Great product for the money.
This fireplace was the best one I came across for the money. It was delivered on 6 pallets and was pretty easy to build. I would suggest saving the pallets to burn afterwards.
I do not have any masonry skills, just a little common sense. And that is pretty much all you need for this project besides some basic tools and a little time.

from the distributors website and they do not give you any pointers or suggestions. For example, as you set up for the fire box, it is a good idea to take a measurement of the width before you plan on setting it in place, this way you will not need to cut or grind any stone. Another thing that will help, is to have a bucket of mortar by your side. Even though you are using adhesive to set the stone in place, you will come across stones that vary in thickness. You can use a little mortar for build up to help keep everything level.
After setting the foundation, it took myself and son-in-law about twelve hours to complete the whole thing. Not bad for a couple of DIYer's
Overall, this fireplace was a great buy for the money and I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
