The store has an abundance of products to choose from. The sales people and very friendly and are so helpful in every way. Just love that store.

This store is well maintained and has friendly staff. Even if I do not ask for help initially, am associate is ready to help me find what I am looking for. I come to this spot about two to three times a day looking for different parts since I am remodeling and this location is always well stocked.

Nancy is a friendly cashier, making customers feel welcomed!

Worst customer experience I have ever had at a Home Depot. If your employees do not understand the concept of customer service, do not hire them for retail work. Period.

Aaron in the checkout area was very helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure that I was able to check out correctly.

Love the staff here - THEY ALL SMILE - and they are ALL HELPFUL! The employees all know their stores inside and out. If you ask them where something is they direct you right to it. Amazing how well they know their products and where they are located in the store. Grace at the self checkout cashier section was awesome when I checked out the other day. Actually every employee I encountered was amazing but Grace was smiling, kind, patient and super helpful at the self checkout. On a side note about this store - if you ever need to rent a truck - PENSKE is an amaizng truck rental and their prices are cheaper than UHAUL or Budget. I have rented from Penske twice and I will NEVER use Uhaul or Budget. Also you can get your moving supplies from Home Depot. Their moving boxes are great, they held up for my move from California, and then here in storage for a year. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!!

we where promise a delivery of June 2nd on a range and received a voicemail stating that. After taking the kitchen apart we received another voicemail later that day telling us that the delivery was now scheduled for Sat the 6th. We went to the store and where told, "Nothing we can do, we use a third party vendor" I told the manager on duty that I expected a phone call from the store manager to address this issue. She took my info, but I have yet to be contacted. Am I just supposed to wait for HomeDepot to maybe do something??

This store has most (but not all) employees without masks, no gloves and is a COVID-19 potential incubation zone. Children and seniors definitely should avoid this contagious hot spot. Shoppers are also casual with self and others protection.

The store manager went above and beyond her duties to help us, as did the store associates. There attitudes and customer service alone will keep me coming back to blaine home depot for all my supplies !

Great store. Just wish the people in the cabinet department were trained. I had several questions about kitchen cabinet construction and the person who works there regularly said she wasn't trained in that and couldn't answer any questions!!The designer was on break the last few times I was there-he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

There is way too much noise pollution in this store. There is constant loud beeping from forklifts. I can't stand being in this store for more than a couple minutes. It drives me crazy.
