    Tips on Assembly
I am just an average person with average skills and knowledge on using tools. I have never assembled a shed before and this project took me about 6 hours to complete by myself. Assembly will be much quicker and easier if you can obtain additional help Tip #1. Before staring the assembly, organize the pieces . There are many pieces to this kit and organizing and being familiar with the pieces will help . Have painters tape and a marker to help mark some of the parts. Tip#2. Instructions for ... read more assembly consist of a booklet with step by step illustrations. Be patient and match parts exactly as shown in the illustrations. Check and double check part numbers which will be on an attached tape or stamped into the part itself. Tip #3. A cordless drill / driver is a must and will make assembly a lot easier. Be sure to have at least two fully charged batteries as there are a lot of screws to drive. Tip#4. All screws are Philips head so be sure you have good, proper sized Philips head drivers and screw drivers. Tip #5. Whether you are assembling by yourself or with others, have ladders, saw horses or similar items to help assist with propping up the walls during assembly. The walls tend to be quite weak and wobbly during the initial stages of assembly due to lack of frame support. Without support, the walls will bend over and possibly cause damage to the frame. Windy weather also amplify this condition. This project was very satisfying when completed. The shed is beautiful, functional and well worth the money.

Good shed for the money, easy to assemble.
The shed appears well-constructed and was easy to assemble. It's useful to have a helper for certain steps of construction but much of it can be done alone. The pieces fit well together but there are a few steps where the manual isn't clear about orientation and you might have to disassemble something and put it back together. Specifically, building the main cross support for the roof you need to be sure that all of the larger holes are aligned to the top so the roof panels can be connected. ... read more Also when assembling the angled roof supports for the front and the back, make sure the vertical support piece has the holes facing near the top so the roof support beam can be screwed into the right position. Even with a few minor issues, it was easy to fix them and move forward. All you need in addition to this kit is a piece of OSB or Plywood to cover the aluminum floor frame. Make sure you cut it about a quarter-inch smaller so its easier to lay it down once the shed is completed. The kit includes plenty of spare parts and the its nice that the manual includes separate sets of instructions depending on left or right-facing door. I'd definitely recommend this shed to a friend.

This shed is everything I hoped for.
This shed was easy to assemble (although requires two people) and looks great. Shed is very durable and the door hardware is high quality. Windows are a nice feature and provide plenty of light inside. Color is subtle rather than bright so blends well with or house. We turned the shed 90 degrees to the garage so it is parallel with our walkway.

Sturdy, practical, looks great and I was able to assemble both sheds myself!
I am very impressed with the Cascade 7ft. x 7ft. sheds. I'm actually thinking about getting a third shed. They hold a good amount of items. They are not hard to build especially right after building the first one. Really take a look at the pair of these sheds. I would highly recommend this product! The build quality combined with the excellent design make them an attractive addition for storage solutions.

    Great shed for the price
Great shed! I researched many different sheds (wood and resin) before purchasing the Suncast Cascade. After reading all the good reviews and finding it on sale (homedepot online) we decided to purchase it. We're very happy with the Cascade and highly recommend it for those with a small backyard. The instructions are very well written and the pieces fit together perfectly. The hardest part about the shed was constructing and leveling the wood base since we have a sloped backyard. After several ... read more months of use we're very satisfied.

    Well written directions
Review directions first before attempting to assemble. The frame is first assembled to prepare for anchoring. Once anchored it has to be partially taken apart to install end panels. I sue it off of my slider to store my generator and keep the snow off of it. It's doint the job. Perfect fit and very durable. Buying a second one to store our motorcycles.

    Nice Temp Garage For ATV
This temp shed is worth the money. I put it together by myself with no problem but it will take you much longer than the 2 hours the instruction tell you. The instructions aren't great but allow you to get the job done. The cover material is thin but seems strong. Once complete, the shed is sturdy and is a nice protective shelter for my ATV. I purchased this shed to get the ATV out of the garage so my truck could have it's space again. For the present time this is a good temporary solution ... read more instead of spending a lot more money to build a bigger shed. In my opinion the ShelterLogic is worth the money.

    Good shed for the price
I bought this shed to store my motorcycle over the winter, and it works fine for that. The instructions were easy to follow, but not organized in a logical way. I recommend reading thru the instructions entirely before starting the assembly. I had another person help me and it took two of us about 3 hours to assembly. The walls aren't as tight as I thought, but it has withstood 60 mph winds and storms with no signs of wear.

    Lifetime Shed - 11 x 21
A great product, but do not try to do this yourself. Some say it takes a day or two, but seriously, it takes a lot longer than that, and you need at least four people. Also, there is no help available if you should try to do it yourself. There are too many unidentifiable parts, and the steel rods for the roof are necessary. The doors and forty something steel rods are the biggest problem.

