A: There must be less than 3 flights of stairs to get to install location (not applicable if elevator is available) with an available unloading zone within 30 ft of the home for parking & access.
Q: Will the delivery agents install using liquid propane hookups?
A: The delivery agents are not licensed plumbers and will not install liquid propane.
Q: Will the delivery agent install a unitized (all-in-one) washer dryer?

Q: I want to have my frontload washer & dryer stacked to save space. Will the delivery agent install them that way?
A: Appliance stacking is available in some areas, but is not included in the basic delivery rate. Please contact our Appliance Support Hotline at 1-800-455-3869 with questions.
Q: What if my new appliance is damaged or not working correctly at the time of delivery?
A: Make sure to examine and test your appliances before the delivery agent leaves. If you notice any damage or your appliance is not working correctly, raise any issues at the time of delivery with your delivery agent.
