Very clean store with very friendly and helpful employees. Products were easy to find.

There were lots of products. The store was very well organized & I always had help to find what I wanted. These were the BEST prices that I found for the things that I was shopping for.

The store is always clean and everyone in the store is so friendly. If you are in need for any electrical advice or material you can't find just ask for Mike Dogget. He is a retired journeyman electrician for the state of Washington and is a wealth of knowledge and a hidden gem at the Bellingham Home Depot!

I have never had a problem finding staff to assist me which is often required. Saves me time and money - much appreciated to have knowledgeable staff on the floor.

I have shopped at the Bellingham Home Depot for many years, I have people say go to Lowe's, I say " Nope Home Depot is my." This store is great always has what I need. If I need assistance the staff help and are always very knowledgeable for all of the items. If I need a new tool, I go to Home Depot. The store and the staff are all amazing.

For the 2nd time in several months we were helped by Customer Service person Rudy Safran. We had a very positive experience both times with Rudy. He answered all of our questions, offered additional assistance and went above and beyond to make one rough situation much better. He was friendly, respectful and gave the feeling that we were the only important people at that moment. No feeling of being a bother or taking too much time. It was apparent he enjoyed his job. I can't say the same about a woman named Lois in Customer Service that helped us several months ago. She was EVERYTHING that Rudy wasn't, she was rude, disrespectful, impatient, belittling, I can't even tell you how terrible our experience was with her. It was shocking. If you ever see the name Lois on a name tag in Customer Service, walk away. No, RUN AWAY! Our experience with her was horrible.

There are some wonderful folks at this store. The people totally make it. Wayne, Julie, Brie, Rich, Kelvin, and so many other helpful people. That is what makes the experience. I feel like I can trust these folks with real questions.

We got amazing service in the flooring dept. from Eddie. We got the carpet and flooring we wanted to redo our entire house. The assistants were always available to help us in any department. The store was clean, easy to find things, it was a great experience - unlike Lowes.

Our clothes washer died and i needed one asap. I did my online research, saw Home Depot had a competitive price, called, made the order (it was not in stock), and it was delivered within three working days and setup by the hardest working, friendly people. There is absolutely nothing more i could have asked for. by the way, i hate shopping, but Home Depot's employees removed the pain.

We love the store manager in Bellingham location.

Bellingham Home Depot is a fantastic resource for business and home services. It is very well managed and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Shelves are fully stocked. However special order items can be ordered and picked up upon arrival and even delivered. Great prices and merchandise.

We shop at the store frequently for many small purchases, and for major purchases from time to time. We have not had a bad experience at the store, conversely our experiences have been very positive. The store associates are almost always easy to find, they are friendly and very helpful. Especially attractive is the ease of making a return at the return/customer service desk.

I have always experienced very helpful and kind employees. The store is organized making it easy to find items and also very clean. I recently attended the first Saturday of the month free craft making for children and it was exceptional. My 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loved it. Me too!

Very clean and well lit store. Well organized with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I needed help with my purchase and 2 employees went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed and found me a deal where I was able to get additional merchandise at no extra charge!

I entered the store knowing very little about the equipment I was searching for that day. The Sales associates made me feel welcome and assisted me finding exactly what I was looking for to purchase. They informed me about the technical qualifications and the pleasing appearance of the product before I bought it. All were extremely helpful, empathetic and I had a good feeling about my purchase. They even helped me put the unit in my vehicle after I purchased it, to properly secure the product for transport to my home. What a Team! My Team! My Store!

This Home Depot store has been my primary source of home maintenance and repair items for many years. Recently it seems as if the customer service is going downhill. A couple days ago, I looked around for more than ten minutes before I could find an associate to answer a question. Today, the cashier was more interested in chatting with a coworker than paying attention to me during checkout. Customer service must get better in this store or I will start shopping elsewhere.

This location had everything I wanted to take home that day and the convenience of using the in-house online ordering computer made it easy to order the big bulky items I needed delivered to my door.

The store was very clean and everything was labeled to make it easy to find what you were looking for.

It was so nice to talk with someone who had knowledge about the item I was buying. Thank You for your help.

If you are looking for customer no service, visit this store. The employees are more concerned with their phones than with helping customers. And be ready to overpay at the register as it seems a lot of the prices on the shelf are mismarked at a lower price than what will ring up when you checkout.
