I’m always greeted and asked if I can be helped every time I walk in. On this specific trip Zack greeted me and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and make sure I bought the items within the sale that the store was running! I always appreciate a good bargain and especially appreciate him making sure I got that deal! Great job Zack!

Thank you so much to the garden center guys who have carried and loaded tons of heavy concrete pavers and bags of rocks for me over the past few months. What a great service. When I get home I can slowly unload with a wheelbarrow and no one gets hurt. Special appreciation to Cameron who still smiles when he sees me coming and always happily picks up whatever I point at. He also repeatedly and cheerfully refuses a tip as per home depot policy. I wish HD would revise their tip policy. I understand the policy and agree for most employees. But I think those that are able to tip a few bucks would feel better about asking for the help.

I am so excited! We are remodeling our kitchen. We went to Home Depot to pick out our cabinets and counter tops today. Charles Allison is the man to talk to about this. With his help our kitchen is going to be great. He was great, even printed us up a photo of what our finished kitchen will look like. He made great suggestions. I would certainly recommend the Home Depot store in Ada, OK. #3918. I enjoy shopping where the employees are friendly like they are in this store. Someone always speaks to me when I enter and leave. Normally, they have everything I need in stock or can get it for me quickly. They offer several brands to choose from and the employees have knowledge about the products they are selling. The store and the parking lot are kept free of debris.

Its a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot. Mark is the best door greeter I have ever had the pleasure to talk to. He knows where everything is and is happy to help me when ever I enter Home Depot!

The staff at Ada Home Depot are friendly and helpful. Especially like Bud from the plumbing section and Debbie at the contractors desk. Refunds and exchanges have never been a problem.

This store uses self-checkout. I don't work for them, so I won't do their jobs.

Not impressed with customer service. Had to wait forever to checkout. They one young lady at the self-checkout helping people and she was doing an AWESOME job. Right in the middle of this wonderful young lady checking me out another lady came in to relieve her and messed up the experience. Called the manager to complain about all the extra employees walking around not really doing anything yet had 10-15 people waiting to checkout with no help. Called to complain and the manager was RUDE and kept trying to talk over me.

Employees of the Ada Home Depot have repeatedly been patient, kind and helpful every time I made large home improvement purchases this last year. I have been very pleased with the Products & Superior Service I've received in the Ada Home Depot Location.
