Great light weight and easy to control
I was looking for something to replace my old electric corded vacuum/blower which had recently died. It was awkward to use the long electric cord each time and when I noted blowers with 40 volt batteries, I decided to try this one. It is much lighter in weight than my old electric one and I am quick to grab it instead of a broom because of its weight and lack of a cord. It is a great blower and its trigger control is an easy way to control the amount of power. I would recommend it to anyone.

    No gas
No gas, no oil, no pull start, no smell, what more can I say, have the edger and weed walker too, battery lasts till I'm done with the job, thinking of the mower but it's too expensive for me at this time...

I purchased this with the trimmer. couldnt be more happy with the trimmer. The big advantage of this blower is that it is quiet and doesnt blow the mulch all over the place. The other reviews indicate that the blower lacks power. Well, it isn't as stong and my corded blower that is true. The corded blower is great for cleaning the garage... gets all the dust out. The corded blower is a hassle with extension cords. PLUS, the corded blower is too strong around mulch... shoots the stuff ... read more everywhere. I just want the blower to remove the grass clippings on the drive and walk ways. I really like that it is quiet. who needs hearing damage.

great product..I cannot start a gas powered blower so this suited me. Does a geat job both blowing and mulching leaves. I have quite a few flower gardens and it saves so much work to be able to leave the leaves right where they fell. More products should be designed with a woman in mind. Many homes are run by a single woman. This solves one problem for me..

Use it for mulching, buy a shop vac for blowing leaves
This may have 240 mph air movement, but the actual volume of air it's blowing is pretty pathetic. My shop vac is a much better leaf blower. However, when it comes time to get rid of your pile(s) of leaves... That's when this thing really shines. It is OUTSTANDING at mulching leaves and the small sticks that get mixed in with them. Together with the "leaf collection system" (a big hose with a mesh bag on one end that fits over the top of a garbage can), it is like a gift from Heaven. If you have ... read more a lot of leaves to deal with, you NEED one of these!!!

    Light Weight Good Product Performance
I purchased a previous Black and Decker LeafHog product over 10 years ago. It was and excellent product, performance and great longevity for the price. The new LeafHog is light weight, great performance and range of power. Suggestions: Would like it to be a bit lighter, difficult to hold onto for long periods of time. I would change the leaf gathering contraption. It's ackward to put together, hold and use, I personally enjoyed my 10 year old Leafhog for this function better. Too many plastic ... read more parts, which can result in breakage, wear out, or no longer functional after a couple of years.

Works great but won't blow the hair off a turtle like my gas or electric blower does
Works great but won't blow the hair off a turtle like my gas or electric blower does. But is quick and easy no plug in no gas just grab and go how convenient. Used mine today laying hardwood floor to clean the surface not to much power just right. I use the P104 battery last about 30 minutes on a charge.

    Excellent product
This is the second refurbished device that I have purchased and both of them were just like new and worked perfectly. I have read some negative reviews about refurbished products and have no idea of what they are talking about, all my experiences have been great!

    Small, "precision" leaf blower
Fine for easily doing a front porch and steps with one hand. Convenient for small jobs. It produces a reasonable amount of pressure, but not at large volume. This unit will not send clouds of dust and debris off through the neighborhood. It can be used for small, targeted jobs inside a garage without filling the space with a thick cloud of dust. Think of it as a leaf blower for people who don't like leaf blowers. Reconditioned unit appeared to be new.

    Strong and reliable
Whole yard fall cleanup around here costs nearly as much as this does from local HD. Moves dry and wet piles of leaves with ease, twigs, small brush, at times I considered not using a dethatcher and just blowing the yard with this PB755ST again in the spring. We'll see how that goes. Wife used it, I used it, control handle location is adjustable with relative ease and feels secure once locked in. Only complaint all day was the backpack position while my wife used it and I don't know that the ... read more straps were adjusted sufficiently for her at the time. Turned an all day job into a 1/4 day and got us some stress-free family yardwork done. Only thing I though was missing from the complete package was an angled nozzle end. Included are only completely straight nozzle tubing.

    Beats the corded blower!
After using a corded blower on my 1 acre lot with 10 x 60ft oaks and walnuts, my forearms quit. While I thought the electric blower had enough speed to dislodge stuff as needed, turned out that I needed more airflow. With this backpack beast it takes me about 15 minutes to clean my 1500sqft wood deck under oak tree, concrete deck around 20x40 pool and 3000sqft driveway - the corded blower needed about 45minutes to get it done. I am excited for the fall to see how it deals with 10-inch oak leaf ... read more banks. I was afraid about the weight, but turned out it is well balanced and I am less fatigued than after using the electric one. Hearing protection is a must!

