Set Up Garden & SPA euipment
I have been using this SHED for almost a year now. It has proven to be just what I needed for my backyard storage. I have a travel trailer, SPA, and Garden so it's perfect for storing all the associated chemicals and equipment, including a ladder, step stool and hoses. I put it together with the help of my 13 year old grandson and it took about 5 hours. I will say if you read the directions closely and don't try any shortcuts, it goes together quite nice. I placed it on a level platform of ... read more pavers, and anchored it with lag bolts. The operation of opening the door does kind of depend on the time of day and temperature, sometimes it opens without restriction and other time it takes a little effort. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Have 3 now. Need I say more.
Having two of these for 5 years. No leaks, cracks, warps, or bends. I purchased a third. These sheds are worth the money. Took my wife and I under two hours to build.

lifetime outdoor shed looks pretty good, easy to install

Looks great, easy assembly, very satisfied
This is a very good-looking, sturdy, well-designed shed. Having previously spent several hours and slicing my hands up while forcing together a cheap Arrow steel shed, I was delighted to assemble my Tremont shed in about 1.5 hours with no injuries! I had the walls up in literally 17 minutes - most of the time was spent walking each panel to the build site. Everything else came together nicely to form a sturdy, blow-molded structure. The door height is great, the ceiling height is excellent, and ... read more the skylights are a wonderful little perk! The shed comes in 2 giant 8'x5'x20" boxes bound together with plastic wrap and strapped to a wood pallet, weighing in at about 550lbs. The only issue I had was that six crucial small metal pieces were missing (4 truss straps and 2 truss brackets) and one of the 4 truss legs was bent and mis-drilled. Suncast shipped me replacement parts at no cost, but they didn't overnight them - as I requested - and I ended up waiting Thursday through Monday to build my shed. This wouldn't have been a big problem to me had I not opened the giant sealed and wrapped boxes only to have them collect water and tree gunk after sitting through rain, wind, snow, then rain again (April in Michigan).

    Nice shed
Preparing the foundation is the biggest part of the job. Shed assembly goes quick. Very nice shed. Instructions are very clear.

    Worth the effort
First let me say that the shed is in its first week and appears to have weathered a few storms already with no problem. The shed itself looks nicer than the previous aluminum shed and the high ceiling makes it comfortable to walk in. I would suggest extra shelves to maximize spacing. The shed took approximately three hours to put up with 3 people. That didn't include the time to rebuild a platform that my previous shed occupied, which took about 6 hours to do. I would recommend a concrete ... read more platform, because we had the shed relatively level, but it sunk on granite blocks, just a little bit, which shifted the roof somewhat. This resulted in the door not shutting properly without effort. However a level adjustment should correct this issue. I also recommend aluminum/vinyl flashing if you use a wood based platform. We put the flashing down along the edges to ensure no water would reach the wood platform the shed was resting on. I found the directions to be fairly simple and we had no shortages of nuts and bolts, which most people who buy shed kits have issues with. Overall I am fairly pleased thus far and would recommend it.

    sturdy and looks good
Bought this shed to replace steel shed that collapsed from snow. My 14 year old son and I put it up in about 4hrs. Very easy to follow directions (tho there are a couple of type o's that were easy to navigate). All parts fit and lined up well. Looks good and has almost as much usable space as my old 10x8. Very happy with it.

    Tremont Resin Storage Shed
I love this storage shed it's nice and roomy, lots of add on too. We added the loft for Christmas storage, etc.

    Tremont Shed
I had someone else put it together for me but it looked like it went together fairly easily. I downsized from a 14' x 12' size shed. This one is the perfect size. The little corner shelves are large enough to hold small items. I do wish that there was an option for longer shelves but I put a plastic utility shelving unit in there and it fits perfect and holds everything I need it to hold. The shed is sturdy and holds up well to the weather.

    replacement shed
Shed was fairly easy to put together only a few screws most parts snap together. Took my husband and grandson about 4 hrs to put together. Looks nice hope it holds up as long as the old rubbermaid one.

    Suncast Storage Building
Requires patience when doing assembly. Everything is up, but missing crucial roof support. Manufacturer was quick to resolve, now waiting for part delivery so that the building can be completed.

    Excellent Purchase, Easy Construction
Purchased one of these on sale, and have to admit I initially felt intimidated about the assembly. The delivery was on time, and the driver (Estes Freight) was helpful, polite and cooperative about "bulling" the 500lb palatalized package safely out-of-the-way, even though this was only supposed to be curbside delivery. Once my nephew started (with me playing go-fer, panel supporter and general all-round stooge) the job was done in two hours. Things snapped in place with relative ease and ... read more lined up properly with a little bit of elbowing and a minimum of, uh, colorful language. We were building on a pre-existing concrete pad, so the only real tools necessary were a drill for the floor assembly and a utility knife for the occasional (and rare) odd gob of plastic.

    Great purchase!
Easy to assembly, sturdy and attractive. This is my second one, since I purchased the larger a couple years ago. These sheds are sturdy and tight and anyone can put them together. Great purchase!

