    Overall, pleased but...
I love the grill for the most part. I could have bought a larger grill for the $, but opted for the weber name. Two years in, the grill still starts, cooking is even... best cooking grill I've ever had. Here's the complaint-- after two years, part of the grilling surface is building rust. I choose the heavy steel grates as they're supposed to last forever vs the lighter ceramic grates. I looked at replacing and it's almost $100. I would expect this at 5+ years, but not now. Regardless, I would ... read more recommend. This is my 3rd grill in the past 10 years and it get's weekly use.

Great grill, but damaged in packing or enroute to destination.
The product is wonderful and efficient, despite the seriously dented and warped back panel (which is the last item in the box after meticulously unpacking the contents-looks like forklift type damage-delayed my choice to assemble for weeks waiting on a resolution). The igniter switch was scuffed in the packing also. I am pleased with the grilling capabilities-heats super fast, really hot! I have to get used to the high temps; I was grilling with a fully rotted out (burners/piping) Charmglow unit ... read more before. I am really counting on this Weber to last or live up to the burner warranty....I've heard good things.

    Works great!
Easy to control heat. I've been able to get very consistent results with a variety of meats. The construction seems very sturdy and well thought out. We'll see how it holds up to the test of time, but so far I'm very happy with it!

    Longterm, commercial grade grill!!!!
This product is superior to other brands we looked at. The overall weight of the product as compared to similar sized grills is noticeably different. The unit is about 22 lbs heavier than the similar sized brands. Thicker stainless. More substantial structure! Cooking is a dream as it burns very evenly and get to temp quickly. Assembly is not overly difficult, but if your store will do it for you...definitely take advantage. VERY SATISFIED!!!!

    Perfect grill
Although more expensive than the Char-broil and others, I opted for the Weber because of the reputation for quality. I don't want to replace my grill every 4 years like I have been. This grill was easy to build, very high quality, and after 3 weeks of cooking on it, I'm VERY happy. Way better heat distribution and control than my old char-broil.

    Nothing better than a Weber
This is the first Weber I have ever owned. But everyone told me how great they were, so I finally took the plunge. I decided to go with natural gas instead of propane because of the convenience....definitely the way to go if you have the option. The only downside is that the natural gas units are not carried in stores, so you must assemble them yourself. Took me about 90 minutes. So far, it's been excellent. Easy to clean. Heats up fast and evenly. And cooks great.

    Great grilling with Natural Gas
I have had my E-330 for a bit over a month and enjoy cooking with it at least 2 - 3 times a week. The natural gas option is fantastic, and large cooking area alows cooking multiple foods with various heat settings. It was a perfect grill for my uses

You won't go wrong with a Weber
I was told that natural gas BBQ's don't get as hot as propane, but the convenience of not having to worry about empty tanks was worth it. But when I first lit it to preheat for making steaks, it got to 700F in no time! I don't think heat will be an issue. Solid, and clearly built to last. I'm expecting to get many more years out of this compared to my last BBQ that was very uneven in heating, and rotted out after about 3-4 years.

Quality unit but should have not bought the Home Depot model
The grill is natural gas and is great not having to bother with changing tanks in the middle of grilling. The only dislike is the Home Depot model has a "lift out" door covering the center front bottom of the grill whereas the non HD model has a "conventional" door. Also the "grease tin" under the bed can blow away in a strong wind. Poor design that was better in older models. Aside from those two issues the grill is wonderful. I will be trying to see if I can change to the conventional type ... read more door which should also eliminate the grease tin issue.

    Great Natural Gas Grill
Home Depot assembled the grill for free which was a big plus. A bit confusing on the natural gas hook-up but with a few extra parts from the local ACE Hardware store things were "cooking". Living at 8,500 feet we are pleased that the orifices still work well. Only draw back is that it takes 10 minutes per the instructions for the grill to reach cooking temperature. That is a 5 minutes longer than my old Weber Genesis Propane Grill. But goodby trips to the store for propane bottle exchanges.

    Good to Go
I just received this grill so I can't speak about long term but with a name like Weber, I'm confident it will last. What I can review however is how amazing the customer service is at Home Depot. One thing that keeps the cost of this grill lower is that you don't have to pay another $70 - $100 for a gas conversion kit. Great value and seamless transaction.
