We were so fortunate to have Shane help us with our tool selection and Mick with pricing lumber.

Looking back over the years Home Depot has been in Alpena, MI, I would say that they are part of the family. When a traffic light was needed because of the number of accidents on M-32, other merchants said "Not at our entrance" & would not participate. Home Depot said "We will!". When they find out someone needs help (i.e. widow whose home is crying for painting) or a service organization could use some help...like family, they are THERE! They honor our Veterans, not just on Veteran's day but all year around. Those parking places "Reserved for a Veteran" may seem like "No big deal" but to a vet... it is! They have earned their place in the hearts & minds of our community family. They are us!

Store was super clean, Employees were Extremely friendly and helpful, they had just what I needed.

We shop often at the Alpena Home Depot. The store employees are most often courteous and helpful. Our last shopping trip was to purchase a refrigerator. Employee, Cathy Blaisdell, Appliance Specialist, was a pleasure to work with. She provided us with superb service from start to finish. We will continue to frequent the Alpena Home Depot.

I shop at this store regularly and I always come away pleased. Plenty of people to help you and they are the friendliest of any store I've every shopped in!

I think the store in Alpena has great sales.I do go there a lot. The people that work there are great.

Took over 2 hours to purchase a John Deer Mower. Incorrect Sale signs posted on mower. Cashier working on 3 things at once. In order to finally complete transaction I had to use my HD credit card. Only given 6 months interest free. Told by cashier if I wanted 18 months to bring my statement in and she would fix it. I live 11/2 hours away.

I needed help in window and door department, paint dept. and garden center. I received help in all these departments and the service was informative and friendly. Mark was very helpful in windows and doors, Jeff in paints and Heather in garden dept. They all were a great help to me.

John Zbytowski was of great help on a couple of issues. His demeanor was both professional and friendly. A solid employee.

I have purchased many items from this stone and have never had a bad experience! I give this Home Depot an A+++

A good store to shop for your home maintenance and building supplies.

I have always enjoyed my visits to the home depot, always get friendly and helpful advice on things and honest answers, not just telling me what they think I should buy. Its really kept clean and in order. It's so easy to find where I need to go for the things I need and want. I always enjoy my visits. The garden center is also one of my favorites.

Todd in the Garden Department went over and above helping us select a new grill..so much we actually bought two. Second for a house warming present. Melanie on the cash register went above and beyond making sure we used the right coupons and maximized our discounts that were available. Way to go Alpena crew! You nailed it!!

I have been going to this Home Depot since it came into Alpena. I go there for all my needs be it home or my business. I am always pleased with the wonderful customer service we encounter every time we go there. They really know what they are talking about and if not they find someone with more knowledge in the specific thing you are looking for! Love this place and the employees!

Roberto's willingness to help me really makes him stand out as an example of what I've come to expect from the Alpena The Home Depot. Smart, smiling people always on point and just waiting for that customer with an issue to tackle.

The cashiers were very friendly! Store is clean, and products easy to find.

The store has some cheap items ( brass finished door knobs and locks).The employees are NOT attentive. To be fair, the cashiers are usually good.

Went to home depot with a Christmas gift card to purchase a sink. Got there and couldn,t find help Finally after about twenty minutes I found someone and told him I was looking for a sink his response was they are right there.never bothered to tell me what all I needed so I asked where I could find some stove knob covers .The response was we don't carry them here.so As we were trying to figure out what kind of faucet we needed or that would work with the sink he brought me the item said they carry them in hardware. It was a totally frustrating trip.I just figured as big as the store chain is as well as the store that I would be able to get some help!

All of our shopping trips there have been great not once did we have to look for help the employees are all over and ready to help or get you help and friendly it's really nice thank you all

I shop at my "home" depot usually at least once a week, mostly for work, but sometimes for home. I know many of the employees by name, if not by face. They are always friendly and the store is always convenient for shopping and has what I need.

I was greeted coming into the store by the young and beautiful cashier , Alicia, who always has a great smile and friendly attitude. Got help from Shane in finding product AND loading it into my truck. There were 2 guys standing by the pro desk and when Alicia paged for loading assistance they walked away toward the last aisle in lumber.

The Alpena store iis always clean and well stocked. WE always find what we want there. We have bought dishwasher, laundry duo, freezer and many small items there.

Store employee in the tool department knew exactly what I needed when I explained it to him...walked right to the item!

Chris from the flooring department was VERY helpful in ordering a Black Friday special that was out of stock. Even went and grabbed another item for me, while I shopped for another that I needed.

The store is always clean and there is ample product to choose from. The employees at the return desk are efficient and friendly. The staff is helpful, asking in each department if you need assistance.

The store was clean including the bathroom. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

The cashiers at this store are wonderful, and so fast too.
