Very Happy with my Power Tex
I have used the Power Tex to texture several bedroom ceilings in my house and the results have been fantastic so far. I've been keeping my mud pretty thin based on the advice from other reviews and I have yet to experience any clogging. Clean up is easily accomplished with a garden house. I think the gun is a great value for the average DIYer.

    Worked like a charm!
This product worked great for the job we needed it for! Takes some getting used to, and it is a bit heavy, but all and all, it did a great job! Very messy job spraying your ceiling - so be sure to wear a hat and obviously clothes you don't mind getting dirty!! :)

    Great moderate use
This sprayer was purchased with the intention of using it for small repairs initially. During a ceiling repair I was impressed with the coat of acoustic ceiling texture it sprayed and used it to spray an entire ceiling during a remodeling and then used it on the walls as well. Keep the tip roughly eight inches away from the wall/ceiling and you will have a consistent texture finish.

    SOLID General Spray Gun
I've been burned many of times before by middle of the road spray equipment, but I'm pleasantly surprised with this one. In fact, I just finished laying down my first coat of acrylic enamel and am writing this while I wait for it to dry. I feel you'd be far stretched to find a better gun for the same price. It makes a solid addition to most pro and amateur painter's tool bag and pairs well with Husky's gravity feed guns and general pressure post. Don't expect mirror like finishes, but leave room for surprise.

Husky HDS750 Siphon Feed Spray Gun
This siphon feed spray gun is excellent for spraying primer surfacers. It's 1.8 tip is ideal for such a job. Lays down nice and smooth and gives you a wonderful finish! I have owned several HVLP gravity feed guns and don't like any as much as this one! The Husky HDS750 belongs in the hall of fame of spray guns! Very satisfied customer. I would recomment this to anyone!

Very good product for the price.
After a few tries to get the viscosity right of the paint, I finally got a good spray. A chart estimating dilution of paint for proper viscosity would have been nice. The gun gives a nice, even spray. I am currently doing all new interior trim and doors. This gun has saved me a lot of time and given a much better finish than with a brush or roller.

    Amazing Sprayer !
I was very thrilled when I received the Graco TrueCoat Plus electric airless sprayer. I am a DIYer and love products that are very durable and meets my expectations. This sprayer indeed exceeded my expectations. It came with all necessary items to start with:a reversible tip, # 515, 32 oz plastic cup for the paint, 5 cup linings which save time for clean up, shoulder strap, instructional video on DVD, and instruction manual. This sprayer can be used for many varieties of coatings: oil based, ... read more stains, acrylics, latex paints, primers, varnishes, enamels, urethanes etc. I did a test painting on the back of my house which has cement board, with exterior latex coating, and the result was amazing! You can see the result on the picture. It looks very professional. It was very easy to clean up after the work. This is the best electric sprayer I have ever used, and I definitely recommend it to anybody.

    Great small Gun
Professional painter- We use this on exteriors to spray garage doors in just minutes. One cup can do 1 1/2 garage doors using Sherwin WIlliams Duration Exterior Satin. Just recently we sprayed 3 gallons of S.W multipurpose primer and 3 gallons of S.W Cashmere medium lustre on all trim and doors. Just be sure to clean tip throughout the day to keep is from spitting. Excellent !Excellent ! Coverage. We also have larger sprayers but we were in a time crunch and needed to use this to spray trim.

    Easy to use
Can be very difficult to screw jar back on when using the plastic bags as liners. I found it much easier without the bags.

Very adequate sprayer for small to medium size home jobs NOT for professional work.
Graco brand is one of the best. This sprayer is adequate for small to medium sized home jobs. If you plan to do a complete house or commercial job I would recommend the higher pressure and higher horse power unit. Heavy Latex paints tend to bog this unit down and labors the sprayer. OK for small jobs though! If you plan to use the sprayer for multiple jobs, get the bigger model!

Exchanged a much inferior product for this and WOW....What a difference.
My previous two sprayers (brand name begins with a W and ends with an R) did not work correctly right out of the box. It was the second sprayer from (W****R) that I owned and was never completely satisfied. Why I kept buying that brand I will never know. Now I have this sprayer (X5) and boy what a difference. Got it home and had half the exterior painted in 3 hours. Clean up was as easy as the setup. I highly recommend this product to those that need a quality sprayer for the occasional weekend project.

