    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by customer Employees were helpful. Knew the product. Helped load my truck. August 28, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't try to get help during a shift change We tried to get paint during a shift change (didn't know it was happening). The first woman who helped us stated after she started mixing our paint that after this she was leaving for the day. We offered to wait for someone else to help us, but she said she would do it, not very happy about it either. Then she proceeded to talk to another employee while our paint was mixing, which is fine, but then she says in passing on her way out the door, Oh yeah, their paint is being mixed right now. The other girl was helping others and even though we tried to get her attention she didn't come by for a while. There seemed to be two other employees there who didn't seem to be doing anything. We finally got our paint 20 minutes later. I normally wouldn't care but we never had this problem at the Monument store, which is where we normally shop. August 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Store with helpful employees! This particular location is my go to location during any project as the store is always clean, well organized and employees are more than willing help locate a product or give you any guidance on products should you desire that type of help. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DeRoy makes my world a little easier! DeRoy who works in flooring is the best hands down! I always drive down to this store to get his help whenever I run into a problem. He always knows the best tool for the job or how to mitigate a particular home improvement issue. Yes - I always end up getting another power tool that I've never heard of before, lol - but he always makes sure I know how to use it before I go so I'm confident in my abilities when I go to tackle the project. I always joke with him that he can never truly retire because I don't know what I'd do without him! June 22, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Homey The store was clean and set up really similar to most stores been to around the country. The people inside though went out of their way to help me out before even asked and made feel welcome. August 5, 2016