More like a garage than a shed!
So far this product seems great. I purchased it to meet our growing storage needs at the Firehouse. This product is totally maintenance free and its very sturdy once fully assembled. It's very important that you build it on level ground. Make sure you have 2 to 3 people handy to build it. It's a full day or weekend project but the directions are pretty good. The only problem I encountered was that the directions were for the 11x11 so you have to multiply steps for the 21x11.

we bought the 11x21 shed and its great. yes make sure your floor is level. read the instruction first and they are in Box 1 of 5. it took 2 of us over three days just because we didn't want anything missing. its a sturdy, nice looking shed. very happy with it. Now the down fall about it, you have to open every box for the floor. each box have 2-4 pieces of the flooring, each box has the walls and the roof. they should have had one box all the floor and 1 or 2 boxes the walls and the roof. it was ... read more a big mess in the yard. but oh well its up.

    Good shed
Size was what I wanted (they make bigger and smaller). Appears to be well made. Fun to assemble; clever design. Photos all show light colored roof but it is, in fact, black. They stress floor needs to be level and on firm base, and it does. I made 2x4 frame and covered with 1/2" exterior plywood rather than a sand base.

    Excellent Shed
I have to say I am very impressed with my new shed. It was very easy to put together by myself, the instructions were clear and thorough. I only needed my husbands help with the roof installation. After reading several reviews I am definitely glad I went with this shed and this brand!

    After one year
Bought mine about a year ago. Being halfway handy, was amazed, along with my helper, how hard it went together, no matter how sincerely we cussed it.... But a year later, I can report: Not only is it a handsome devil that still looks as good as new, but it's performed like a champ, having stood through big winds, historic rains and a pitiless Texas summer. Its contents have gone perfectly undisturbed. Given my rocky start with it, I'm surprised to hear myself say, I'm ordering another one. My ... read more helper can't wait.

Very nice shed - good value
Delivered free right to our curb, which was really nice. The shed went together easily, following the instructions. Everything fit well and lined up correctly. The windows make it look more attractive and the heavy window tint protects your belongings from the sun (and prying eyes). We did not build the recommended foundation. Instead we prepared a gravel site with very small size gravel on top to make sure the site was level and the floor would have good support. We used 12" nails to secure the ... read more shed floor to the ground, per the instructions. The provided floor feels very solid. We don't get much rain and the gravel site is packed hard and well drained so we are not worried about shifting in wet weather. Overall we like this shed very much and feel it represents a great value.

    Looks great
The pre-assembly for this product took 3x's as long as actually assembling the structure. I poured concrete footings and built the base of 2x6 PT lumber. Be careful of the measurements for the base within the instructions. The overall dimensions should be 84x128, but if you go by the instruction dimensions of the joists (80 1/2") you'll be off as this implies that 2x6 lumber is 1 3/4", not 1 1/2". Once the pre-assembly is complete, it only takes about 2 hours to complete. Regarding the windows, ... read more just go slow and don't stretch the seal and you'll be fine. This shed look great once complete.

    Do It Yourselfer
The shed was very simple to assemble. The most difficult section was the roof. Make sure you assemble on a level surface. I had to put it on an area that had some slope - pre existing slab around a pool. This causes the shed to twist a little making the doors stick when opening and closing. The doors worked perfect on a level surface. I purchased some plastic floor shelfs and fastened them to the shed. This made for perfect storage for my pool chemicals and accessories.

Perfect size and easy to assemble!
I bought this shed for a very specific spot in my small backyard and it fits perfectly. It was easy to assemble with all the parts and pieces labeled and identifiable. It took me and my sister about 2 1/2 hrs to do. Seems sturdy and I hope it'll last a long time.

High Volume, low footprint storage shed!
Good solution for high volume storage with a good length to depth ratio allowing for a small footprint between a sidewalk and exterior house wall. Straight forward assembly and clear instructions, except for two ceiling support brackets which needed to be installed a few steps earlier. Total assembly time was about an hour with three people working at a causal pace...definitely needs two people to assemble.

    Looks great in the yard
My mother-in-law said it looked so cute she wanted to move- in and put curtains up!!! I put the building together myself but you do need two people to put the roof on and together, it's too hard to do by yourself unless you have a gigantic arm span??? Got my new cub cadet parked inside 42". I wouldn't try too much bigger of a lawn mower maybe 46". I had a concrete pad installed 8'x8' to put the building feels sturdy.

    Very nice plus Looks great
I bought this shed for my husband as a Christmas Gift. It was larger than what he thought he needed but he already has it completely full. The only difficult part of the assembly was the windows and he needed a hand with the roof. The rest he pretty much put together by himself. It looks great in the backyard.

    Very Happy so far
I felt compelled to write this review after completing the setup of this shed. Actually I have the Suncast Highland, but I think they are the same build, just different colors. Some highlights of my build - Yes the foundation has to be good and can be a big part of the project, depending on your situation. I used crushed stone - After the foundation was complete. I quickly had the walls up and later the roof put on. I would estimate about 3 hours total for the shed - put the entire shed ... read more together by myself - It seems very sturdy Just completed it so dont know about long term durability but I'm not worried about it at this time
