What A Great Investment,Happy We Made The Purchase.
Extremely easy to install , saves so much space and my gas bill has gone down by $40 per month.

    awsome water heater!
had to relocate the water heater do to the new tankless heater requiring a 2 layer stainless exaust/fresh air intake line (which is very expensive). but the remote water temp. controller and the constant water temp./pressure compared to our last tankless more than makes up for the added install cost. As far as savings over a tank water heater we're paying 1/3 the monthly gas bill and can take multiple long showers without the water temp. dropping

    great features, even better savings
had no problem with the install. I also purchased the install kit that was recommended by the store associate at the same time I bought the heater. Glad I did. It made the install so much easier. I put a little dab of silicone grease on the O-ring to help keep it in place. I am enjoying PLENTY of hot water along with a lower gas bill!!!

    Love it
So much better than having a water tank that you have to pay to keep the water hot all the time. This is a good investment.

    This is an EXCELLENT Product
I have been researching Tankless Water Heaters since they first came onto the market. I did not purchase one until I read the specifications on this model, and I was immediately sold. I knew from the very beginning that this product would be difficult to install because of the plumbing involved. I hate plumbing because it requires so many skills to do it. I prefer electronics, but have the skill for doing the necessary plumbing for the installation of this product. The notes on the box were to ... read more say the least just a little scary because they want to make sure that everything should be right before you even open the box to start the install. You tend to get the feeling that you might have purchased a boat anchor if you do not understand the requirements of the product. Otherwise you should hire a professional plumber before you even purchase it. Read the Installation and Owners manual before you purchase this product, and make sure that you understand the installation and requirements if you are going to install it yourself, because the level of difficulty is extreme if you have no experience. I got the product installed, and the natural gas connected. It took a few seconds for the unit to power up, which was a little unsetteling at first, but when it did I was very pleased and impressed with its performance. The reason that I purchased this particular model was the fact that the flow rate to activate the burner was .4gpm which is extremely low. All previous models that I researched were beyond the rate my plumbing would provide. It was also great to vent because it only requires 2 1/2 to 3 inch PVC pipe which can be run out the side of the enclosure and not through the roof. You do have to provide a plastic hose to run into a sewer drain for the condensate because of its acidic properties. The unit activates easily, and is so sensitive that if you turn a faucet on for a second, the unit sees the flow, and powers up the burner. The hot water provided is consistent in temperature, and there is very little depletion in flow if you are running the hot water in a sink, and the washing machene kicks on to fill with hot water. The water stays at the set temp. I would recommend purchasing the next size up of this model if you have a large residence or use tremendous amounts of hot water at the same time as a large family would require. I also added a Uninteruptable Power Supply on the 110v supply because this unit is full of electronics, and I do not want the power company power to cause the circuit board to fry requiring a professional to come and replace it. Also I am going to add an electronic water softner on the cold water input side to eliminate slime and scale from the city water to foul the equipment. All in all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing this product because from its performance over the last week since I finished installing it have been truly satisfying.

My first experience with a tankless water heater. This unit works nice, no issues. Unfortunately it just got damaged by a lightning strike.

    Tankless Hot Water Review
I would reccommend this product to anybody. We purchased this product has a replacment of an older existing tankless system. Important to note, to follow the directions in detail, having a water softner before the system and having the correct gas or lp line to the system is the key. The system has a wonderful safety feature ie. a built in heater to prevent freeze up (excellant) in cold climates. It came with a remote temp. control to be placed in any room of the house to increase or decrease ... read more the water temp. My wife really likes this concept for showers at one temp. and hotter water for washing dishes and clothes. Overall great product.

