Generally speaking, the associates take the time to be sure you're happy.

I was in and out and I was able to find what I needed.

Go visit the store! It is a very well organized clean store with conscientious employees who go out of their way to help you. Visit Morrow in tool rental for any of your rental needs. You’d be very surprised what they ran out these days! There is a man named John in pain who really is super helpful and knowledgeable. There are so many great people in the store who can help you.

We all can take a cue from most of the people here. For the most part the associates and customers are friendly and accommodating.

The store is very clean and the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend this home depot to everyone !!

Sometimes a little cluttered, but they generally do a good job. My good experiences far outnumber the bad. The four associates I interacted with tonight were terrific!

I was so excited by the many employees that helped me make my purchases. I had a very long list but I was still unsure of measurements & pkg sizes. I spent 3 hours shopping for all my home improvement things & I felt like family among the employees. Thank you for making me feel special. My love to all that helped me.

Barb 2 at the contractor check out is friendly, courtesy and efficient. I like going in her check out line because she knows what she's doing and gets you right out.

This store had all the flooring that i needed in the store I got 36 boxes of flooring and they had the cordless multi tool that I needed to undercut the door jams the employees were all very helpful and friendly and the store was very clean and organized I highly recommend the Berlin Home Depot to ANYONE that needs any home improvement materials or tools I was highly satisfied with my purchases and in store experience

I have an older home and am always repairing something. My daughter just bought a home and I'm now working on that too (lucky me). I always find what I need at the Berlin store.

This store always has what I need and in the rare occasion they don't, they give me options to substitute for them. The staff is very helpful & courteous.

The cashiers on the weekend are pleasant and friendly. We only shop on weekends, and have never had a bad experience. Your cashiers in the pro section are informative and always pleasant. 5 stars to these girls