Time Saver during those fall months
Doesn't get better than this for this price. I didn't want to get a gas operated blower, thought this one will be cleaner and not smelly. It works as expected I have a Maple tree in my front yard and this Fall it has started to cover my front-yard. This blower-vacuum has been a time saver, I cleared all the leaves and mulched them down within 30 mins --- very satisfied. Just note, you will need your own extension cord (outdoors).

    Had for three years-still great!
I've been using this exact Toro blower for 3 (going on 4) years and let me say it has proven its worth. Use it to clear off walk way and drive way after every mow. Have used it to deal with leaves from our four front yard trees. Has two settings on speed which is nice for control. Being corded it never loses power. I use a 100 ft cord on a reel for ease. Yeah, some don't like the cord, but the environmental footprint is minimal and it has max power without changing spark plug, filter, gas, etc.

Extremely handy, strong enough for a smaller yard
I only have a 0.17 acre lot, but it's deep, and I was able to clean the whole yard with a 100 foot extension chord. The blower was plenty strong enough to move the leaves through fairly high grass (though some of the damper leaves didn't move as well). I think the best feature is the vacuum/mulcher - it was pretty easy to switch from blower to vac and I was able to consolidate an entire yard of leaves into several compost bags easily and cleanly. The blower gets a little heavy after a while of ... read more use, but I doubt it's any heavier than comparable-strength blowers. It has worked well through one full fall season and has great function for the price.

    great tool for small yard
this tool is ideal for a small yard i would not recomend for a big yard because of the cord.

    Satisfied with the blower/vac
I felt the product was easy to use and it did a good job. The vacuum worked much better than my much older different brand vacuum. It started to feel heavy at around the 30 minute time frame but I doubt it could be made any lighter. I am not in the best physical shape so it makes sense.

    Great blower
I am in my 70's and the gas blower had gotten too heavy for me. When ths gas blower broke down, I was looking for one that was lighter. My son told me about the electric blower at Home Depot and I started looking and comparing with others. This one seemed to have the best ratings. Love the ease of use and the extras are really nice. Would recommend!

    It's Pretty good
I do recommend this product with a couple of caveats. It's power is probably in line with electric blowers. Not spectacular but it will do the job even though it might take a little longer than a bigger machine. It starts and runs flawlessly. I got it because i was tired of pulling an electrical cord and i wanted a 4 stroke. 2 strokes are a pain unless you baby them with premixed gas which is expensive. This way everybody in the garage uses the same gas. The one thing is the trigger is too short ... read more i have to "choke up" on the handle to keep the trigger pushed. It does have good variable trigger control for going easy around the beds. This is a good one if you don't need massive power.

    Pretty good blower
Iv had this blower for a little over 3 years and its been the best blower I have owned so far. I loved my echo but decided to go the 4 stroke route with all my power equipment. Its quiet and powerful also doesn't vibrate my hand off. One season I left gas in it and I did have to replace the carburetor but other than that I haven't had to do any repairs.

Is much quieter than my old 2 cycle, easy to start, not as light as I expected

    The show stopper
I had some doubts about the power of a battery blower but this thing put them to rest. I use it for everything in the yard, blowing any leaves or debris away from the house, blowing snow off the cars and porch. When I fire this baby up, I get a lot of looks from the neighbors and see the look of jealousy. The battery is fantastic also. It is definitely a tool that gets some use and a good investment.

    About what I expected
I bought this to replace an electric corded B&D leaf blower. After mowing the yard, edging, weed whacking, etc. the last thing you're in the mood for is dealing with a long extension cord. This eliminates that problem. It's not as powerful as a corded or gas blower but I don't need it to be. I only need it to be able to blow grass clippings off my driveway and front sidewalk without having to recharge and it does it with plenty of battery to spare. And even with the battery installed, it's still ... read more lighter than my old leaf blower. One improvement that can be made is to make the nozzle a little narrower which might boost the blowing power a little bit.

    Great gas blower replacement
I have used this for about a month now. It works great and starts up every time. The charging station is smaller than previous models and mounts nicely on the wall. I bought it to replace my echo handheld blower which was getting difficult to start. It was a great addition to my ryobi string trimmer. My ten year old son can now trim and blow because these battery tools are lighter and have no pull cords. You don't smell like gas when you are done, just the smell of fresh cut grass and sweat. Awesome tool.
