Shop at this store often and have been for many years.

Great Customer Service

Pam Friend the BEHR sales rep. is awesome! She was extremely helpful with choosing paint colors and went above and beyond! Jelisa at checkout was great too!

This store is just as bad as the other store a few miles away. The store staff actually recommended that I go to the other store for better service and store stock; the other store is worse from previous experiences; see my other reviews. I got 3 pieces of lumber; 2 pieces of 2 x 10 x 10 and 1 piece of 2 x 10 x 12. the latter was missing a sku. I offered to go get one from the pile and the awesome cashier said that she would find it on the computer. She had no idea of where to find on the computer. I tried with no luck so she called the department, manager, department, manager, assistant and after 10 minutes gave up. She rung up at the smaller wood price. I benefitted by saving a few bucks but lost in time wasted and if I return for item again the shelf could be empty as inventory shows a full shelf. The management of this region has no clue and will ultimately send these stores into closure. I blamed the cashier for laziness before but now realize it is the management for poor training and no oversight of the running of the business. You have my receipt and experience on video; watch and use as a training tool!

The Associated at the desk millwork Specialist was very friendly and helpful! He found all products I was looking at my visit at the store!!

Store was well run , but do wish they had more associates when the store gets busy . Once again il'l reiterate , Mercedes at the check out counter is the most delightful person to deal with in the store.

Terrible customer service. They were too busy closing 10 minutes before they closed and no one came to help me with four 40 pound bags of wood pellets, I am disabled and never have experienced such rudeness and disrespect.

It was clean and very friendly ,able to in/out quickly, also able to find what i was looking for.

Love it here! Trying to give my home a make over and the staff always helps me with products and pointers. I never get lost, aisles are easy to locate what you want and a great selection of up to date designs. Love the garden center too
