    Easy to install
Started it up today. Very easy to install. The plumbing connections were easy. An electrician did the required upgrades for the power (from the lesser requirements for the tank heater we had). Easy to use and set.

    Replaced tank type water heater
Compact, designed in stages to match power demands to water flow rate. Simple, clean design.

Why do they make the large tanks when they have these?
We bought our 3 bdrm, 2 bathroom condo about 6 months ago with a very small kitchen with little cabinet space. i don't understand why more people don't have these! We never run out of hot water or have an issue with having enough.

    Good buy saves space.
Pulling the wires was the hardest part but after that the rest was easy. Oh wait taking the old 80 gallon tank was the second hardest part since I didn't wait for it to cool to drain it. But wiring the tankless in and running the plumbing was easy. I did put in a way to clean it with two other valves and some T-Brass. All in all a two week job for me to do it all even with fixing the dry wall. I will warn others it takes some getting use to NOT mixing cold water in showers since we have it ... read more set to 110 in DFW Texas area. No fears of getting scalded, after changing that habit it works great.

EXCELLET Output for 3 Baths + Dishwasher and Washer
After burning 3 TITANS (purchased locally in Miami) I decided to sunk my cost and go for the best out of the shelf in Home Depot. I had to re do the Water pipe intake and flow from 1/2 Inch to 3/4 to fit into this unit AND place a separate breaker box to load balance my home's 400 Amps into dedicating 125 Amps for this unit to work at max capacity when needed... also rewire 3 AWG instead of the previous 2 - so all in all I spent 2.5-3 X times more over the cost of the unit to make it work ... read more properly - BEST INVESTMENT EVER. There is no more light flickering when hot water is flowing and I can have multiple faucets/showers running without compromising water temperature.

I was hesitant. But after installing & using it, I LOVE IT!
I live in North Georgia. Heats the water hot! Gave me a new space for storage where my old massive tank heater was. I do have the 200 amp service, but I notice when it runs, SOME of the lights dim, but barely. But I notice. No big deal because the few times a day when it does run for the dishwasher, laundry or bathrooms, who cares! I don't have a water pressure meter. So I noticed while the temperature setting was fine for showers the whole family liked, if I turned the faucet about 1/4 of the ... read more way down (on the pressure, as if I was going to shut it off), I noticed it got really hot! This told me that my water pressure was cranked too high. So I lowered my water pressure a bit, UN-noticable to the family. Now It functions at the peak flow performance & I can actually set the temp LOWER than what I originally thought!

    Incredible
Very easy to install. I'm in Florida and using this for my whole house. The only issue is when both showers are running the water pressure drops quite a bit. However it's still ok to use both showers at once. It's perfect if your power supply is limited. I would have had to upgrade my service to use a bigger unit. I am very happy with it. I do recommend installing a sediment filter on cold water supply. If anything gets in the unit it will stop working but it's easy to rectify the problem by ... read more just disconnecting the supply at the unit and removing debris from the screen. Had to contact customer service to figure that out and they were extremely helpful.

    Fantastic machine!
Its hard to believe this little unit will replace a 40 Gallon water heater! But I must say I was happy to say good " buy" to the large antiquated tank! I have a 2300sq foot home in the mountains of southern California we are at about 4800 elevation. So we get a little snow and cooler temps. I had to wait 2 mins for the old water heater to reach the bedroom shower, now I only have to wait about a min and a half . but once it comes hot, it does not stop! Family over for the holidays 3 showers in a ... read more row it produces endless hot water and 2 showers at a time are good as well. 6 months of use should have done this years ago. I spent a little time to install the heavy gage wire to the main panel but installation was a snap. Ps if you have a bath tub that runs at 5-7 gallons a min .... use a 2.5 gallon per min water saver end.

    Love, love, love it!
We have hot water within a few seconds, and the water stays hot no matter how many showers are in use. We had an electrician and plumber install it. We had to contact the tech support of Siebert-Elton because the water was taking a long time to get hot and would not stay hot. Tech support had us flush the water lines to remove any gunk/blockage which solved the problem. We have had hot water ever since. Great product!

