Quick & Easy way to save water & money
I had noticed that after my toilet bowl filled to the normal level the water still ran as the tank filled completely. This I saw as a total waste of water and my money. do it's job, and I save money! I had a little trouble clipping it onto my down flow pipe, mine has a thicker ridge around the very top, but with a little force and trying different ways it is not securely in place.
I used a stop watch to count the seconds to fill two different toilets in my house. Without this device it took one 60 seconds to cycle, now just 38.The other was only 15 seconds quicker. So why dosen't the water utilility companies just give these things away to save water? it's pennies worth of plastic!

I had never seen this thing before, but it made sense to me that it would save water, so I got them for my low-flow water-saving toilets at home. They worked great! So I ordered them for all the toilets where I work. I did a little math: One men's toilet in the front office gets flushed 15 times a day X 5 days = 75 flushes a week.