Excellent paint sprayer, well made product
Graco made a good product with the X5 sprayer. I borrowed an X7 sprayer from a relative and was impressed with it's performance, so I bought an X5 for my next project after reading reviews. X5 is a good quality, easy to use sprayer, comes with instructions for about everything you can think of, and includes a DVD. The sprayer came with everything i needed to start painting, with the exception of paint of course. Its fairly light weight and easily portable. The sprayer worked well on the porch ... read more railing i was painting. With latex paint, machine cleans easily with a water hose. Haven't tried any oil based yet. I have no second thoughts about the purchase, was worth the money.

Built a bookcase and dresser and used this gun to spray interior paint. No need to thin. Next project will be stain and polyurethane finish and expect to have zero problems.

    Great DIY tool
What can I say. This is a super convenient airless paint sprayer making home projects that much easier to complete. This sprayer could not be easier to clean, just add your cleaning medium and reverse the nozzle. The unit is a little heavy but manageable. The cord length is not long enough where you will not need an extension cord but long enough to move the connection far enough away from the gun so it will not interfere on a ladder or something like that. The case is nicely made and it ... read more properly supports the gun. Check out youtube which has good videos of the gun in action.

good for smaller jobs where I don't need my full size airless
took a few minutes to get use to it. It'll lay down a lot of paint quickly. Need to order other tips for smaller jobs, HD should carry other tips but doesn't. Clean up is fairly quick and easy.

    Pro Grade
This is a very well constructed pro grade gravity sprayer.Everything about it is quality.I use it for everything from modding computer cases to applying clear coat to furniture,it can spray just about anything you need for a project. It is easy to clean and maintain. You can take it completely apart for cleaning. The one big thing I love is it comes right out of the box ready for your air compressor. It will spray up to 3 inches wide or down to a very fine line if needed.Remember if using your air ... read more compressor to turn it down, air pressure is 20 to 75 pounds max depending on paint. You cant go wrong with this sprayer and I keep coming up with new ways to use it.It has turned into a must have for me.

    Very good airbrush
I am not by any means a professional, but when using this my paint jobs look like they are professional. This airbrush comes in a wooden case with foam padding, 2 mixing jars, sprayer, hose, & various tips & attachments. The instruction manual also includes a thinning guide page to use the various paints properly. The airbrush is very easy to use & will make your projects look great!

    Not for Beginners
My biggest problem with this product is that the instructions are not written for beginners. I actually went to the reviews and read them in under to understand how to use this product. Once I did that, I was then able to begin to experiment with the sprayer. The reason that I decided to get this product is that I wanted to spray a finish on my cabinets. It took a few tries, but with some practice, I was able to accomplish my task. Once again, if you've never used a spray system, prepare to put ... read more in some practice before taking on a project. Also, the instructions aren't for novices.

    My First Paint Sprayer!
I have been reading about this sprayer on many blogs for a while and have been comparing to other sprayers. And after reading the reviews and how this sprayer has very little over spray, I knew it was the one to go with. You need to mix your paint to thin it out then strain it, then the rest is very easy. The sprayer works great. Its not to heavy and feels balanced in your hand. It was very easy to use and worked great painting my large detailed picture frames. And its really easy to clean. I ... read more recommend this sprayer highly for all your jobs big and small.

    Great finish
We got this sprayer to refinish some furniture. We love the finish it gave and how professional it looked. Just make sure the paint is the right viscosity and no problems. Very little overspray which is great. At one point it was sputtering paint everywhere and I just didnt have the little spray cap screwed on tight enough. All in all we love it and are super glad we purchased it.

    Just as described!
This sprayer lives up to its description! It's lightweight and has a fine, controlled spray that is ideal for small jobs. Even the over-spray is much more reduced than other sprayers. Pay attention to the mix of your paint, however. It doesn't respond well to paint that is too thick and you'll have to stop, flush it with water and make a thinner mix to restart. I sprayed the lattice work on my new screened porch in a snap and can't wait to try it on some old furniture!
