    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 272 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible service for a return with receipt I wanted to return some plants that did not live and had the original containers they were in along with my e receipt emailed to me by Home Depot at the time of purchase less than 90 days ago. Jackie at the return counter was very rude saying she would only give me $4 not the $6.82 that I paid and was clearly marked on my receipt. I asked her why and she said because I didn't have a receipt. I said why would you email me a receipt from the store at time of purchase if that is not a receipt? Very rude and uncalled for behavior by Jackie! She argued that it was not a real receipt for returns for over 5 minutes and refused to get a manager. July 31, 2016