Great supply of hot water for the whole house.
There is always ample hot water for everything you need it for. Shower, dish washer, clothes washer can all run at the same time. We didn't have that convenience with our old on demand hot water...but it was 13 years old. Nice to know that they have been improved so much!! =)

    Just installed - works well
I am a DIYer - Took us ALL day to install, but we took our time and none of our water or gas connections that we made leaked at start-up. Once completed, we turned the unit on and water poured out of heater box! Opened up the cover and found a hose clamp was lying in the bottom of unit. From the factory, one of the connection "O" rings was not seated properly and the looking at it, I know the hose clamp could never have been attached properly at the factory. I pulled the fitting apart and ... read more re-seated the "O" ring, attached the missing clamp and turned the water back on. No leaks! Blew the water out of the unit and let the circuit board dry. Fired it up (plugged it in and turned on the gas) and it worked like a charm! How water comes out well. Unit is a little noisy, noisier than our old "tanked" water heater, but not an issue as it is in the basement. This was last night. Had a long "hot" shower and look forward to many more....

    We love it!
Tired of replacing water heaters every 6 years so decided to try the tankles...Delivery was on time..the hookup was a little tricky only because of where our lines were b4..but husband has experiance and was easy for him to hook up...loveall the hot water!!!

    these work great but...
they require a 3/4 gasline to work properly! most tank whs only have 1/2 ran to them, therefor check your gasline b-4 purchase.

    tankless heater
Initial installation and operation indicate no problems. Product is performing as expected and I am satisfied as a result. Long term(after warrantee period) trouble free performance is the ultimate objective. Final evaluation can only be made when first problem occurs and cost to repair is known.

    Best invention since slice bread
This product works better than my old electric water heater ever did. Water does not get cold even if all 3 showers are working at the same time.

Unit was fairly easy to install. It is simple to operate and performance is excellent

    Better than I expected
I have been completely satisfied with this water heater. My previous experience with tankless left me wanting more, but this one doesn't. Hot water is delivered fast and consistent and I no longer have to worry about my children using all of my hot water.

    9.5 gph works great
Works great keeps 2showers and 3 sinks in hot water. Started to loose pressure after that nothing to do with the heater though. It does take a couple seconds longer to get hot water to the far side of the house. simple and space saving never ending hot water.

I wish I had it installed sooner
Easy installation and temperature control. Plenty of hot water when needed.

Performance excellent, customer service lower than expected
So far after installing this unit it has performed as advertised. We really can run 3 different facets or appliances at the same time. Water temperature at facet reaches desired temp much quicker than previous tankless heater we replaced. In short, it's a beast to be reconed with and has really sold us on the idea of saving money on our natural gas bills while adding real time value to our home in the event we ever decided to sell, which we won't.

Took 220v 50 gallon of the grid!
The electric was always throwing breakers, and the water would get too hot! I put things off quite well. Got a deal on line for this unit. Had a plumber give me a quote on installing it with me buying it, 650-850 and I buy all materials. This was my first soldering job ever. I also relocated mine, so the cost was probably more then yours will be. I have 1650-1700 in my do it yourself deal. I adjusted the temp down to where it was a good shower temp. 116 works good. No need for hotter. If you are ... read more unsure of soldering, use the "shark bite" connectors and corners. I ran black gas pipe, installed a cut-off, nipple, and completed with 3/4" flex copper pipe. Back to the shark bite items, I used them when I had leaks in my soldering. You do not adjust the water as you bathe, like hot water running low, it just wont happen! Thats why I adjusted as low as I could for a nice shower. I only have hot water when I need it. I do not keep 50 gallons hot on stand by 24/7. It is saving moneyright now doing nothing! Dont be afraid to install it yourself, make the wifey proud! I left my horizontal exhaust about 30" from the house over some shrubs, to keep steam away from siding. Use thin solder wire, melts easier!

    Endless hot water
Nice unit, endless hot water. I have a walk in shower in my master bath with 3 shower heads and I can run them all at the same time with plenty of hot water to spare. No more having to wait 90 minutes for the water heater to recover before someone else can take a shower or bath. On the technical side; the instructions are good, but if you're not a VERY experienced DIY person, hire a contractor. As my previous water heater was electric, I had to add venting ducts, tee into my propane line and ... read more reroute the plumbing. I think it would easily have cost me $1500 to have someone install this for me. Regardless, I love it!
