Where applicable, the State Law Supplements may contain certain requirements and/or information in addition to the Terms and Conditions stated in The Home Depot Home Improvement Agreement. While every effort has been made to make the Home Improvement Agreement compliant with all state requirements, to the extent that there is a conflict between the Home Improvement Agreement Terms and Conditions and the applicable State Law Supplement, the State Law Supplement shall prevail.