    Happy user
Had ours for about a year now. Installation was not that difficult. However, did call in an electrician to complete the installation. Make sure you check to see if you have room in your circuit box for the three 50 amp breaks it needs. Had to move one of my breaks to keep these in line together. Unit works as advertised . There is plenty of hot water through out the house. Took us a couple of weeks to adjust the hot water temp to get the right water mix when multiple devices are used at once. ... read more Inlet water temp makes a big difference. We have our own well with a storage tank. Because of the storage tank the water in the winter is much colder. Still have plenty of hot water, but can only run one shower at a time in the winter. With that said this still is an excellent product. Nice to gain the space in garage used by the old hot water tank. Don't expect a big savings on your electric bill. It took a couple of months to see the difference.

    Great Purchase
My plumber had no problems installing the unit and my electrician was in and out in less than an hour. It has been working perfectly - hot water at all points when needed.

    Awesome.....
Installed it myself and found it easy. Looks very classy and works beautifully. Love the digital readout and the stainless steel finish. Would buy it again and recommend it. Smaller (narrower) than my old one, so fit in the same space. I have a log cabin with a very small bathroom, no basement or attic, so needed something that would take up little space. Very happy with my purchase.

    Different but awesome
This product is great but different from a traditional water heater. In coming water temperature and how much water demanded on output all play factors in the heating so I can see how this product may not heat as well or as fast in colder climates but for south east Georgia it has met all expectations. Unlimited hot water is definetly a luxury and at the same price as a tanked water heater it will also save you money. I had the larger wire and breakers done by a professional electrician but ran ... read more the plumbing myself and didn't have any problems. In my opinion it's a smart buy we will just have to see if it lasts the lengths of time.

    Great!
Very small and it's hard to believe that it could deliver hot water for showers, but it does. Nice and sleek looking with a Nicole digital read out I had it installed for my summer home and the real test will come when there is a house full of people in just a few short weeks. I will give a further update at the end of the summer. So far so good

    love it!
After three months, I am still getting used to how quickly I get hot water. No more guilt while cold water pours down the drain during the long wait for the hot water to reach my kitchen!

Love this water heater. Be sure to use the presure fittings when installing. Instructions tell you that is the design. I think it is an excellent product. I also have a 27 kw in my garage appartment. It solved the issues with hot water because i used it very little and a small amount of sulfer content when kept in the tank heater over a period of time smelled. with the tankless it dont get heated until used. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you eco smart the name fits the product.

    Energy SAVER!!!
This product is especially great for saving energy. It IS NOT for an entire house-only per sink or shower. Each one has to be wired and extra pipe is needed. REALLY handy for shops or in areas that you only want to have hot water and not others. PAYS FOR ITSELF many times over!!!

    Very impressive
This is a very impressive little unit. This was the only demand heater I could find that wouldn't pop the circuit breaker on the 30-amp circuit that I was forced to work with. That really was the selling point for me-- that I could replace a standing tank-type hot water heater with a little on-demand heater. While that can't usually be successfully accomplished because a 30-amp on-demand unit doesn't heat the water enough. But here in Hawaii our cold supply water is already close to 70 degrees ... read more F, so the 45°F rise at 1 gpm is enough for our kitchen sink. I rated the quality as "average" because I have no information that it is better or worse than what might be considered "standard", which is also undefined. But it worked perfectly as soon as I connected it.

    Excellent point of use heater
Easy to install. Water connections are compression, not pipe thread as I expected. Works great!

    I love the feature
I just received it on the 17th of this month and love it so much. The length and look is very nice, and works well in the place where we have it installed. Thank you for a great product.

    Good product so far
The 3.0 GPM Electric Tankless Water Heater is smaller then the one I was replacing and easier to install. It is working great so far, I will see how long this one will last. The one I had only lasted 3 years. and the part that went out was circuit broad that was not under the warranty.
