We were lucky enough to catch an employee at the computer and I asked if she could help us. There were three people waiting on the other end. Robyn was the lady that helped us and we knew what we wanted and she helped us right fast and in a hurry. Very pleasant person to speak to and had a nice attitude. She was not a grouch and seemed that she was OK that we were there to purchase an appliance.

Was there by four power tools all locked up no one there I was at 6:00 in the morning when someone didn't show up at a bad attitude like I was bothering them just horrible service

Bottle of dish liquid detergent opened in bag and all items in bag were covered with liquid dawn detergent; store replaced item

Another 20 minute trip for lumber, another hour wasted in Home Depression. Lowe’s allows my military service to be verified thru 3rd party, then attaches status to my account. Same for my Ag exemption. HD would not accept in person & must show ID every Time for discount.

I'll drive farther or pay more elsewhere before I shop here. Cashiers are the absolute worst. They have no motivation to get customers out the door.

Store is always neat but needs to keep up with their stock if possible. They were out of a chainsaw I needed and was going to purchase!

During the day the employees are very knowledgeable in the different areas I was extremely satisfied a week ago

Being the only Home Depot around you dont have a choice. Most times be prepared to figure it out on your own. No one helps. The Paint department is great though. And Melissa is always friendly.

The store was clean and employee was friendly and helpful. Got what I needed in the bath dept. Walked around the store looked all over. Then to checkout second in line cashier friendly asked if I found everything I needed. Payed and left with a good impression of Alvin Home Depot.

The store is very clean and has items needed. Things that aren’t available are on the website to ship to store or to home.

This store is a joke. You can't navigate a cart through the isles because of the piles of boxes clogging the isles. And don't even think about asking for help. I had someone paged twice to come help me get an item off a high shelf. I waited and waited and nobody ever came. I went and found one of the giant orange rolling ladders and still after the screeching of the ladder going down the isles nobody ever came to help. So I pushed the ladder 3 isles over to where I needed it and climbed to the top myself to get what I needed.

Close by easy to get to.

it is my favvorite Home Depot.

Great Customer Service!!, Great JOB!!

This is not our local Home Depot. We visited this store because we were looking for a hard to find item. We were very impressed with the phone and personal service we received from the representative who helped us. Based on this we would recommend this store.

I appreciate the service and helpful friendly workers I always encounter here in Alvin. I occasionally have to shop at other stores in Houston and I am glad and grateful to have a Home Depot so close to home.

The employees were so helpful in this store. The Paint Department was very busy, but they got to everyone in a timely manner. The lady helping us was especially accommodating. Then, we were graciously helped in the Customer Service checkout where Clara checked us out with our big, loaded cart so we could exit closer to our vehicle. Everyone was helpful and pleasant!

The Alvin Home Depot store is clean, friendly, well-stocked, and filled with employees who are familiar with their products and can answer your questions.

This particular visit I was there for a bathroom fan.. I am slowly getting my house back together since the flood.. And me and my kids lost everything I promise if you go in this store. They will help you they will take the time to show you the different things in different departments that is why I love this location.. Awesome job.
