Employees are always helpful and do not stop providing assistance until I am satisfied. The employees go beyond what I expect.

I just want to be sure that you let your associate that do good work and good customer service know they are doing a good jobs. On my visit Friday the 14th. April was the only cashier between the time of 4 pm and 6 pm. She was friendly and did her best to get the people in her line checkout. And Marcus an associate was very helpful with getting me 5, 50 lbs bag of pool sand for me and also loading it in my truck. As for Jacob who I ask in the garden center where this was, as it was not with the other pool items. Jacob could only tell me where it was instead of helping me find it and helping me get it loading in my truck. As my truck was park on the garden side of the store and the item was on the other side. He could have suggested me taking my truck to that side of the store. As I was by myself at the time and needed the help. Normally I have my husband with me. But not this time. I am cashier at a retail store. And customer service is my # one rule. We have always had good service in the past at this store. But if this continues we will not be back. This took me almost 1 hour to do this shopping when it could have been shortened if Jacob had been a better customer service helper.

i had a really bad visit i emailed my issues and went back to the store and they went above and beyond my expectations! i will continue to shop there it is my favorite store and will not let one bad visit out weigh the good service i usually receive

The store was clean and very well organized so that you could find what you were looking for and had great stock. The cashier we had April was very friendly, smiled and quick with check out and very pleasant to talk with. It's nice to come into a store and the employee's show that they like there jobs and are willing to help when you look lost.

We visit this store at least 3 times a month, always clean and employees are friendly and helpful if you should have questions or need help in loading material and will take it to your vehicle.

Home Depot had an awesome sale on washers and dryers. Anna made my experience of purchasing a washer and dryer very pleasant. I would definitely shop a this Home Depot again. Anna is a true asset to Home Depot. The store was clean and Anna was very efficient and effective even though it was late when I made my purchase.

Well-organized store with a very friendly staff!

I bought 40 volt Lithium-ion Cordless Chainsaw the day before yesterday. However it does not work even though I followed the manual. After I had struggled with this saw for whole morning, I went customer's service yesterday. After they tested this machine, it does not work then they gave other new battery. However, I was not sure whether the problem is a battery or machine. But they insisted on changing a battery even though I need to verify whole things. When I came home and operated, that machine stopped just after working for few seconds. I have to go back to Home Deopt today again and refund because I lost trust about this machine and people. One man is very kind and try to help a customer's complain but most of them just neutral about customer's difficulty. I will spend whole day for this machine operating this machine and driving and waiting for a couple of days.
