How To Choose Your Ideal Tree
Artificial? Real? Short? Tall? Choosing a tree can be a big decision.
Let us help. Here's a quick overview of what you need to consider when picking a tree - the centerpiece of all your holiday decor.
What's your ideal height?
Height is the first point to consider when selecting a Christmas tree.
A 5ft. tree just isn't going to cut it in a room with a 9ft. ceiling. Then again, you don't want to have it be too tall. Leave at least a foot between the top of the tree and your ceiling, which allows space for the topper.
Full, Fluffy, or Fine?
For a lifelike tree, first look at the tip count. Higher tip count indicates fullness.
Artificial trees used to be made of PVC. But their flat, uniform needles weren't very realistic. Modern trees are now made of PE (or a combo of PE and PVC). This molded plastic is more 3-dimensional, creating a more authentic appearance.
Snap It In, and Shape It Up.
On the Quick Connect Tree, the electrical cord is built right into the trunk. Simply plug one piece of stem on top of another.
The EZ Shape Tree does away with bent, mangled branches coming out of storage. Its stiff branches resist twisting, so you don't have to fluff every stem.
