Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service not needed in DIY Store. am disgusted by the lack of customer service we recieved. Had to search out help in gardening, found someone in a cubby with a fan, who had no idea what we were looking for. Later had to search out help to trim lumber, took us ten minutes, split up, to find someone. Apparently people went on break and to operate a forklift, leaving one employee in all of lumber to help customers. Then at self checkout our lumber had no sku. It took several minutes to get the cashiers attention, and she was very rude. She didn't apologize for the wait or even try to figure out what we needed. She just kept gossiping with her friends. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leaking problem Installed this toilet during the remodel. Until we moved in, we discovered this toilet has been leaking water for a month now (can't imagine that water bill next month). It is clearly a produce defect. Contacted with Home Depot, poor customer care experience. Will go to Lowes next time. September 6, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Home Depot!! I absolutely love the Home Depot located in Bellevue! Very clean and well organized. What I enjoy most about this location, however, is the excellent customer service. 10 out of 10 times I am impressed by these employees who are always so enthusiastic to help and go above and beyond! I would recommend this Home Depot to everyone. August 5, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by really poor customer service bought three cart loads of heavy plants. I asked for help out. waited 15 minutes and then started wheeling the carts out myself. It took me over a half hour to do it myself. There were multiple home depot employees that watched but could not be bothered to help. Three home depot employees were having a conversation right next to my carts the entire time but could not stop their personal conversations to actually do their job. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it will come back more They are really good and professional. Really helpful. Thanks July 30, 2016