A decent storage space which is easy to put together.
Once hauled in, my dad and I were able to setup the shed in under 3 hrs. And the shed had more storage space than what was expected. The fact that it doesn't take up too much space was an added attraction considering we had a small yard. All in all, a good buy.

    Great Shed!
I originally bought the Rubbermaid shed from Lowes. It was terrible quality and was missing parts. I returned it and ordered this shed. It was easy to put together and seems to be higher quality. We think it looks great in the small yard we have and the color matches our house.

    Pretty and useful
been searching for a shed for 2 years - need to clear out space in the garage. saw this one last year, but thought i should keep searching. a year later, i found myself coming back to this one over and over, so i bought it. so glad i did. it's attractive, not an eyesore in the back yard, and best part - it matches the house. can store all my gardening and yard items here, freeing up space in the garage. took about 3 hours to assemble with help - a bit time consuming but easy enough. added free ... read more standing resin shelves to open up storage. very happy with my shed.

Easy to assemble, looks great and lots of room inside.
Once you have a level foundation, it takes about 4 hours to install the shed. You only need one person to help while installing the roof, otherwise it is a one person job. The shed looks great from outside, and feels pretty solid all around. I was careful about not leaning anything heavy on the walls of the shed, it might cause the walls to warp over time. Instead, I installed some 2x4 studs inside the shed and lean all my plywood pieces against them. Overall, my wife loves it for the look and ... read more utility value it brings.

Great product. Too bad they don't just do windows and vents at factory
The product is of good quality and fit. The instructions are great compared to many I have gotten these days. The only thing they need to add is that the window panel can be exchanged with a solid panel like seen in the picture vs. what they have in the instructions. Picture shows window on left and instructions show it on right. I called and they told me I could exchange the two panels to get the window on the side I wanted. An added feature would be some type of cable, like Rubbermaid, for the ... read more bottom latch. It would make the door easier to access time and time again.

Works for what i want it for
Instructions are very clear. It is a bit of a Puzzle at times. Easy to build with a second person. Probable took about 8 hours to build. does not include time for building the floor. be sure to pay attention to which side the holes are on when you place the roof structures. holes in bars need to be placed up so the roof panels can be attached. pain to remove and fix when you realize they are in the wrong way. Just adds time to the build. Easy enough to put together with basic tools and a power screw driver.

    Solid Shed with Sunscreen
We needed a shed that would fit on one end of our back patio, and this one is great! We needed 3 people and about 5 hours to assemble it. One read directions, one positioned parts, and one worked the battery-powered screwdriver. In 2 places we had to go back and read the directions more carefully, but they were all correct. The nicest part of this shed, because of the Las Vegas heat, is that the parts coating includes titanium dioxide, so our 8x8 shed is wearing sunscreen :^))

Great, but hard to put together, takes a long time, even with professionals doing it, but worth it.

Good shed for the money, easy to assemble.
The shed appears well-constructed and was easy to assemble. It's useful to have a helper for certain steps of construction but much of it can be done alone. The pieces fit well together but there are a few steps where the manual isn't clear about orientation and you might have to disassemble something and put it back together. Specifically, building the main cross support for the roof you need to be sure that all of the larger holes are aligned to the top so the roof panels can be connected. ... read more Also when assembling the angled roof supports for the front and the back, make sure the vertical support piece has the holes facing near the top so the roof support beam can be screwed into the right position. Even with a few minor issues, it was easy to fix them and move forward. All you need in addition to this kit is a piece of OSB or Plywood to cover the aluminum floor frame. Make sure you cut it about a quarter-inch smaller so its easier to lay it down once the shed is completed. The kit includes plenty of spare parts and the its nice that the manual includes separate sets of instructions depending on left or right-facing door. I'd definitely recommend this shed to a friend.

    Tips on Assembly
I am just an average person with average skills and knowledge on using tools. I have never assembled a shed before and this project took me about 6 hours to complete by myself. Assembly will be much quicker and easier if you can obtain additional help Tip #1. Before staring the assembly, organize the pieces . There are many pieces to this kit and organizing and being familiar with the pieces will help . Have painters tape and a marker to help mark some of the parts. Tip#2. Instructions for ... read more assembly consist of a booklet with step by step illustrations. Be patient and match parts exactly as shown in the illustrations. Check and double check part numbers which will be on an attached tape or stamped into the part itself. Tip #3. A cordless drill / driver is a must and will make assembly a lot easier. Be sure to have at least two fully charged batteries as there are a lot of screws to drive. Tip#4. All screws are Philips head so be sure you have good, proper sized Philips head drivers and screw drivers. Tip #5. Whether you are assembling by yourself or with others, have ladders, saw horses or similar items to help assist with propping up the walls during assembly. The walls tend to be quite weak and wobbly during the initial stages of assembly due to lack of frame support. Without support, the walls will bend over and possibly cause damage to the frame. Windy weather also amplify this condition. This project was very satisfying when completed. The shed is beautiful, functional and well worth the money.
