Has what you need, but employees take a "can't be bothered" attitude and some are outright rude. Tried to buy something listed on sale (price and item number on a sign), it didn't ring up on sale. First cashier at the front offered no solution so we decided to go to the garden center, where the item was from, to purchase it thinking the cashier there would be more knowledgeable about the product. Again it rang up as the wrong price, husband took a photo of the sign and employee typed in the item number. Rang up wrong again. Employee said 'I don't make the signs" and told my husband to go talk to a manager. Husband walked to customer service to get a manager who immediately recognized the issue and was going to correct it, but he was fed up and did not want to walk back to the garden center and deal with it after such poor service from 2 separate cashiers. Neither cashier offered any solution on their own, and telling a customer to go to the service desk and wait in line when the cashier could have called a manager to come to the register to help was almost as inconsiderate and shrugging and saying "I don't make the signs," especially when the sign says a price that is 60% less than the price the register is ringing up - that's kind of a big deal.

Be sure to hang on to Dave (I think that's his name) in the Tool Repair Dept. He is 1 in a million! So efficient, skilled, quick & pleasant to talk with. He also gave me a tip to increase longevity of my chainsaw. What a pleasant experience, especially as a woman customer!

This is regarding the tool rental part of the store. Manager/lead Aaron was very rude. Didn't listen and literally argued with me. Had other customer behind me mention that he wasn't listening to what I said. They add damage protection automatically and you have to ask for it to be removed. Aaron also questioned if the tool would work and was surprised when I mentioned it worked great. He made sure to let me know that I would still have to pay for rental if it didn't work out, which is obvious! Selection of tool rentals was great, wish it was at another store.

Good selection, terrible customer service

Seems like when you need help you can't find it but the employees just hang out in front. I asked them a question and they didn't even know what the tool was. Return lines are always long and they usually have one person doing it while there are three other people just talking along the side. Return lady was rude and annoyed. She even told me to rip and take my receipt from the machine.
