I requested information from an employee and was actually led to the items that I was shopping for which made my experience and time used quick and efficient. Excellent customer service-thank you.

The store was very neat.

Went in at 6:15AM to buy items I needed thats to the recent horrible weather. sales personnell were VERY helpful & even helped me carry everything in the store & to my car.

This store is very close my house and they are doing their best of keeping neat.

This store is great and considering that its very busy and full of people at all times they still manage to keep it clean and organized, stocked and with knowledgable and friendly employees and management

It keeps Improving in items and arrangement, and management. Just sometimes the price of some items change too quick. I've no comment if tune down the price.

I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Alief home depot has many friendly associates whom are easy to find whenever I need help. They know what I'm looking for most of the time and if they don't they'll try to give me an accurate answer. The store is clean and I just love shopping at this location. The Pro desk associates are very friendly. They gave me knowledge about the different type of credit cards and how to expand my business. I Love It Here!

The people there are always friendly in the departments and to top off my visit i love the attitudes of the ladies ex especially the lady with the curly black and gray hair in charge of the front i think her name is Lena always smiling that makes my visit even more special

The associate in the flooring department that helped me select carpet to replace mine that was damaged during the flood was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I enjoy my visit to the Alief Home Depot.

Employees are lazy, they cannot help you because thats not their department, even when asked to contact specific department they refuse to help.... This places sucks and so do their employees.

Our experience here was not one to be happy with. The drywall department is extremely rude. all of them are talking to customers crazy, they damage your products that your spent your money on. Their forklift operators aren’t correctly operating them. They treat the customer as if they aren’t important and spending their money in their business. A lot of families are trying to rebuild heir homes from Hurricane Harvey and for them to treat customers like this shows volumes on what Home Depot represents. Out of the whole shopping experience we had only one employee that was beyond friendly and I wish I could have caught his name. But other than him everyone else all the way down to the cashier was rude and very checked out.

I found tha. The prices my everyday experience at the Homedepot is always as I expect it to be . They always seem to have what I need or something close.The employees are knowledgeable of their area. And its always good to get in and out .

1.several times trying to buy wireless impact wrench, but can't find the battery for the impact wrench. the store didn't store impact wrench with battery together. when you find the impact wrench, you don't know which one is match for the wireless impact wrench. 2. want to buy electric saw, but the metal blade was out of stock. Going back after 2 weeks, still the metal blade was out of stock. 3.don't know if the store cut metal pipe for the customer. i want to buy the metal pipe and cut it into smaller length, nobody there to answer my question: if the store offer the svc and how much it cost 4. the restroom water fountain is dirty and the noozle has bluish rust on it, disgusting just to see it, much less for customer to drink water from it from it.

Home Depot is a great store for shopping.

This store is really friendly and the workers have experience with the machinery and material used there.

It was easy to find most items I was looking for..When I needed assistance the employees were very helpful. the store was clean and organized.

People make this store - not going back to the competitor as they could care less - remember, this store is in the middle of a hurricane aftermath and yet personnel were delightful
