What is a Personal Guarantee? Should I give you my personal guarantee?
You will be held personally liable for all obligations under, and all amounts due on, the account in the event the company defaults. A personal guarantee helps businesses that may not otherwise have enough credit history to be able to establish a commercial account. Giving us your personal guarantee will expedite the processing of your application, especially if you have a small or young company.
All applicants have the choice of whether or not they would like to provide a personal guarantee.  It is strongly recommended if your company:

- Is a sole proprietorship, a partnership, unincorporated; or


- Is incorporated for less than 3 years; or


- Has annual revenue of less than $2,000,000; or


- Has less than 10 employees.

Can I track my purchases with Commercial Account?
Yes, all purchases made on your Commercial Account are itemized on your monthly billing statement. You can also track purchases by purchase order number or job name. Purchases on the Commercial Account can also be tracked by buyer.

How do I request a Credit Line Increase?  
You can now do this via Account Online! Simply select the "Manage My Account" link and then choose "Credit Line Increase" to complete your request.

What is "Account Online"?  
Account Online allows The Home Depot Commercial Account holders in the US to review important account information online such as current balance, available credit and minimum payment due.  Additionally, it allows account holders to make online payments and utilize online customer service support.


What kind of account information can I view and request online?
Account Online allows The Home Depot Commercial Account holders in the US to review important account information online such as account balances and invoices. You can also request address/phone changes, credit line increases and send a secure message to customer service.


How do I sign up for Account Online?
Requesting online access for your commercial account is easy!  From the credit home page at  www.myhomedepotaccount.com, under Manage your Account section, click on the Commercial Account and follow the instructions.   


Are my statements and invoices available online?  
Your current statement, as well as up to 11 previous statements, are available via Account Online. Additionally, up to 12 months of invoice history are also available via Account Online. Statements and invoices can easily be printed and saved.


Account Online does not show my most recent transactions. When can I view my latest transactions?
We update our system at 6 a.m. ET every day. Any transaction made after that time will be updated the following day.


What should I do when I am having trouble viewing my account information on my screen?

How do I sign up for Statements Online Only?  
Reduce your paper clutter by enrolling in Statement Online Only. You get the following benefits with Statements Online Only: 

- Receive an email notification when the monthly statement is ready to view. 

- View and print statements, current and past, up to 12 months.


- Access your account information online anytime.


To enroll your Commercial Revolving Charge Card:


                1. Log in to Account Online www.myhomedepotaccount.com.  


                2. Go to Manage My Account – choose Commercial Account 


                3. Select Statements Online Only 


                4. Select Enroll
 


Making Payments


Where do I mail my payments? 

How do I enroll for Online Payments?
There are two easy ways to enroll:
1) If you have not already registered for Account Online, you can enroll for Online Payments as part of the Account Online Registration process.
2) Or, if you have already enrolled for Account Online, but have not registered for Online Payments, via Account Online simply choose "Make a Payment" then “Pay Online” and then select "Enroll."  Make sure you have a current check or deposit slip available, as you will need your 9-digit ABA routing number and your bank account number.
Remember, when you enroll, you authorize your bank to electronically debit your checking account to pay your bill.  This will not happen automatically.  You will need to sign-on each month to make a payment request.

When will my payment post to my account?


Electronic payments submitted prior to 12 a.m. EST will be credited to your account as of today's date. You will receive immediate confirmation of your payment request and your payment will appear on your Unbilled Activity, Online Payment History and credit card account within 2-3 business days.  Payments received after 12 a.m. EST, will be credited to your account as of the next day's date.


When do mailed payments post?
For payments by regular mail, please allow 5-7 days for your payment to reach us. Payment must be received in proper form at our processing facility by 12 a.m. EST at the payment center to be credited as of that day.  All payments received at the processing facility in proper form after that hour will be credited as of the following day. There may be a delay of up to 5 days in crediting a payment sent by mail if it is not in the proper form, or if it is addressed to a location other than the address listed on the return envelope or on the front of the payment coupon, or, for courier or express mail payments, to the Express Payment address.
