Take the plunge, it is worth it!
Lets get this out of the way; yes $140 is a bit of money for a barrier.
But these poles are completely worth it. They make setting up temporary barriers extremely fast and simple. It is easy and fast to move, adjust, and even store barriers for later use.

These poles also make it extremely easy to set up barricades in the middle of a room, so that you can create small working areas to contain dust.
The carrying bag is nice, it is very spacious and can has quite a bit of extra space to hold plastic.
The zippers are a joke, they are a pain to use and extremely expensive. The poles have rubber stoppers on the end of them, so I have never needed to use the "non-slip" discs.
My only con is that I can only find these poles in a 4-pack, so if you need just one or two more then you have to buy another pack.
I have 8 poles, and they have been a huge time and money saver. Clients feel like I am taking every possible precaution to protect their house when they see these things set up.
I have used these for painting, renovation, and lead work. I was on the fence for them for a while, but once I got them, I was mad at myself for waiting so long.
