good, solid light weight electrical mower
I wanted this mower for several reasons. I didn't want a battery pack to weigh down the mower or worry about charging. My morning isn't that will planned. I wanted electrical so I don't have to buy gas. I wanted something small and light, and this fits the bill Perfectly. The height adjustment is also very easy. It's not for big areas, so if you have similar needs to me and a small yard, I Recommend this mower.

    great mower
I am a senior citizen with health issues and so became unable to use my old mower: it was too heavy for me to handle. This one is light weight, yet did an excellent job of cutting. easy turning, easy handling - despite my hilly lawn. Easy storage, easy assembly. it was worth the long wait for it to become available.

    Great little mower
Fantastic lawn mower for people with a small lawn. I live in a city with only a small patch of grass and this is the perfect solution for maintaining my lawn. It's quick and quiet and powerful enough to get the job done.

    Great mower!
This is a very good push mower. I personally do not like a self propelled mower so this is perfect for me. It starts with one very easy pull and is very easy to push. I have a very sloped back yard and have no problem up or down the slope. I researched several mowers and this was actually among the cheaper ones I found so it is also a great buy! Highly recommend!

product arrived and was as expected / as advertised
I purchased the product because of the all steel mower deck. I have been happy with the mower [it does what a mower should do, which is cut grass]. If there would be any complaint it would be that the mower does not have a carburetor or a throttle control. Perhaps I'm old school but I like to be able to adjust the throttle or mess with the mower when it is not working correctly.

    Corded is better
I did alot of research and found the batteries dont last. With the cord plugged in it is more powerful and does a better job.

I love this mower for ease and use in a small yard. If using batteries, they only last about 20 min, but works even better with power cord. I generally mow the front with batteries, being smaller, then use cord for back yard.I like the look and the fact that i have two power options. I believe its a good product for the money.

    Awesome Mower
Our back yard is a little over an 1/8 of an acre and this lawn mower works perfect for my husband. He cuts the entire front and back yard with 2 fully charged batteries. When the grass was overgrown, he used the cord and it worked much better than the batteries. The batteries seem to overwork when our grass grew tall and thick during the Spring. This lawnmower is not perfect for very large yards if you only choose to run the battery, unless you have several batteries like we do or just choose to ... read more use the cord. we get 30 minutes or so on one battery. Overall it is a great product. We've owned it for about 3 months and love it. It's nice to not have to worry about gas for the mower and having the option of using the cord and batteries.

    Outstanding quality
My last two mower purchases have been disappointments, so my expectations for this were not high despite knowing the Echo brand quality. What a surprise! This has turned out to be the perfect mower for my lawn needs. Lightweight but with excellent construction. Great power. Easy to operate. Love the 58 volt battery. Seriously thinking about purchasing some of other items in this lineup. Well worth the price!

    Echo actually did it
I have used the mower twice on a half acre lawn. It was set to the third highest setting and I have a thick lawn in ohio. It certainly cut well and never quit. I have also purchased the echo grass trimmer and chain saw. I am finished pull starting anything. I used the two 4ah batteries from those items to run the mower. My lawn requires about 1 and a half batteries or a charge and a half to get through it. I then use the other 1/2 charged battery to do the trimming. The mower is fairly light ... read more but requires some effort to mow. However when turning the mower is where the lightness of the mower shines. It takes little effort to pull it back toward you or turn it to start another row of mowing compared to my toro self propelled gas mower.. Also I can easily pick this mower up and store it on end or hang it. It folds up reasonably well but I think they could engineer easier handle take down latches vs the screw type they have. More like the ergo. Overall it performed well as a mulch mower and I have not used the bag. I plan on raising the mower deck up one or two more notches now that the weather is hot. That was one big feature or any other cordless was that it adjusts up to 4" high. That and the 58 volts 4ah batteries. I am a bit concerned over the durability of the single blade. It is certainly of a lighter weight steel then the toro gas mower blade. Time will tell. Overall met all my expectations. Batteries charge up quickly and with buying the other items I have multiple chargers.

    Very lite
Ok I have had this mower for about 3 weeks now and feel that it keeps up with my old gas mower without a problem. I was able to mow the front, back of my yard and front of my neighbors yard on less than a charge of the 4ah battery. It is so lite that you do not even notice that you are pushing it and it changes doped to match the turf thickness. For prospective I mow a 1/4 acre peice of land and have St Augustine grass all over. The mower is set at the second to the last height and I now weekly ... read more almost year round. The only issue is the mower was shipped in flimsy packaging and was damaged (still waiting for the parts) and it sometimes does Not want to start and requires some figiting with the battery.

