The Home Depot & U.S. Communities Make Purchasing Simpler
The U.S. Communities Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) contract #11019 with The Home Depot gives procurement professionals access to the building repair and replacement parts they need most with access to competitive pricing at The Home Depot’s more than 1,900 locations across the United States. This contract has been competitively solicited by Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona and the MRO contract #11019 fulfills bidding requirements.


Using contract #11019 allows you to:

·  Eliminate the need for RFPs, making it easier and faster than ever to get the supplies you need
·  Gain access to thousands of products for same-day procurement through the U.S. Communities MRO contract, including all in-stock items at

Our Renovation Services Program is a nationwide General Contractor platform that performs repair and interior/exterior renovations on residential properties. Repairs include kitchen and bath modernization, painting, flooring, doors and millwork replacement, appliance installation, windows, siding, and roofing. We offer a single point of contact for all repairs and work is covered with a one year workmanship warranty. Our Installation Services include the installation of products that are sold in our stores, such as carpeting, flooring, cabinets, water heaters and countertops, as well as other products such as generators and furnace and central air systems. Our Installation Services and Renovations Services programs use only qualified independent contractors nationwide.
