Not the company you once were that’s for sure. There were associates, but NOT ONE asked me if I needed anything. NOT ONE even said hello. Do better. I worked for this company for almost 25 years and 7 different states. Very disappointed. Might as well just do what you do at self checkout, no assistance. Save on payroll that’s for sure.

I had a long list of things to do for a remodel and every where I turned I found help right away.

I love that the employees here work to try to find answers to my solutions. I feel like home depot is part of my DIY team for projects around the house.

Max in paint is especially good. He matches the primer which some don't even attempt to do!

I am NOT your home handyman, but when I go to this store, I feel like I have an entire team working for me!

Bought a RYOBI 40V Brushless trimmer for a great price that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Cody and Tiffany were extremely helpful and patient with exchanging an item purchased and guiding us to the right decision within our budget.

I always shop here, and usually never return anything...but this trip I did... and Tammy was AWESOME. Did my return in no time flat, very friendly, and I was on my way to my next purchase!

There service was over all amazing.

The store was clean, employees pleasant except they were totally absent from the plumbing department! Charles in the tool department made up for the absent plumbing area by helping me choose the proper tool for my home project. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I would have left over $400 in my basket because I could not find a checker station with a human being. only option was self-check. I was ready to find another store because I am one of those who refuse to self-check. There is always an issue! Fortunately a cashier arrived and assisted me by checking me out. she was very pleasant and helpful and made my mood change quickly. I wished I had gotten her name! NOTHING BEATS THE PERSONAL TOUCH!

This is the only Home Depot I know of that thinks it’s appropriate to stock and restock the store during high traffic volume times blocking off frequently used isles preventing customers from shopping. Be ready to wait upwards of 15 minutes while people with forklifts move product around

I always enjoy coming to this store in Bee Cave because the clerks are very helpful. I am elderly and often need to have someone get me a basket or put something heavy in my basket. The staff are always willing and helpful.

I had not been in Home Depot for several years and found the experience of buying new countertops to be very good. We are now in the process of enlarging our master shower stall and that too has been a good experience.

Employees are snarky and lazy. No help to be found anywhere. Playing loud rock music in the electrical department. Could not hear anything else. Not enough product on the shelf and told this is “all we got”. No interest in helping customers. We only come here because it is close