    Light weight but cuts well
I chose this mower because it will cut to a length of 1". Most other electrics I've seen don't cut that short. It is very small, but it's also very light weight. My son laughed at me! But I needed something that wouldn't make my body ache to push it. So far it cuts through high weeds much better than my previous electric mower. It was a little bit of a pain to put the catcher together because the tabs wouldn't line up, but I kept working at it and was able to get it done.

    good buy
Product was light weight and easy to assemble . the only think that I do not like,is how it shuts off on uneven ground.

    really happy with this mower
Excellent Honda motor...high quality hardware. Light wt and pushes ez. Did a decent job as shipped but I replaced the OEM blade with a universal gator blade. (Look for the one wth the 3/8 center hole and universal slot for the mounting pins). We've been terribly wet and I needed more "blow" out the discharge. The gator sits 1/2" higher in the deck and gives me a better cut height, keeps the dome cleaner, and blows much better. It turned a good mower into an awesome one. Would definately do this ... read more again...my expensive jd mower is now resting in the corner. This out powers it and cuts cleaner and is easier to trim with.

    Everything you need
This Southland mower is a very basic lawn mower but if you're like me it is exactly what I prefer. It is a separate oil and gas tank so you don't have to mess with mixing the fuel, pull start works great, and a 21" deck which is about as big as a non-commercial mower goes. The height adjustment isn't the greatest but I almost never adjust that so its not a big deal. The mower is solidly built and I have no reason to believe it wouldn't last season after season.

    Nice little lawn mower
Light weight, effective, and easy to use. The mower is generally easy to assemble and use, although the two zip ties to fasten the power cord to the handle were apparently missing. The blade and cutting path is only 15 inches wide, narrower than many other corded electric mowers, so more passes are needed when mowing. Very light weight and easy to manipulate. This is not a true a mulching mower because it does not cut the grass clippings fine enough. Yes, you can mow without the grass catcher ... read more bag attached, but the rear flap does not seal tightly, and the grass clippings accumulate under the mower deck and at the rear flap. Also, the plastic mower deck is probably less resistant to impact damage than a steel mower deck would be.. Otherwise, the motor seems fairly powerful and quiet, and this mower is a joy to use on smaller lawns.

    MOW JOE 16
This mower is a perfect fit for my small lawn. It cuts clean and runs so quietly I don't worry about using it early and disturbing my neighbors. It is also quite light and easy to handle. Assembly took only a few minutes and it also folds down for better storage. And you can not beat the price. Thanks HD!

Easy to use with very quick assembly
I have wanted an electric mower for some time, as I have difficulty operating a gasoline mower. This smaller sized mower is perfect for me to use and operate. This mower requires no oil and no gasoline. It is 16 inches wide and includes the ability to change the mowing height from 1.2 to 3.4 inches. I like the easy lever on the side of the product, which operates smoothly for me. This Sun Joe includes a grass collection bag that even comes with an easy view window for monitoring how full the bag ... read more is when mowing. The assembly of this product took less then 15 minutes. It did not require any tools for the handle assembly which allows for different comfort heights. The grass catcher attaches easily, or the product can be used as a mulching mower as well. The wheels are plastic but look very durable and rugged with wider treads for easy pushing. The mower is very easy to push and started up the very first time. There were no cord clips to attach the power cord to the handle included in our shipping box, but that does not affect the function of the product at all. I am very pleased with this product and will be using it when my husband is travelling so that I can do quick mowing projects on my own.

Runs quiet with lots of extras
This 40 Volt lawn mower runs so much quieter than expected. The adjustable handle has three heights which are easily positioned for arm comfort. The foam handle is cushioned and so nice to the touch. The mower is operated with a switch key and a push button start. It works so easily. Two batteries come with this model, and only one is used at a time. The mower will have a longer run time than others since it is supplied with two batteries. The blade adjustment is easy to do with one handle to ... read more lower the whole deck of the mower, all four wheels at once. My husband likes this feature. The mower comes lubricated with 7 inch front wheels and 9.5 inch rear wheels. It weighs 51 pounds. It is nicely painted and came with a full instruction booklet. The only assembly required is attaching the handle, which is in three pieces. The rear grass catcher is a nice feature to use when not wanting to mulch the grass clippings. All in all, a good sturdy product.

Mower is very easy to use and with it's built in sensing technology it handles the tough stuff like a pro. Quiet operation and variable styles of cutting makes it perfect for my yard.

    First Electric mower
Was hesitant on getting this mower, but with a smaller yard in the new home.. I decided to try it and was very surprised how well this mower performs.. Light to push, quiet, it mulches and bags and height adjustment is very easy.
