    Very consistent product
We have bought several of these for our company and the newer models have held up very well. Everyday we are using 8 of these grinders 8+ hours per day. Each has lasted 10-14 months without any problems.

    Well-made grinder
This grinder seems to be well made and it feels really good in the hands. I haven’t really used it in action yet but I’m looking forward to it.

    Best Available Cordless Grinder
I was very excited to discover Milwaukee is now offering their cordless saws and grinders in the M18 Fuel Line of tools. The Milwaukee 2781-20 is my first cordless grinder, and I have been very impressed with it’s performance and features. The Milwaukee 2781 Grinder has a very compact design, yet the ergonomics are excellent and it has very low vibration when using the tool. The new brushless motor provides plenty of power and extended battery use. The unit comes with a Type 27 Wheel Guard (for ... read more grinding), and more importantly a Type 1 (enclosed) Wheel Guard, which is mandatory for using flat metal cutting wheels. The wheel guards have 5 adjustment settings (tooless), and the slide switch has a cruise control setting. I highly recommend the new Milwaukee 2781 for anyone in the market for a cordless grinder, and appreciates having the best available technology. You will not be disappointed.

Top Quality but paddle switch a bit awkward
This product is Milwaukee's superior quality. However paddle switch has an awkward safety -lock on button. With welding gloves on I found it very difficult to push the lock on button for continuous run, this was a feature I purchased this model for. If you wear gloves often when using grinder I suggest you look at other switch - trigger options.

Far out preforms my old Makita
I had been a fan of Makita tools for years. But having bought a Milwaukee Drill in the past and being pleased with its performance I opted to try this grinder out and it has far outdone my expectations. It has the power to do not only serious grinding but also the finesse for fine cutting jobs using thin cutoff wheels that had always been difficult to mount in the past but not so with this tool.

    Well designed.
Easy to fit both grinding and cutoff wheels, both dished and flat. Just turn over the base washer. However, several places in the ads promise "tool-less" disc changes, and this is not true. A sturdy spanner wrench is supplied and is needed for changes.

powerful, fast and worth the money
i bought this grinder on a whim, and it was well worth the money. i had to do extensive body work on my 1978 chevy blazer and it cut through every metal with ease. just wish my home depot would still stock norton abrasives because with all the power of this grinder it goes through cutting disks pretty fast, but it doesnt matter to me.

    Great Little Tool, with Power!!!
This Angle Grinder is an exceptional tool, able to work for hours without overheating. 11 Amp motor is a must for extended periods and hard cement. Used to grind down 6"x60"x1"d of concrete from house foundation to fit a linear drain. Went through two blades, but the tool kept working. Did get really warm at the blade end. The on/off switch is easy to operate and even locks in place without difficulty. The bag is a nice plus, keeps the tool and accessories/blades together. Great value for your money.

    Switch location a problem
I purchased this after doing online review of best grinders to buy. Very highly reviewed and number 2 rated for 2015. Great grinder, not sure of longevity yet but I have already used it a lot. The only reason not a 5 star rating is the on/off switch is located on the top which is great for starting, but is easily bumped by your hand turning it off, especially if using it single handed.

    A great value.
I bought this grinder after a friend borrowed my old grinder (another famous brand), and did not return it on time. I was very happy with my old grinder, but I own many Milwaukee tools which last forever, so I decided to give this grinder a shot. It is light, powerful, and competitively priced. It has the best warranty. I like the adjustable guard. Just be aware that it does not use a hex lock nut for the wheel. It uses a special wrench which comes with the grinder. I tend to misplace the ... read more wrench. But that has not been an issue with the old grinder, because I could easily use an adjustable wrench to lock and unlock the wheel. I just have to be more careful not to misplace the wrench for the Milwaukee. If you are shopping for a grinder, it would be I would be a good idea to consider this grinder, hold it in your hands, and see how it feels, and compare it to the other brands. In short, this is a good grinder, and I recommend it.

Great product for a great price
With the Milwaukee name, come great quality. I bought this for cutting metal and girding small patches of concrete. It works like a charm. It's relatively light, yet feels extremely solid and powerful. I've never owned or used an angle grinder before, so i can't compare. However, it is exactly what i expected. No problems what so ever. Good price, too.

    Great tool!
I bought the grinder & put a diamond tile cutter blade on it & it made my job so much easier. I still need to buy an adapter for the blade because I had to remove the guard which I know is not safe. Still the grinder had really good power and was easy to work with. Dewalt is definitely top grade product.

    Really solid unit
I borrowed one of these from a friend to cut ~200 cinderblocks to build a wall. After my wall, I kept it for a while and used it for countless other cutting jobs including rebar, frozen bolts on my truck, steel brackets. When he asked for it back, I had to go buy one for myself. I think 10-Amp is really about the lowest you'd want because as the blade dulls, even 10A is only just enough to do the job. The handle can be moved to right or left side, which is great depending on the job. This tool ... read more is really great.

    Great small grinder
I bought this grinder in 2010 after a much cheaper brand melted on me and caught fire. I could not be happier. I've beat this grinder for hours and days at a time and it takes everything I throw at it, from cutting steel and cast iron, to grinding metal, to cutting brick and block and concrete, to wire wheeling rust scale... All the while being run for hours straight in the sun, choked with brick and mortar dust, and dragged through the dirt. Even when I push hard it barely slows down, and has ... read more never given me a single problem. I wish it had come with a case but that's a minor detail, Whether you are an amateur or a pro, this little grinder will not disappoint.

    Best grinder I ever used
I have worked at a granite shop for a little under 9 years. I have used every leading brand of small and large angle grinders. I have never seen anything that can produce like this grinder. Only Makita and Flex come close. The variable speed is key it allows slow grinding and cutting. I hope they never stop making this grinder. I put it through years of use and it keeps on I just clean it with an air compressor every once and a while and check the brushes. Great product love BOSCH

    Great control with speed adj.
Grinder has good power, good control with speed adj., barrel could have smaller diameter, and longer would be easier to handle. Tried to find a tool to build into other tool projects, without having to carry around a ton of tools. (Base power), a little bigger, than I hoped, but I think I can make it work.
